Old Sixth Liu put one of his feet on the chair as he ate the fried spinach from his bowl, looking all care-free and goofy. “Just tell him!”
The fat gangster sighed and said, “Wouldn’t it hurt this friend of mine if I’m being too direct?”
Old Sixth Liu took a sip of beer and said, “Then, give him hints.”
The fat gangster nodded. “I thought so.” He then picked his chopsticks up and put some coriander into Old Sixth Liu’s bowl. “Here, Brother Six, have some coriander.”
Old Sixth Liu put the coriander away and said with a grumpy expression, “Look here, Fatty, you know I don’t like this smelly sh*t!”
The fat gangster cleared his throat and said awkwardly, “Uh…Coriander is good. It’s ‘green’…”
Old Sixth Liu’s hand froze and his jaw dropped. He stared at the plate of green spinach on the table for a few seconds before he slammed his chopsticks on the table and bolted up. “F**k! Are you telling me I got the green hat?!”
The fat gangster pulled Old Sixth Liu down and tried to calm him down, “Brother Six, I saw…your wife and Su Yang come out from that little park last night, and…my my, were they close!”
Old Sixth Liu’s eyes widened. “Which little park?”
The fat gangster said, “That park! The park barely has any people and couples usually go there to have outdoor sex at night!”
Old Sixth Liu clenched his teeth tightly and several words squeezed out from the seams, “Impossible. She’s not that kind of woman!”
Despite saying so, Old Sixth Liu suddenly remembered seeing Pan Zhaodi’s knees bruised and red last night. He clenched his teeth even tighter. “Impossible! It’s impossible! F**k!”
…
The fishing trip with Old Zhou ended well. Both of them got what they wanted.
Old Zhou got a channel to communicate with his daughter and Su Yang could worry about one less thing. At least, he would not face that much resistance from the university when he promoted the app on campus.
After he got back home, he jumped into the virtual space.
Gru and Sanque were watching TV in the living room.
Su Yang asked, “Where are the others?”
Gru waved its twigs and ‘Gru-ed’ repeatedly, but Su Yang could not understand the poor little twig.
He shifted his attention to Sanque. Sanque glanced at him before it continued watching the TV. It did not even utter a word.
‘This little carrot…’
Su Yang grabbed the remote control and switched off the TV.
Sanque turned to Su Yang again and said, “Deeny is…coding. Little Knife and Pool are…talking at the swimming pool. Little Hus, well, I don’t know.”
It then turned away and said, “Switch on the TV please, thank you.”
Su Yang switched the TV back on before he headed to the swimming pool for Pool and Little Lady Knife. When he was at the door, Su Yang saw Pool sitting beside the water with Little Lady Knife beside him.
Little Lady Knife’s blade was softened and it was pointed at Pool as if she was listening to him.
Pool smiled warmly. “The world outside is beautiful. The sun is red and shining. The leaves are green, and when the wind blows, they dance along.”
Little Lady Knife said meekly, “Whoa! Are they that beautiful? But…what color is red and green?”
Pool said softly, “When you can see it, you will know. I can let you feel their shapes first.” He then took a familiar-looking baseball out from his sleeve and put it beside Little Lady Knife. “Here, touch this. This is the shape of the sun.”

Little Lady Knife squealed happily and she touched the baseball with her blade.
However, her talent was in effect, and the moment she touched it, a tiny cut appeared on the surface. She did not notice it and continued touching, but before she could fully feel the shape, the baseball was cut into shreds.
Little Lady Knife said nervously, “I-I’m sorry.”
Pool smiled. “It’s fine. I won this anyway. How is it? Can you feel the shape?”
Little Lady Knife nodded repeatedly with her blade. “Yes, yes, it’s round! The sun is a ball!”
Pool patiently said, “Yes, the sun is a ball. Here, try to feel the shape of a tree.” He then took a piece of wood in the shape of a tree out from his sleeve.
Su Yang smiled at the two of them. He had a feeling Pool was a kind and caring brother. He was a lot better than Little Hus and Sanque.
He did not want to disturb them, so he walked away quietly.
…
At night, after Su Yang called the interviewees to confirm the time and location for the interview tomorrow and made sure they would show up, so he finally went to bed.
At midnight, a figure appeared in front of Su Yang’s door.
The man was slightly thin and reeked of alcohol. He could not even walk in a straight line. The man was none other than Old Sixth Liu!
Despite being drunk, his eyes were sharp and fierce. He went up to Su Yang’s basement door and knocked on it fiercely while cursing out loud, “You piece of sh*t! F**k! Su Yang! Get the f**k out here!”
Su Yang could not hear Old Sixth Liu’s scolding from the virtual space but Deeny could.
As long as Su Yang was inside the virtual space, Deeny did not need to sleep. She constantly monitored the outside world to keep an eye out for accidents.
Therefore, the moment Old Sixth Liu knocked on the door, it startled Deeny, causing her to bolt up from the desk. She listened carefully through the receiver of the phone and heard what Old Sixth Liu was yelling.
The first thought she had was to wake Su Yang up, but on second thought, he had just gone to bed after a tiring day, so she hesitated.
A few seconds later, Deeny clapped her hands and the lightbulb above her head lit up. She immediately contacted all the little monsters in the house. “The first monster meeting is happening right now! Everyone, please gather at the living room right away.”
The water in the swimming pool slowly formed a human shape. Pool rubbed his eyes and said, “O-okay.”
Little Hus was sleeping in one of his dens, but Deeny’s call woke him up. He was startled and looked around nervously.
Gru stretched its twigs and ‘Gru-ed’ while Sanque slowly opened its eyes and looked at Gru.
As for Little Lady Knife, she was with Deeny, so she was already awake.
A while later, all the little monsters gathered in the living room, and Deeny briefed them about what had happened.
The little monsters found this midnight meeting lame at first, but when Deeny briefed them, they started to get excited. Someone was trying to invade Su Yang’s territory, and as his family, they should protect his home on his behalf.
Since they were not clear who was causing a scene at the door, Deeny swiftly came up with several plans.
After everything was planned out, she sent all five little monsters out and they went hiding in Su Yang’s basement.
Pool put Deeny on the desk just so she could supervise the entire situation. All six little monsters were in position and the wait began.
On the other hand, Old Sixth Liu almost rammed Su Yang’s door down. He slammed and kicked the door furiously. “F**k you, Su Yang! If you have the balls to do it, open the f**king door!”
The neighbors popped their heads out to see what happened, but when they saw Old Sixth Liu, they went back inside. After all, Old Sixth Liu was a notorious gangster in the neighborhood.
Just when Old Sixth Liu almost slammed his hand through the door, the door opened with an eerie creak.
