"Form an axe."

Jack imagines an axe made from soul energy, and in 0.5 seconds, a gray-colored gas spreads out and creates a simple axe according to the image in his mind.

"Now, I can use this axe as a weapon or give it more important or special abilities via the mystic category; after an ability is given, I can use the enhancer category to increase its power, then control the axe with the control category."

"This is the real power of anomaly categories; every category can be combined to perform things that ordinary soul users would not be able to do at all."

Jack starts to feel more powerful and confident as he understand his abilities more and more.

The thing is not that something had changed in his mind. It is his understanding of the real importance of his powers that makes sense to him.

"In the end, there are some things that I need to learn."

"Right now, the best thing that I should do is finish my experiments, then live a simple life and research more."

Jack knew that with his new powers and abilities, he was going to feel very powerful, but he was no fool.

He knows that many people are using the power in his hands.

Those people had worked on and studied it for more than ten years—in some cases, hundreds of years.

In comparison, he is a baby—perhaps not even a baby, but a living being inside a pregnant woman.

Jack takes a deep breath and then closes his eyes to meditate even more.

He wants to be one with soul energy and feel it even more.

Jack spends more than two hours controlling his soul energy, creating different kinds of shapes: swords, bows and arrows, and axes.

The only thing he did not try was creating a rule-based object from his soul energy. which is an advanced use of the mystic category.

He believes that it is not time to continue with advanced applications of soul energy because, in the end, he is just getting started and passing on the foundations would be useless.

"I need to be able to perform many kinds of applications of soul control before working on the advanced applications of soul control."
