Why is the grade S male here?
Some of their wild guesses almost seem validated the closer Cheng Zhaoci walks towards BombInMyPants’ booth.
Seriously?
Then they watch as Cheng Zhaoci and the two males with him enter the booth, while his escorts join the security guards, standing outside.
After that, Cheng Zhaoci speaks into the microphone on the desk, “apologies for being late. Something came up in the last minute.”
The venue falls dead silent. Again.
“… Bro. I want to go home,” one of Xiao Ji’s classmate, still spreading the banner wide, would much rather turn around to run away.
This is excessively exciting. If he knew… he knew, he would have dressed up some more! It’s a grade S male! Actually, why is BombInMyPants’ a grade S male?! What the fuck?!
Was he not supposed to be a shemale who fantasised a bit much about males? Why-what-wh?! How did he turn into a male all of a sudden?!
“Bro! Why didn’t you tell me he’s that comic artist?!”
“Who the heck are you calling here?” Xiao Ji dismissively slaps the arm away, “now put that dumb banner down and keep your bullshit to yourself. Got it?”
Conversation is refilling the air… Even more violently this time. Almost everyone is talking to each other while looking at Cheng Zhaoci.
Meanwhile, the first insectoid lining up at Cheng Zhaoci’s booth is actually a male – from the Institute. Undeterred, and not the slightest bit surprised, he asks Cheng Zhaoci to draw a simple figure of the demi reporter with a completely natural tone, then has a bit of friendly banter with him before leaving.
Then there’s the young male who is the twelfth in line – the one that was planning to have his friends all shout a confession to BombInMyPants as a joke. He is coming to terms with reality, and also praying…
Unfortunately for him, those males have left without looking the slightest bit perturbed. They simply left looking happy that they got to meet their favourite creative.
… Huh? Is he the odd one out? Is it normal that Cheng Zhaoci – the grade S male – is here, as BombInMyPants?
The male then looks behind him, and sees that the insectoids lining up behind him seem even more distressed. He feels slightly better.
“Um, hello?” Cheng Zhaoci sees that the young male now in front of his booth has been zoning out for some time, occasionally glancing behind him, and tries to get his attention.
“Uh-ah! One, two, three!” The poor male’s brain still in haywire, what he remembers most deeply is his scheme to throw BombIn off guard with his friends. He ends up going through with it.

Being birds of a feather, his friends quickly snap back to gear and yell out in chorus, “BombIn! I love you!”
A powerful yell that echoes throughout the venue has quite the visible effect on the atmosphere – the stadium has fallen silent once more.
The first one to react is the recipient of the confession, Cheng Zhaoci, who smiles but says in the microphone, “apologies, I’m not homosexual.”
The gentle tone helps mellow out his imposing aura quite a lot – which only ends up making the male in front of him blush even more, to the degree that one could reasonably suspect Cheng Zhaoci has just been hitting him up with indecency.
And ‘indecent’ is the perfect word encapsulating the ‘gentle’ Cheng Zhaoci’s thoughts right now – he’s elated.
See? Can you see for yourself? An actual, living male! Now no one can retort anymore that he ‘can’t possibly be a male’! No one, he says!
The more his emotions rage underneath, the gentler his smile becomes. He signs for the male and quickly draws a figure for him in one fell stroke.
“Say, he looks really disingenuous right now,” Zhou Luoluo whispers to his cousin next to him.
Zhou Xiaobao then looks towards Cheng Zhaoci; he has been signing as well, also being a popular comic artist, though his own fans also can’t help but keep looking towards Cheng Zhaoci.
Of course, Zhou Xiaobao is a rare male comic artist who’s actually kind of reclusive in behaviour – but clearly, he is nowhere near as surprising to everyone as a certain unique grade S individual.
Zhou ‘the Walking Festival Décor’ Xiaobao is quite unhappy, “let’s not go outside with him together in the future,” as it is seriously affecting his prospects for romance right now.
“Huh? You, who would never go outside anyway?” And only ever commuting to Cheng Zhaoci’s whenever he does go outside?
Zhou ‘the Socially Awkward’ Xiaobao “…”
Is it so difficult to look for love these days?
Meng Yuele is having a rare moment of respite, and is using that to the fullest… watching livestream of the Gala, “everyone is shocked.”
Including the many soldiers posted here. None of them had any idea that BombInMyPants was actually there with them for a while on base. And it wasn’t remotely the case that the Group Captain was BombIn. It’s actually his xiongzhu instead.
This is really a lot to take in. They need some time to themselves.
Wei Zhuo, meanwhile, is maintaining his firearm while looking at the stream every so often. Though when the camera closes up on Cheng Zhaoci, Wei Zhuo feels like something is off, “I think my xiongzhu is happy,” but his smile looks quite restrained, like he’s constipated or something.
