I didn’t hear anything about the craftsman being the king!

“Mister, no, Sir Dwar Crown is the king of this country?”

“Yes, he has governed this country for about 100 years.”

What a shock! The man who I intended to ask for my clothes was a king!…

“Ryu, what’s this about this Dwar person?”

Ril, who had been sleeping in my arms soundly, woke up, not having heard the conversation.

I’ll explain this situation to her for now before doing anything else.

“It seems the person we were going to ask to make our clothes was the boss of this country.”

I talk to Ril using my [Telepathy] skill.

I gained this skill when I contracted with her, but it’s less convenient than it might seem.

While there isn’t a distance limit, it’s only usable between those who have connected souls, so I can only use it with Ril.

It’s still useful when discussing within the two of us though, without being eavesdropped on.

“Yeah, so we’ll probably have to ask someone else instead.”

“I think grandfather said something about showing his fang if necessary?”

Oh right, the fang I have. I’m going to have to meet him for that though…

“Uh, would it be possible to meet Sir Dwar once?”

One of the other people who were in the room went out, probably to see if it would be possible.

That makes sense. I do want some information though, so maybe I should start some small talk and see where it takes me.

“Is there an inn here where I could stay with her?”

“If you follow the road on the right side, the third inn you come across will be an inn that allows familiars inside.”

“Thank you, this girl here can get a little lonely so it’s nice that I can stay with her.”

“Well, merchants who come here often need somewhere to keep their horses.”

The discussion went like so. Every last bit of information is useful after all.

“You will be able to meet Sir Dwar!”

Oh, he came back. And I’ll be able to meet him, huh. Honestly I thought I’ll only be able to meet a substitute.

“When will it be?”

“He will be free at 13 o’clock tomorrow.”

“Then I guess we’ll be chilling at our inn until then.”

“I wanna eat delicious food.”

“We will come find you tomorrow when it is time.”

“Alright, thank you.”
