The stroll was a pleasant one and calmed my anger. I went to the Central Plaza and then to the park. As night was approaching I went to Air Temple Island. Nya was busy at work and told me not to expect her to come until midnight.

On Air Temple Island, Pema greeted me. We went for a stroll looking for Korra, since I was here might as well talk with her. We find Korra with Jinora and Ikki talking about Mako, me Pema found it pretty amusing.

When she finally noticed us she turned beet red.

"How long have you been there?"

"For a while now."

"Hahaha, Korra there is no need for you to feel embarrassed, it's something normal at your age."

"What do you think I should do?"

"Well, to be honest, there isn't much you can do. I recommend you just tell him how you feel and see what he does. What do you think aunty Pema?"

Pema then started to tell us about how she meet Tenzin. The moral of the story was basically the same thing I said but Korra seems to understand better from her, we went to train after.

That night Nya and I went to the pro-bending arena. It was an easy win for the Fire Ferrets. After the win, we went to congratulate them. We heard Korra confess to Mako. I nearly couldn't hold my laughter but Nya smacked me from behind to make sure I shut up.

She whispered to me.

"Shut up, don't ruin the moment."

I knew the outcome, I even knew the words that Korra was going to say, more or less, and I got to say, it was waaaay more awkward in real life than in the anime, for them that is. I laughed my ass off, I remembered my past life romantic fails and it made the scene so much sweeter and more enjoyable to watch.

Mako rejected her quite nicely, Bolin seeing this made his move on Korra. It made me proud to see him take the initiative in something like this.

They went on a trip around the city while went home. I told Nya about Master Wu's visit. She was concerned at the start but after some reassurance, she calmed down.

I meet with Korra the next morning for training and I asked her how her date with Bolin was.

She straight out denied that it was a date and told me they were only friends.

"Korra, I'm not telling you how to live your life. All I want from you is to think about what Bolin is feeling right now. He's a nice guy, a good friend, I know that you don't see him as anything more, but please just tell him that. Bolin has many qualities but being quick-witted isn't one of them."

"I understand what you are trying to tell me, but everything is all right. There is no need for you to be concerned. Why are you so concerned anyway?"

"I have something most people don't have and that is called foresight. I can see how a situation will be played out based on what other people do and please believe me when I tell you that I don't see anything good happening from pursuing this."

"I know what foresight is! I said it's fine and it is, why are you truly so invested in this?"

"Well for starters I know Bolin for most of my life and truth be told I don't want to see his heart being crush. You are my friend to Korra, and I want to avoid an event caused by miscommunication to ruin the friendship between the two of you. Look, all I'm asking is for you is to tell him how you truly feel, nothing more, nothing less. Boys aren't very good at reading the room or situations so they usually misunderstand, what I'm trying to do is avoid such possibility. I'm not usually asking for favors but, can you please do that for me?"

"Fineeee... I see your point, I'll talk with him the first time I see him."

"Thank you! You can't imagine the relief that you gave me by agreeing... oh and by the way, it was a nice try what you did with Mako in the locker room. It's a pity it didn't work out, you could try again if he breaks up with Asami."

"Whatever you say... WHAT?! YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT?!"

"Yes, it was quite a funny sight. I had the time of my life watching from the sidelines. You did great in all the wrong aspects, it was amazing that you could make an already awkward situation even more so."

"Oh no! Who else heard it? Did Asami? I feel so bad now..."

"You don't have to feel down. We all went through those moments, it's a normal thing for this age, I think even the mighty Tenzin had some of them. All that matters is that you're learning how society works, how human relations function, and how to handle rejection."

"Did you have those moments with Nya?"

"Of course we did! Then again, it was so much easier for me and her, we know each other for almost all our lives, we trusted each other with our lives long before we entered a relation. For me, the awkward part was that I didn't see how much she cared for me and the way she did."

"Ohh..."

"Cheer up, young avatar, there is enough fish in the sea for you to choose. You have all the boys and girls in the world to choose from."

"Wait what?"

"I'm not judging, you do you, as long as it makes you happy, it's all that matters!"

"It's not that, It's just that I wasn't expecting you to say that so straightforward. It's not that I didn't expect this from you, you are an open-minded person but you are way too relaxed about this."

I shrug and we continue training.

The next night was game night. It was incredible to see so many people cheer for the Fire Ferrets.

The game started and I could immediately see that things weren't all good in paradise.
