Chapter 4: Chapter 3 : Level Up

It had been nearly 24 hours since I first existed in this so called dream. How did I know?  Well. There was actually something like countdown in my Status. It was right beside my Age. My Status stated my age was 14, if I touched the 'Age : 14" word, the countdown appeared and the number changes every second. 

For the past nearly 24 hours, I had been killing slimes non-stop with that rock. I didn't dare to venture into another area as my instinct was telling me I would encounter stronger monsters in other area. That's why I was focusing on levelling up by killing the weakest monsters, namely slimes. Having this undead skeletal body was a blessing in disguise as it didn't need to eat or sleep. Such body was very convenient for levelling up continuously in 1 day.

I also realized that the "Instinct" attribute would come in handy in this world. It helped me in preventing danger and risky decision. Therefore, I took turn in raising the 3 attributes, "Hand Strength", "Hand Speed" and "Instinct".   

I had been going around to hunt slimes but after 24 hours, the slimes were perhaps fully eliminated. 

Suddenly, Tutorial appeared. "1 day has passed. You received 10 gold coins." 

................... I didn't understand. I rechecked my Status at "Age : 14" part. The countdown stated "0 Year : 1 day : 0 minute : 15 seconds"

Then, I checked the "Money" part. My money became 20 gold coins. I retrieved the coins onto the ground. I counted one by one. My money actually increased to 20 gold coins!

I stored them into the dimension. Now, I understood another rule in this world for me, I received 10 gold coins every day. In the real world, obtaining 10 gold coins effortlessly is too good to be true. In this game like world, I was no sure how valuable these gold coins were because I only saw cave and slimes. If there was a shop or merchant out here, perhaps I could put the gold coins to good use, like buying a proper weapon instead of using this damn rock. 

Now, let's check my Status:

I toured the slime area several more rounds and still failed to encounter a single slime. I guessed I had to leave this area.
