Spoiler Alert !!!
...
"Don't push!" A soldier yelled while trying to maintain order, even as more people flooded through the inner gate and towards the crowd waiting to be transported.
"Let us through! I don't want to die!" A man yelled as he leaped past a guard and tried to grab the boat, but fell into the waters. If he was unlucky, he just ensured his death.
"You could have warned us, you could have prevented this!" Eren yelled when he saw Elsa looking at the chaos without much expression, as if what she saw was acceptable.
"How could sh-" Someone was about to scold Eren when he saw Elsa's appearance and clothing. Nobles all resided within Wall Sina, so why would she come out here at such a time?
"What happened isn't my fault." Elsa said simply. She understood Eren's anger, as in his view, she could save everyone, but reality was cruel.
"Then why did you lead us to the g-gate!?" Armin pulled Eren's sleeve in an attempt to stop him, but he shrugged him off and yelled angrily, and even those who were panicking before looked at Elsa with suspicion.
"Knowing what happens and changing it is two different concepts. You can doubt me, but you need to head towards wall Rose."
"Tell us what you know!" A panicking soldier reached out to grab Elsa's arm, but with a light wave, he missed and fell to the ground, not expecting to seemingly pass right through a person.
"You wouldn't accept it. All you can do is keep evacuating." Seeing someone fail to even touch her, some people started whispering about a ghost, but she didn't dwell on it and urged them to leave once more.
"You will be in danger if you stay here, so please go." While she could force them to go, if they didn't believe her and chose to stay to question her and ended up dying, she could only shake her head.
The cannon fire sounded and Elsa sighed. With Eren's emotional outburst, too much time was wasted. In the anime, he was in shock at his mother's death and didn't speak, now he was shouting and yelling freely, but time was of essence.
"Too late." Elsa shook her head. If Carla died, Eren would eventually turn out like the anime's version, and if she didn't, he'd be a stubborn and emotional kid.
A loud series of footsteps sounded from inside the Shiganshina District and some soldiers couldn't help but yelling what now? Soldiers from the other side of the gate ran forward and yelled to close the gate.
Just then, the footsteps which had been silent started again, picking up speed until it neared the gate, and without much suspense, the gate was barreled through by a titan encased in armor, sliding to a stop dramatically in Elsa's eyes, but to everyone else, it may as well be a devil from the pits of Hell.

"If the titans come through now, even less will escape than the original." Elsa mumbled and then walked towards the Armored Titan with light steps, her almost translucent cape, looking like fairy wings billowing behind her.
"I said to go, yet you stayed. Honestly, you like causing trouble Eren." Hearing a note of chiding in Elsa's voice, Carla reacted and wanted to tell Elsa to come back, but she had already arrived within twenty meters of the fifteen meter tall titan in armor.
"Hey, can you hold out for half an hour?" She stopped ten meters in front of the titan who turned it's head down and stared, but no sign of fear was on her face.
"Oh? I meant, can you not attack for thirty minutes or so? They should go back first." She looked at the group and then back at the Armored Titan who seemed puzzled by this development.
Reiner, inside the Armored Titan, looked at the beautiful woman with confusion. He thought normal people in the walls treated titans like mindless monsters judging by the reactions, yet this woman in a strange dress spoke to him normally?
"Well, I'm afraid you can't talk. Quite a drawback I guess." Elsa looked at the Armored Titan and recalled watching the anime and wanting to be a titan shifter in the anime at one point, but they were simply too pitiful.
You get the power of the titans, but dying thirteen years later, no matter what was a bit much. Shaking her head, she gazed back at the Armored Titan who seemed to make a decision.
A hand blasted the surrounding air away as it wanted to slam down on Elsa, but she didn't move and raised a slender hand to counter it.
Before it could touch her sleeves, a pillar of ice smashed the Armored Titan into the air and back up over the fifty meter wall, followed by a loud thud which anyone knew was the titan hitting the ground on the other side.
"You have thirty minutes to flee, if you're too slow then that's unfortunate." Elsa waved a hand and blocked the hole the Armored Titan made to prevent any other titans from crossing and turned back to the shocked crowd.
"You could save us! You could stop them just like you did that titan!" When Elsa heard a soldier yelling at her righteously, she shook her head and looked at him.
"Some things need to happen to usher in progress. You are stagnating like a well of long forgotten water. Originally, this would have caused huge waves, be glad it's simply ripples now."
Elsa didn't explain and walked back to Carla and stopped a few feet away, looking at Carla's expression, but aside from a bit of fear, she had a look Elsa was familiar with, the one Iduna wore when she and Agnarr set sail to find a solution to Elsa's powers.
"Thank you." Carla whispered and Elsa nodded. Although Carla didn't understand why Elsa didn't repel the titans, she could guess that she had her reasons, and arguing wouldn't change them, so she led the group on to a transport.
"With this, I will have interested parties coming for me. I didn't reveal those shifters, so they should be able to get inside safely." She walked with light steps to the transport ship and boarded without being stopped, the crowd clearing a path for her.
