Thus, five extremely powerful Blood Tribe cultivators were poisoned to death by An Lin.
Liu Chuchu was a live witness, but she was still experiencing a sense of surrealism.
An Lin picked up the final two storage rings before returning. Along the way, he was humming a cheerful tune.
“An Lin, I think we should do a research on your blood, then send it to the Black Marshlands. They’ll be able to commit genocide on the entire Blood Tribe within a few minutes!” Liu Chuchu exclaimed excitedly.
An Lin chuckled lightly. “Are you trying to get all my blood sucked away?”
Liu Chuchu shook her head with a serious expression. “That’s not what I meant. What I’m saying is, we should analyze the properties of your blood to see which component is lethal to the Blood Tribe. Perhaps we can invent some lethal chemical weapons based on those findings!”
An Lin rolled his eyes and said, “You’re not the first person to consider this. Some people actually took samples of my blood for research purposes, but they couldn’t find anything. Let’s leave this conversation for another time; we should assess our spoils of war now.”
Tina also flew over to them with the three Blood Tribe storage rings floating beside her.
After dividing the five storage rings, Liu Chuchu received two while An Lin took the remaining three.
Tina stood beside An Lin with anticipation and curiosity on her face.
An Lin began to refine the three storage rings, following which he received quite a pleasant surprise.
There were a total of two hundred and one vital stones, sixteen spirit tools, over thirty spirit pills, and two immortal fruits!
His Divine Inspection Technique told him that they were both Blood Dragon Fruits, a type of seventh-grade immortal fruit. Anyone who consumed a Blood Dragon Fruit would be able to regenerate a large amount of energy and lost blood within a short period of time. Hence, they would be extremely useful for people who were suffering from severe injuries and excessive blood loss.
Aside from that, there were also fifty-two white Realm Essence Crystals, seven green Realm Essence Crystal, and two blue Realm Essence Crystals.
Unfortunately, there still weren’t any golden Realm Essence Crystals. It appeared they were quite rare in the Ancient Tai Chu Realm.
The rest was all a bunch of random crap, which An Lin couldn’t be bothered to sort through at this point in time.
Liu Chuchu rummaged through her two storage rings with a slightly deranged smile on her face as she murmured to herself, “Haha… so much money… This place is like heaven to me…”
An Lin was a little concerned for Liu Chuchu. He felt like she had gone a little crazy from their sniping spree…
He flicked through the miscellaneous items within the three storage rings and found an image drawn onto a piece of black animal hide.
This was something that he discovered from Simpson’s storage ring. He appeared to be the leader of the five Blood Tribe cultivators, so An Lin paid a bit more attention to the contents of his storage ring.
He brought out the beast hide drawing and assessed it curiously.
The drawing was quite a bizarre one. It depicted a lake situated within a series of mountain ranges. At the bottom of the lake was a quadrupedal creature that was covered in long white fur. It was looking up into the sky with its pitch-black eyes. Its body and limbs were comprised entirely of little red eyes, which were grouped extremely closely together to present a nightmare to a trypophobia sufferer.
Liu Chuchu also looked over at the image with a curious expression. “Huh, the lake and the mountains in the image look a lot like the White Lake Realm.”
Both of them fell silent before looking at each other.
One second later, the two of them flew toward the White Lake Realm in unison!
“That monster must have some super bada*s treasures!” An Lin yelled excitedly.
“Uh-huh!” Liu Chuchu nodded and said, “There’s a good chance that those five Blood Tribe cultivators were at the White Lake for that monster!”
“Let’s see if we can find some other useful information about it in their storage rings,” An Lin suggested.
“Good idea.” Liu Chuchu began looking through the items in her two storage rings.
The two of them soon descended by the White Lake.

The water in the lake was a little murky and visibility reached a depth of around a dozen meters.
There were spell formations that were left behind by the Blood Tribe cultivators, presumably to help them deal with the monster at the bottom of the lake.
“Oh! I’ve got it! Information on the monster at the bottom of the lake!”
Liu Chuchu pulled out a golden sheet-like material from a storage ring, upon which three different formations were drawn on it.
She looked at the text on the golden sheet-like material, which was written in blood, and slowly read out loud, “These are the Great Explosion, Spirit-Breaking, and Blood-Trapping formations prepared for the purpose of killing the Thousand-Eyed Demonic Dragon of the White Lake…”
An Lin looked at the image in her hands, and his face convulsed slightly as he said, “How does this look anything like a dragon? Thousand-eyed is appropriate though.”
Liu Chuchu compared the three formations on the ground to the ones drawn on the golden sheet-like material before nodding. “Hmm… these are the exact three spell formations as the ones drawn here!”
An Lin: “So, the Blood Tribe cultivators donated all their stuff to us and prepared everything that we would need to beat the BOSS that they were going to fight…”
“Heehee, fate is a wonderful thing!” Liu Chuchu stuck her tongue out in a charming smile.
“It says here on the golden sheet that the monster under the lake was discovered by some Blood Tribe cultivators five hundred years ago. However, they were ill-prepared to handle the monster and were almost all killed by it. They did not want to give up on the monster this time either, and after doing some analysis, they prepared these three customized spell formations with the sole purpose of killing the monster in the White Lake.
“It also says here that the Thousand-Eyed Demonic Dragon has two forms, one is a humanoid form while the other is a dragon form. It’s extremely fast, so do not allow it to get close to you, otherwise unimaginable things will happen…
“It goes on to say that we should first use the Great Explosion Formation to wound the monster and lure it out, then use the Blood-Trapping Formation to trap it, and lastly, we should use the Spirit-Breaking Formation to kill it in one fell swoop.”
Liu Chuchu’s voice trailed off as she looked up at An Lin. It was as if she was asking for his advice.
An Lin considered the situation to himself for a moment before nodding his head. “We can try that. I’ll activate the spell formations. Tina, you will be responsible for protecting me, and Senior Student Liu, you should get as far away from here as possible and prepare to snipe the monster if required.”
Liu Chuchu expressed her approval of this plan, and Tina also expressed that her new super holy sword was thirsting for some action.
Liu Chuchu picked out a spot in the distance that would be a suitable sniping base.
An Lin then walked over to the Great Explosion Formation. The veined patterns of this formation extended all the way into the bottom of the White Lake. It was extremely huge, and its detonation center was located exactly in the center of the White Lake.
“Great Explosion Formation; explode!”
He roared as vital energy surged violently, causing the veined patterns on the ground to glow brightly with a red light.
The water in the White Lake began to boil as terrifying power built up at the bottom of the lake.
Boom!
An earth-shattering boom sounded, and the earth quaked violently.
All the water within the lake, which was several kilometers wide, exploded forth into the air, and the fearsome explosion turned the lakebed a crimson red. An extremely scorching heatwave radiated outward as a series of massive fractures appeared in the ground around the lake.
“Roar!”
A sharp hissing wail came from the bottom of the lake before a massive plume of water exploded into the air. Immediately after that, a figure appeared over the center of the lake.
The figure was ten feet tall and it was a quadruped. It looked just like the image on the beast hide. Countless crimson eyes rolled around on its pristine, white body while emitting a peculiar light. Its head was humanoid, and with a death stare, it locked its pitch-black eyes onto An Lin.
A chill ran down his spine as the monster glowered at him with its pitch-black eyes.
This was the monster at the bottom of the White Lake, the Thousand-Eyed Demonic Dragon!
“F*ck! Didn’t they say the explosion was supposed to wound it and lure it out? It certainly lured it out, but where are the severe wounds? Where are the wounds at all? It looks completely unscathed…”
An Lin felt like he had been screwed over.
However, he couldn’t afford to hesitate. He immediately charged toward the Blood-Trapping Formation before injecting his vital energy into it.
All of the Thousand-Eyed Demonic Dragon’s thousands of eyes instantly turned to look at An Lin!
