The sound of flesh striking and slapping hard surfaces echoed throughout the distance of the forest.

The sky had turned dark, and I had trained far more on this day than on previous days, as the next day would be school.

My fists had a small amount of blood coating both as they had been ripped open.

I hadn't held back in this training as I wanted to get stronger.

I had also gone further into the forest because I had damaged the other sites over the training sessions.

Somehow I found myself close to an old burnout home as I had run by it while doing the annual quest.

I had no idea that the people were searching the forest for something, nor did I know a few fellow students were coming closer until I heard a dog barking, followed by a yell and a muffled voice say in the distance.

"Hold it right there!"

 This caused me to stop my training and look in the distance, followed by standing straight.

I then moved towards the voice until I saw the sheriff and his son.

I listened to their conversation, and I also saw Scott hiding; after a few moments, I heard the sheriff yell;

"SCOTT, YOU OUT THERE?"

I saw a few others, but they weren't important, so I turned and went to leave when I saw that the sheriff, Stiles, and the rest of the men went to leave.

So I chose to do the same and go back and retrieve the things I had been using where I had been training.

As I got back, I heard a multitude of hooves heading my way, and as I turned, I saw many deers rushing past like they were afraid and trying to escape a predator, followed by more noise.

Shortly after, I saw Scott run away in the distance; then, suddenly, I heard a rush noise and turned to see a giant creature coming at me and was about to swipe at me.

But just before it did, I finally chose to use my new trait, causing the ground beneath the beast and me to turn into fine sand before it acted alive and then shot up around the beast's body.

This giant monster before my eyes was snarling and attempting to break loose from my sand, and as I looked into its eyes and as I did, I used 【Analyze Eyes】;

"Bad Puppy"

I flipped my hand, revealing a small golden rod that suddenly changed inside of my hand and released an immense pulsating power revealing it was not as normal when first revealed as it had become an odd cudgel.

That I had chosen to use like a golf club as I funneled Chakra through myself and the cudgel before I slammed it into the Alpha's lower jaw sending it flying with a massive strike and causing it to slam into a tree.

I looked at it for a moment; part of me wanted to kill it, but I was no different, so I just chose to leave, but I said ;

"I know you're fine, bastard; If you snap at me again, I'll shatter you next time."

With that, I left, not caring about it no longer, but I also kept up my alert as I knew the chances of still being attacked.    

To my surprise, it didn't attack, so I left for home as I had school in the morning.

【Beacon Hills】~【 My Home】

I jogged home, never dropping my guard, and after an hour, I found myself in front of my home, and I went inside.

As I entered, I went to my bedroom, entered the bathroom, and got undressed, tossing the sweat-soaked clothing into the hamper before climbing into the shower and quickly getting cleaned up.

After I was done, I got out and started to dry off before going back into the bedroom and slipping on a pair of shorts before climbing into bed and falling asleep.

【Next Morning】

The next morning I slowly awoke as my bedside alarm sounded, ringing in the new day and the first day of a new school year.

I rubbed my face before sitting up and let out a yawn to get the last of the sleepiness from my system.

I got out of bed shortly after and then went to the bathroom to splash water on my face before going downstairs and fixing myself some breakfast, as both my parents should have gone to work a couple of hours earlier.

The thing was, my family was so busy it allowed me to get away with walking in the house at all hours, whether it was the middle of the night or the afternoon, without worrying about any questions, and even more, I never caused much trouble to make it an issue anyways.

But as I got the ingredients from the fridge and cabinets for a six eggs-omelet stuffed with a mixture of sautietd vegetables, meats, and a few kinds of cheese along with half of pound of potatoes.

Since I got the system and have been altered by it, I found that my need for a large amount of food was similar to the protagonist in shonen animes I watched in both lives.

But also, I had picked up cooking skills fairly easily and had little trouble actually making these hulking amounts to accommodate my needs.

After finishing making my breakfast, I plated it, sat down with it at the kitchen table, and began eating.

As I swallowed down the food without it distorting my figure or even bringing discomfort, it felt more like my body was breaking it down almost immediately for energy so I could keep eating more.

After fifteen minutes, I took a slice of bread, mopped the plate off with it to get all of the residues before eating the bread slice as well, then got up and began cleaning up before heading to school.

I came running up to the high school after leaving my house, and as I entered the parking lot, a window inside my mind opened;

This brought a smile to my lips, even more, when I saw Stiles crashing and burning with Lydia with the thought if Jackson saw the douche, the rich prick would probably beat the sheriff’s son’s ass to death.

But I also thought that was still slightly better than the other option of what could happen; then I took a moment and looked at Scott; my eyes glowed, and a panel opened in my head;

I shook my head, so he was the one that thing was after, ‘oh well, not my problem, at least for now!’

At least, I thought this as I opened the gatcha and used the token earned today.

As it began to activate, I watched the giant drum spin before a light blue sphere popped out, and I felt pleasant energy from it; as I touched it within my mind, it disintegrated, and information flowed into my brain of a wide variety of recipes and knowledge for pills, concoctions, and affinity with the element of Wood and fire was brought to a level I could never imagine as I saw the words 【The Legacy of a Pill Sage】,

“Finally, I can use two of those equipment now.”

With this thought, I made a note to try some easy stuff later before going to enter the school.
