After Miranda is captured by the bandits, she is taken to what appears to be their hideout.

There, her hands and feet are further restrained and she is placed in a barrel.

Then, completely cut off from the outside world, the entire barrel is loaded onto a carriage or something and carried away.

Unlike the trip, the ride in the barrel was not the most comfortable.

It was shaky, cramped, and hard all around, so she can’t feel at ease.

Only at night she was given water and food to keep her from dying …… She was forced to eat like dog because she couldn’t use her hands.

The bandits who saw her were mocking her, but that didn’t break Miranda’s heart.

(–I’m sure Sir Bujin will come to my rescue!)

That’s right — just like when the neighborhood boy, Cyclo, almost raped her.

With anxiety, Miranda’s trust and liking for Bujin rose on its own within her.

Then three days later. Miranda realized that the bandits had arrived in some city.

Apparently, they were undergoing luggage inspection, and she could hear the voices of men other than the bandits.

Eventually, the barrel Miranda was in was also lidded – but it had a double lid, and when the first lid was opened, it only appeared to contain flour underneath.

In fact, the layer containing the flour is only a few centimeters thick. Opening this layer reveals Miranda, but the luggage inspection was not that strict.

So Miranda tries to speak up, but for some reason, she can’t. Miranda was given a gag in her mouth, which was a magical device that silenced her voice.

Her body was also bound tightly and she could not move at all. She was unable to make her presence known to the man checking the luggage.

And so Miranda is carried into the city somewhere – the carriage stops at a certain store.

There, the barrel containing Miranda is unloaded and taken to yet another location.

And so the transportation continues within the city — finally, the barrel containing Miranda is brought to a corner of the slum.

As Miranda wonders where she will be transported next, the lid finally opens.

The first lid opens, and then the second.

“We’re pulling her out, you guys help me.”

A large man peering into a barrel says, and several other men gather around the barrel.

Then several men hold the ropes that bind Miranda and pull her up as if they were handling an object.

""

What Miranda saw after she was taken out of the barrel was a prison.

The first thing she saw was the sturdy-looking iron bars. Iron shackles and handcuffs were chained to the walls.

Clearly, this was a facility for restraining people and preventing them from escaping.

“All right, someone go get our client!”

The large man gives instructions. Then one of the men leaves the prison and heads somewhere.

“Well, Missy. Do you understand your circumstances?”

“…… what’s the use of kidnapping me?”

When asked by the large man, Miranda stoutly retorts.

“If you’re as good-looking as you are, you can handle anything. But this time, it was a client’s request. They wanted you as a sex slave.”

“No ……”

Miranda despairs when she hears the words “sex slave”.

But there is still hope.

“…… I’m sorry to hear that, though. I can’t believe you caught me. You’re all finished.”

“Oh? What do you mean?”

“I was about to travel to an estate at the invitation of the son of a nobleman. If I were to go missing, of course there would be a search for me.”

Miranda speaks, alarming the men and wondering if she can somehow make herself safe.

“Oh, the son of a nobleman, huh?”

“That’s right. So if something happens to me, you’ll be in trouble, and will you even have the time to deal with me? Wouldn’t it be better for you to get out of here as soon as possible?”

“I see. I see. So that’s what you mean.”

The big man grins.

And at the same time, the voice of a new visitor to the prison echoes.

“By the way, did this nobleman look like this?”

“–What?”

Miranda was too astonished to comprehend.

After all, it was Bujin Boujacque himself who had entered the prison, the very person Miranda had been waiting for so long for help.
