After what seemed like half an hour or so, the wall which was erected around the three, Saya, Kyouki, and Cordelia, finally broke down as the scenery outside reappeared in their visions.
Kyouki and Cordelia have the same kind of expression. With their eyes at their broadest reach and lips slightly parted, they felt jolts of fret running down their spine as they saw the graveyard in front.
The previous floor, which was dyed with the multiple-legged creatures, was now nothing more than a molten mess with the after-effect of flames still evidently burning the remnants of the deceased.
Saya had a delightful smile as she felt the pride of being her Onii-sama's imouto. She was elated beyond words as her respect for her Onii-sama soared higher than anyone could comprehend.
She really adores him and admires what he has become.
"You guys alright? That smoke didn't get you, right?"
Austin walked back to the group. He took a big container of water before gulping it down in a slight hurry as he heard Kyouki speaking.
"You did all the work and asking about our well-being?"
Kyouki shook his head with a sigh since the fact that he had become just a dead weight was still profoundly stinging his chest. He knows his incapability inside the labyrinth, but still, Kyouki doesn't like to always be on the receiving end.
After Austin had his fill, he offered it to Saya before he looked back at the troubled hero. Austin really can never grow accustomed to this hero's way of thinking.
"Listen, Kyouki. I have a hunch that there might come a time in this place where me, Saya, or Cordelia wouldn't be of any use. The situation where the Light of the Hero could only ignite the path of victory. So accumulate all the favors and pay it back at that instance, got it?"
Kyouki didn't reply; he just took the container from Cordelia and gulped down the rest of the content. As the small conversation concluded, Cordelia walked up to Austin and asked in an uncertain tone.
"First time seeing a Spirit user."
Austin glanced at the girl who hadn't been able to come out of her reverie since the battle as he replied with a shrug.
"You just didn't look for one, properly."
Seeing Austin's careless attitude toward the matter, Cordelia narrowed her gaze and said something she didn't intend to.
"You don't fear that I might report this to the officials? There's a possibility that you might lose your freedom to move willingly any longer."
Saya's cold gaze fell on the bitchy woman who, despite getting her arse saved by her Onii-sama, dared to say such repulsive words.
Austin held Saya's hand fondly to help her calm down before he turned toward Cordelia.
"I think you have misunderstood something on my part, Cordelia-san. I do not belong to Gram, nor do I have much liking for this hippocratic nation. Do you think I would hesitate even a bit to abandon the place you are so devoted to?"
**GULP**
A stiff gulp passed down her throat as she gazed upon the unwavering eyes of the boy who, despite having the appearance, of a teenager, yet carried the ego of a Monarch.
Kyouki held Cordelia's hand and gestured for her to back away. Wordlessly, the girl took a last glance at Austin before retreating to her friend and breathed after a long pause.
"Okay then. Let's get going to the next one."

Since Austin sensed that everyone was fine and ready for the next battle, he didn't prolong the advance and pulled out the sledgehammer from his inventory.
Kyouki again felt a strange sensation that seemed to be inviting him toward the massive weapon. This time since he was closer, the temptation seemed denser.
Moving on his instinct, Kyouki walked to the weapon, which radiated with a golden hue as he extended his hand to touch the handle only to get slapped by Austin just inches apart from it.
Kyouki instantly woke up from reverie as his gaze redirected at the blonde guy, with panic written all over the hero's face.
"I-I didn't mean to…."
"It's okay, hero. I understand how you feel."
Saya and Cordelia were also studying Kyouki's movement, which seemed utterly strange before Austin explained the reason why the Hero was reacting in such a way.
Landing his hand on the weapon, Austin stated after an exasperated sigh.
"This and like this, many of my artifacts are made by the dwarves living somewhere in this vast universe. From what I have sensed, the fundamental thing between each of the dwarves' creations, is the presence of the Goddess of Light, Rahia."
The curiosity grew among the listeners as they heard the unexpected revelation about the weapon Austin uses.
Dwarves were a part of forklore who were famous for heavenly creations and those who were entitled to utilize the blessing of any god they desired.
Suddenly their perception toward the sledgehammer changed into something more as they heard Austin continuing.
"These weapons cannot be used by those who doesn't possess the essence of the Creators of this world. I am just using them through sheer strength and overwhelming will. But that doesn't change the fact that I never deserved such creations."
Silence befell, as Austin concluded his words, astonishing all three in the process. Many things they could never have guessed were disclosed, which made them realize again, how strong Austin is to move such a heavenly creation through his raw capability.
Hearing her brother calling himself unworthy, Saya's heart ached as she pinched his sleeve in protest.
"Onii-sama… "
Gazing at the expression on his silly Imouto, Austin shook his head with a smile as he brought his hand over her head.
"Don't make that face. Indeed I am incapable of drawing out the full potential of dwarven things, but that doesn't mean this is the limit of my ability. Other than blessed artifacts and weapons, I do possess something more. Something more potent and matching to your brother's taste."
Saying so, Austin pulled out something from his inventory, which swept the breath away from each three of them in an instant.
"O-Onii-sama… this!!"
