Shaman's eyes widen upon viewing the city from the window, it can be seen some people flying and crystal lights seen throughout the streets.
'This... is not what I was expecting. it feels like its modern but also feels old.'
'Looks like there is magic in this world as there are light crystals and some people flying.'
'Hang, if people are flying that only means one thing.'
"I CAN FLY TOO." Shaman jumps up excitedly from the sudden enlightenment but comes back down to the realization of the amount of hours just to achieve flight and is probably race exclusive or a top tier spell.
'oh well what can I do, still wonder how my sister and my parents doing at home. it would be sad if I can't make it back I still had those assignments this week but looks like ill be dropping out now. well no use thinking about it, I just have to work hard to return home lets hope it doesn't take too long.'
Shaman hops up on the side of the bed pondering on what her next step should be and how the hell she is going to return home.
'Hang on, whose room is this and do I have to pay rent, do I even have a job or did I just spawn in this world left to fend for myself' right as these thoughts came to mind the system opened up.

Shaman furrowed her brows. 'oh great, a quest, at least I have a direction now and it looks like the easy life of just working for the rest of my life is not an option.'
'Welp, let's use this room as a base of operation for now. Now it's time to find some clothes to go outside with, I hope there is something to wear' Shaman opens the sliding door to find clothes that is oddly the perfect size for her.
'Okay this just makes me think I took over a body with the exact same name, lets just hope I don't have any responsibilities that are now left for me to deal with and sorry for stealing your clothes.' Shaman gets into black shorts, with a white t-shirt with a slit in the back for her tail. She finds a pair of shoes and a slightly dark blue jacket to wear and heads for the door. She also spots a pouch by the door which she assumes to be the form of currency in this world.
Upon touching it it vanishes in a blue white and to her shock steps back.
'NOO! not my finances, how else am I going to survive.' as this was said the system interjects
[Say inventory]
"oh... inventory"
An interface appears with a bunch of blank squares and in the corner it can be seen 3 different counters.
[Gold: 0 Silver: 50 Copper: 75]
"hell yeah I'm rich" Shamans eyes brighten upon seeing the numbers and from her own knowledge seems like enough to live off for a while assuming she is not in some rip off place where everything is overpriced for a new aspiring adventurer.
Shaman exits the room which leads to a balcony with another view of the city.
"Hey system, do you have a map or something that can help me find the guild or something."
[No, find it yourself]
*sigh* 'guess i'll start walking and ask around, lets just hope I'm not a criminal or some runaway royalty, now let's get the show on the road.' as she turns to her right towards the stairs she spots a peculiar building that looks like a guild house.
'I see, maybe I should not be too hasty with these kinds of things. That explains why the system was not willing to help, its bloody right there. I wonder, since I'm in a new body, is my lack of physical capabilities gone and am I now an athlete.' Shaman then proceeds to run down the stairs as fast as she can.
She reaches the bottom without breaking a sweat despite going down quite a few flights of stairs. 'That is the most exercise I have done in two weeks and I still feel like I could run a marathon, this is great. Although it was downstairs, compared to my old self I could hardly run without being out of breath.'
"Onwards!" Shaman starts to lightly jog towards what seems to be the adventurers guild
'Since the system says I'm 18 I should not have any problem assuming they follow similar rules compared to my home, let's hope they are not prejudiced about my height. I now fully understand the pain of short people and you have my sympathy. Shaman puts her hands together to pray for all short people she has insulted.
'hang on, do they even speak the same language, and can I even read or write? Let's hope I don't have to pretend to be a grade schooler, that would be embarrassing.'
[Do not fear, all language and text will be converted to the appropriate language]

'phew, at least I don't have to worry about learning a new language'
Shaman proceeds to jog for another 15 mins noticing that many people are just like her, a humanoid beast and is a very common thing around even normal humans are around.
'At least there are no race wars that I'm aware of, it seems like I will be rather safe when traveling' right as she was lost in thought she felt this aura of killing intent behind her.
'oh no' Shaman out of pure instinct dodges to the side barely dodging the blade that would have pierced her neck. But right at that moment the man that tried to stab her falls over from the sudden dodge and what seems to be a patrol knight steps on him to arrest him.
The Knight calls over some other knights and picks the guy up and takes him away. The knight from before approaches Shaman.
"Hey, Missy, are you okay, it's impressive that you managed to dodge him at the last second." The knight said in a soft and cheery voice.
"Thanks, I guess but honestly my body just moved on its own." Shaman blushing a little from the compliment. 'hmm this guy is way too suspicious, that feels way too conveniently timed and how did I not hear any running. Also NOW is not the time to be blushing.'
"Well either way, you're safe and I assume you're heading to the adventurers guild right?" The knight returned to his normal tone.
"Yes, I am heading there to register now since I just turned 18." slightly scratching her cheek as she was not accustomed to the common knowledge of this world and its circumstances and rules.
"Hmmm, I will be safe as I can see potential in you, I don't want to have to see wasted talent to die." The knight rubbed his chin as if pondering something.
"Yes sir, Have a great day." Shaman starts to jog while waving back going in the direction towards the guild house.
The knight waves back and turns around in his own direction and softly says "That was an impressive 6th sense not many have that skill and have that natural instinct to react like that, I hope to see her on the headlines in the near future." The knight said in a sinister tone as it seems like they just found someone interesting.
Back to Shaman, she approaches the building with a variety of people entering and leaving.
'This must be the place.' Shaman walks through the front door and to the reception desk.
"Hey, what can I do for you?" the reception lady gives a warm smile to Shaman
"Hey umm, I'm here to register as an adventurer." Shaman speaks nervously since she does not look particularly the oldest and looks more like a 15 year old girl in a cute cosplay.
"Alright please wait a moment to let me get the registration stone." The lady walks to the back and comes back with a crystal orb.
"Just place your hand on this and it will record your details and then you will become a member whose details can be accessed across the continent."
Shaman places her hand on the orb then a screen is displayed
[Shaman Shiroi]
Age: 18
Gender: female

Adventurer grade: F
[You have successfully registered]
'hmm seems like I have access to stats they can't record, that's good to know.'
"Alright Shaman all done, here is your badge which can register monsters you kill by scanning their core and it will contribute to your rank and to earn money you need to sell the cores to the guild or you could use it to create gear and so forth. Are there any questions?" The lady smiled softly
"Yes, is there an auction market which I can use to buy gear or do I have to find a blacksmith?"
"There is indeed and is in this very building, if you turn to your left you will see the auction section which you can trade, buy and sell. If there is nothing else I hope to see you again and have a safe journey."
"Alright thank you, see you later." Shaman runs off to the auction house waving back at the nice lady. 'That was too easy but I guess if things are peaceful they would not need to be strict since there are no initial benefits to becoming one in the first place.'

Then a sudden surge went through her body as if she just powered up.
