Chapter 3: Chapter 2.

As I opened the Door and peeked out of it to confirm my surroundings, and as I, assumed there were no signs of people, granted the cabin was long been abandoned by the Sage Zenovis, who has long been dead. 

When I entered the room, I saw a wooden closet next to the desk and chair, and inside that closet were pairs of slim shirts, trousers, and underwear.

I remembered that how this clothes were able to change sizes according to the users body. So I decided to change into them.

While putting each one of the clothes on my body, I did not forget to appraise them. 

[Royal Silk Shirt] : A very soft shirt made of the highest quality royal silk. Automatically adjusts size according to the body shape of the wearer. Maintains a comfortable temperature for the wearer. Immune to dirt. Contains an auto-repair function. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

[Royal Silk Pants] : Very soft pants made of the highest quality royal silk. Automatically adjusts size according to the body shape of the wearer. Maintains a comfortable temperature for the wearer. Immune to dirt. Contains an auto-repair function. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

[Dragon God's Leather Shoes] :: Shoes made from the skin of a dragon god, the pinnacle of the dragon species. It ignores environmental effects or features. No matter how much the wearer walks or runs, they won't get tired, and the shoes won't be damaged. The size changes to fit the wearer. Immune to dirt. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

"Man, these clothes sure are super comfortable." as I praised the quality of the and comfort of the clothes after changing into them. The result of appraisal did not disappoint me. 

After that, I approached the table whith the letter on it. As I tried reading it, but...

"As expected I don't know this language so, should I just..."

[You have acquired the skill [Language Comprehension].

A message interrupted my plan to create the new skill, but I don't mind it since I got skill I was about to create, and I just focused on the skill and appraise it... 

 [Language Comprehension] : A skill that grants you the understanding to read and write in any language.]

Next, I just read the letter quickly, as to summarize the letter.

The previous owner of this house,the Sage Zenovis,  had decided to part with this cabin, because his life was soon to come to an end. 

Because he had no family, if anyone found this house, he would give that person ownership, along with everything inside the house. The registration of ownership was also updated somehow, with the power of magic, such that it wouldn't be possible for anyone other than the owner to enter the house.

When I was reading the I even got the new skill: Fast Reading, and it's information was like this. 

[Fast Reading]: A skill that allows the user to read quickly while retaining the information.]

As I finished reading the letter, my attention went towards the various weapons the is scattered around the room. So I just rushed towards it, as I reach towards the sword on the floor, but... 

"Fuck! it's heavy..."

It's obvious, my physical strength was pretty low, so just holding up a sword is almost enough to make me fall over. As I appraise, the sword I got  the following information.

[Omni-Sword] : The pinnacle of all swords. The blade remains shiny without tarnishing, and the edge is always perfectly sharp. It's said to be capable of cutting anything, but that depends on the contractor. Not for sale. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

As I tried to swing the heavy sword however I pleased, but…

"Whoa!?"

It was really hopeless. The end result was more like me being swung around by the sword rather than the other way around. I guess I should just wait for Level Up and increase my stats. 

Even though, I just created some new skills so I would not get hurt.

[Magic Power Generator] : A skill that allows you to generate magic power endlessly.]

[Magic Power Control] : A skill that allows you control your magic powers, no matter how immense it is.]

[Instant  Regeneration] : A skill that allows you instantly regenerate to the perfect state. Requires magical power to function.]

[You have created the skill [Physical Enhancement]

[Physical Enhancement] : A skill that allows you to increase physical stats by consuming magic power. the more magic power is consumed, the higher the enhancement.]

Once I was done creating the new skills and reading their information, I enhanced my strength and again tried to swing the sword, which I easily did. 

Of course, I was careful to not cut myself accidentally.

And so.... 

[You have acquired the skill [Swordsmanship: 1]

As I focused on skill a detailed information was presented in front of me. 

[Swordsmanship: 1] : Skills to handle swords. The numbers represent proficiency, with a highest value of 10.]

As the result of appraisal, I suddenly had idea, to which I immediately acted. As I created a new skill which will help me immensely in the future.

And at that moment, I got an another message.

"Yup, there is no way I am going to dedicate myself to practice swordsmanship, to max level when I could just do this." as I said those words. As I tried my new max proficiency with the sword. I could feal it as I could cut anything as I wished, even concept like time and space. 

So I decided to test it... by cutting the space in front of me.

"Woah! so cool." I gasped when a cut in space that connected to somewhere as a pitch black  crack appeared in front of me.

And it kinda, irked me. 

Thankfully, it got repaired leaving a normal scenery in front of me. 

'Has my swordsmanship skill has reached to the level of Cultivators in Cultivation novels' as I thought that in my mind.

After that, I decided to do something else so I stored the sword in the Item Box, and started to look around,as I began to test and appraise other weapons.

[Absolute Spear] : The one and only spear that exceeds the Divine Spear. It's said that this spear can pierce anything, depending on the contractor. This spear can't be broken. If you throw it, it will always hit the target and will return to your hand. Not for sale. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya]

[You have acquired the skill [Spearmanship : 1]

[Your skill [Spearmanship] has reached maximum level.]

[Death Scythe] : A scythe that could even kill the God of Death. It is said to be capable of cutting anything the contractor wants. Any existence cut by this scythe, no matter how small is it, will give a fatal wound. Not for sale. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

[You have acquired the skill [Scythe Mastery : 1]

[Your skill [Scythe Mastery] has reached maximum level.]

[Infinity Gauntlet] : Not only does this increase striking power, this gauntlet can also be used for protection. One blow is equal to infinite attacks. Not for sale. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

[You have acquired the [Hand-to-Hand Combat proficiency :1]

[Your skill [Hand-to-Hand Combat proficiency] has reached maximum level.]

[Formless Bow] : The ultimate bow without physical form. Depending on the contractor's will, it can produce an infinite number of arrows. The arrows are said to be capable of shooting through the world. It will absolutely hit whatever target the contractor desires. Not for sale. 

Contractor: Tenjou Yuuya.]

[Your skill [Archery] has reached maximum level.]

And so on... 

Once I was done, I stored all the weapons in the Item Box, as a new message appeard in front of me... 

[You have met the required condition. Integrating all martial arts skills. You have acquired the skill [True Martial Art: 1]

[Your skill [True Martial Art] has reached maximum level.]

[True Martial Art : MAX] : A state that can only be reached by those who have learned all weapons and hand-to-hand combat arts. You can master all weapons and hand-to- hand combat.]

"Since, my True Martial Art is at Max level so does that mean that I have surpassed those Holy Holders." as I wondered in my mind as I remember, the Saints such as Kicking Saint,  Sword Saint, Martial Saint, Magic Saint...  and so on from the original story.

I decided to stop thinking about it as I approached the window and look outside, as I was amazed when they what I saw.

The area beyond the window was dense with trees, which look a bit alien as they didn't exist on Earth, as air was fresh unlike that of polluted air on Earth.

As I was enjoyed all that till my gaze fell on the garden of the house filled with weeds, plants and vegetables.

'If I remember correctly all this vegetables can increase some of the stats permanently' with that in mind I stared at the field outside the house. 

As I went to the field. I quickly approached the vegetables in the garden and started to appraised them one by one.

A/N: I will update chapters on weakly basis as I have other stuff to do. So around 4~5 chapter a week.

Creating a chapter is though so please give me some ideas in comments section if I like the ideas I will use it on the fan-fic. 

And this fan-fic is going to be slow paced so please support it. 

And as newbie please don't except me to write this fan-fic in way of adventure and fighting. 

As this fan-fic will mainly base on Slice of Life.
