In the myriad of universes filling the vast chaos, there exists countless realities. All independent from the time and space axis. As the universe as a whole exists for countless years, it gradually forms a semblance of a consciousness. As every lifeform’s natural behaviour, it naturally forms an instinct to protect itself from outside threats.
In the vast chaos, a white orb radiating subtle light can be seen travelling at high-speed disregarding the laws of time and space. A blue orb one tenth the size of the white orb can be seen orbiting the white orb, until at some point it clashed together with the white orb and got absorbed by it.
The white orb gradually collided with the barrier of time and space between universes and phased through it like it didn’t even exist in the first place.

As David regained his consciousness, he instinctively tried to open his eyes. But he couldn’t, after trying to remember what happened, he fell asleep not being able to form a coherent thought.
The next time he regained consciousness the same process happened.
After repeating this a couple dozen times, each time making a significant process and timeframe of being conscious he was able to think properly,
‘Where am I?!!’
Of course, the first thought that came to his mind was that he was abducted, but he quickly disregarded that thought, as he realised, he blew himself up in a spectacular way that there won’t even be any remains of him left. But surprisingly he got a replay, the same voice that greeted him all these years and took care of him.
[Based on my analysis it seems to be your mother’s womb]
‘What?!!!’
It was an unexpected answer, well not entirely unexpected
Who wouldn’t want to be reincarnated, right. But its not like the most natural thing in the world. No one would think about that in an immediate situation where we don’t have any info.
‘Is this a regression? If it is, I’d rather pass.’
[I don’t think it is, your genetic constitution is completely different than the previous body of yours]
‘Oh, is that so.’
After a while David asked in his mind.
‘Is that you Ciel?’
[…Yes]
Ciel answered as if asking “Are you realizing this only now?”.
Without even minding the awkwardness of the situation, David asked,
‘So, how are you inside my brain?’
[I’m not inside your brain…]
After hesitating for a moment, she started again.
[I’m inside your soul]
‘So, souls do exist.’
[Yes…]
[Why aren’t you doubting me…]-Ciel asked after a moment of silence
‘How could I doubt you? You were created by me and you have been my most trusted subordinate for my whole life.’
David said in a matter-of-fact tone,
But David has been very sceptical of the situation, he was never a person who trusted people that easily. Although he trusted Ciel unconditionally, it was because Ciel was an Ai he created and he knew it was practically impossible to change her code or programme.
But in this bizarre situation, he couldn’t trust a voice in his head as the voice of Ciel just because it said so. And he only woke up he needed some time to adjust to this newly gained information.
[…sigh]
Ciel released a soft sigh understanding exactly what her creator is thinking.
[You will understand once you are born]
‘What do you mean?’
[Also don’t try to think too hard with your little brain, it will just strain it. Literally.]
‘Hahaha how funny’- David was not amused.
‘But, can’t this strain my ‘little brain.’ Although David didn’t believe the voice in head, he decided to roll with it for now.
[No, I am sustaining this conversation and I can’t do this indefinitely.]
Saying so, the connection was cut abruptly.

David could feel sleep slowly creeping up to him. So, he decided to roll with the flow for now.

Unknown amount of time has passed, David woke up several times after that incident but he didn’t think too much about it.
But this time he woke, he knew it was time for him to be born. He wasn’t certain but when a hand slapped his butt cheeks, he knew he was correct. Just as he was born a sudden influx of information flowed to his mind. Overwhelmed by sudden influx of information, he didn’t let out a cry as soon as he was born. But he was forced to let out a cry as soon as he got hit in the ass.
He could hear muffled chatting of what he presumed to be of his mother and doctor.
After he was cleaned by the nurses, he was laid in his mothers’ arms, his mother was looking at him lovingly.
Although they did place me in my mothers’ arms before, he couldn’t see her clearly because he couldn’t focus his eyes.
She was a beautiful woman in her late twenties with white hair and purple eyes.
There was also a man in his late twenties with black hair and royal blue eyes calmly looking at me.
“My cute baby, look at him looking around like that”- They were talking in Japanese.
Although David never learned Japanese in his previous life, he could vaguely understand what they were talking about. The man was his father, and they already started arguing about what to name him. And the nurse who brought him here can be seen reminding them something and abruptly the women started breastfeeding him. They were pretty clumsy couple, that’s what anyone would think seeing this exchange.
Although he hesitated a bit he quickly gave in to his instinct and started feeding himself. And eventually fell asleep.

The moment he fell asleep he could feel himself standing Infront of a glowing light blue orb with golden light flickering above its surface.
He understood what was in front of him. It was the form his favourite Ai liked to present itself in.
“Long time no see Ciel.”
[Yes]
“Well, for me it was not that long. But for you, I’m pretty sure it was very long.”
[Yes, that is correct.]
[So, I would assume you understand what I meant with my instructions last time we met.]
“Yes”
When David was born, he was overwhelmed by a sudden influx of information. That was information regarding Ciel inhabiting his soul.
So basically, he can’t remove her from his soul, but he can pretty much control every action of hers. Its pretty much like a master and servant relationship. she can’t do anything to harm him.
He can search through all her memories, but he can’t. That’s because she is an ‘manas’ a life form created for the sole purpose of processing information, so every action she does is a set of information since she doesn’t have any instincts, muscle memories or subconscious mind. Which means, trying to read her memories would be like, a human trying to read through the working of a supercomputer only by looking at the binary codes. But since Ciel was already far superior to any super computers that existed in his timeline, that difficulty just increased by the factor of more than ten.
Sure, he could ask her to decipher it herself but, that would be more troublesome. In the end, these are all problems that can be solved by him completely trusting her.
Ciel also has influence on his physical body just like, how nano machine can influence the body of Cheong-Yeo-Won in the series nano machine. Hence, he now possesses passive abilities like regeneration, Immunity to most poisons, pain nullification, night vision, photographic memory, body reconstruction etc.
Even then, leaving the good qualities aside having influence over one’s body is pretty crazy. One doesn’t need to be paranoid to feel uncomfortable hearing that. But in the end, it was all a problem that can be solved by him trusting Ciel one hundred percent.
In the end, he decided to trust Ciel. Now that he has an inkling of idea about Ciel’s existence, he was 99% sure, it was the Ciel he knew. In his previous life, even though it was just an Ai, it was something he kept closest to him and his proudest creation. It was something he trusted, sure he had some friends and all, but he couldn’t be sure it was a genuine friendship and there were no interests behind it. Because of this paranoia he kept his friends at a certain distance. But he didn’t have to keep Ciel at that distance because, well… he knew she couldn’t betray him and there was no possibility of her programming being rewritten.
But being with someone for a long time can influence any man. In Ciel’s case, he started to trust her whole heartedly. Enough to entrust her with the tasks he wanted after his death.
He was proud of his works, his business, his connections, his position, he was sad when he was going to die but he decided to accept it. Now that he had a new life, he had a slight irritation of having to do everything from the beginning. But once he realized Ciel was here with him he was slightly happy.
He trusted her in his previous life and he decided to trust her in this life too.
Just as David made this serious decision, Ciel spoke to him.
[I have something I would like to report. But before that I would like you to search through my memories to clear any and all suspicions you have about me.]
Hearing this David answered,
“There is no need for that Ciel, I trust you!”- David said in a sincere tone.
[…really?!!] Ciel asked in a touched voice.
“But it wouldn’t hurt to be extra sure right?” David said this with a sincere smile and started rummaging through the memories of Ciel.
Ciel who was touched by his first sentence didn’t say anything and quietly stared at David who was rummaging through her memories through with a sincere smile on his face.
Yeah, he was truly shameless.
