"DOWN WITH THE KING! DOWN WITH THE KING!"

Outside echoes the traitorus crowd repeating the same words.

"My king the rebels are approaching you should leave."

"I cannot do that. I must stand before and hear what my people have to say. If they believe I am unfit to be king then let them cut me down."

"How can you say that? You are the best king thus country has ever had."

"That is not for you or the rest of the nobility to decide but the commoners the people of the kingdom. If you wish to die defending me I will not stop you equally if you choose to run I will not stop you. I fear the age if Kings has ended, its now the time for the people to rule themselves."

"I will defend you with my life like I have done ever since I became a knight."

I raise my shield and draw my sword and wait for the rebels to enter. Minutes go by as I listen to the chanting out side along with the sounds of battle. Eventually the first enter the room. I and two other knights charge forth clashing into their vast numbers.

We know that we can't win but we will fight to the end as the knights we have trained to be. I cut down what must be dozens of rebels before I take my first injury, a cut to the arm. Not letting this stop me I continue fighting killing all who stand before me.

These are the people who I swore to protect but they betrayed the kingdom so it is now my job to protect the kingdom and the still loyal people from them.

One of the rebels catches me off guard and hits me in the head with a mace making me stumble backwards. This is all they needed. Once they saw me with my guard down they swarmed on me stabbing and cutting at me. Eventually everything goes black.

Where am I? In front of me is a wooden door and everything else is pure white. Might as well go through. I slowly push the door open. Inside is a office looking room. Something a king or noble would have. Behind the desk is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen wearing clothes I have never seen.

She starts talking to me and tells me that I died which shocked me. I really died, one of the best knights in the kingdom died to some untrained commoners. She goes on to talk about reincarnation which I understand and then she starts looking at and doing something with this strange box.

Once she is done she tries to show me but it is too bright and hurts my eyes.

She is then about to reincarnate me but she stops and does something before and only says its an extra present whatever that means.

Where am I now? Have I been reincarnated? If so why did I have to start as a baby? Looking around I seem to be in a nobles house of some sort and nobody else is around.

Can't do much else so let's see if this world has a status.

In front of me appears my status. I start looking through it and if I had a drink I would have spit it out in shock by now. I asked her to make me strong physically and politically but she didn't have to go this far. I haven't ever seen anyone with stats this high before. Like who has ten trillion HP? Especially a baby. She also made me a princess. Well this will be an interesting new life. I hope I can see her again she was nice. What was her name? Svileif I think.
