Chapter 2: PROLOGUE II

Ethan sat across from the man, staring, into the center of the empty bar. The man was drinking from a glass cup. He couldn't say much more than that the guy was so lovely when he first saw him 

Although he was a guy, his chin was built differently to the point where it could be called "elegant," and gray eyes, black hair, and sharp facial features were so enthralling and captivating that they were able to effortlessly entice women.

And his physique?

His tight leather jacket was unable to conceal anything but his huge wide shoulders and powerful chest and set of abs.

"Why is there such a desire for the same gender?" 

"It was unavoidable."

"Jake lakes"

The main character of [THE REGRESSOR], a web novel that Ethan had previously enjoyed reading, was this person, who even had a gorgeous name like Jake lakes 

(The main character from the book was now standing in front of me as a real, breathing human being. Being unaffected was impossible.)

What was he referring to? He was referring to a tale that some would consider cliche.

"It indicates that I woke up inside the book." 

His character's duties included being used as a pawn by the charming returnee Jake Lakes, aiding in the death of his father, suffering from Lakes' negligence, being expelled from his family, and ultimately becoming a snack for the monsters in a [Dungeon]. He was an evil character whose life was destined to end tragically.

Again, cliché, but he was about to lose his mind now that he was the bad guy in this clichéd tale.

"How in the world am I going to fix this?"

He remembered the time he had awakened as the villain a few days ago after he had sighed heavily a few times.

His tight leather jacket couldn't conceal his firm chest and abs.

Personalities 

He is solipsistic, snoot, competitive, and nasty to his competitors, yet he eventually becomes fixated on the protagonist.

He confronts Daemon Connor later in the novel, saying, "I have to be the best. I cannot tolerate anyone being above me."

But he cares for his people and the world.

"My subordinates are those who cannot outperform me."

"A monarch cannot lose his domain, so that's why I'm protecting the world."

The portrayal of the character Daemon Connor

Bright blue eyes and white hair are covered by a black bandana, which also gives his hair a spikier appearance. 

He likes outfitting in a dark blue zip-up jacket with a wide, high collar. He's dressed in black dress boots and slim-fit matching slacks.

Sometimes he wears bandages around his hair. He likes to dress expensively, and he has numerous casual outfits he'll wear with his sunglasses outside.

Personalities

He was a complicated person. He usually comes across as carefree and lighthearted, but when he's serious, man, he is serious.

He treats adversaries cruelly and without compassion.

"Stay away from me protagonist"

"I'm simply a villain who wants to live a regular life; why should I save the world?"

"It's not my job to save the world; it's only the protagonist's."

"I just want to be able to defend myself and my dependable subordinate who is willing to put their lives in danger for me."
