“Hey Ivan, I’m going to the store, do you want anything?” Enzo asked.
“Nah, I’m good. Thanks though.”
“No problem.”
It was now 5 pm, just 7 hours until Enzo would be able to buy the new headgear. The vampire chasers group talked throughout the whole day through text messages about the upcoming update and made plans.
With the introduction of coins as a cryptocurrency, the group now wanted to implement making money into their long term plans. Vincent, Juliet, and Enzo weren’t as lucky as Ivan was at birth, they weren’t born rich, so the opportunity to make good money from playing a fun video game sounded amazing to them.
Enzo had a craving for a soda after having spent a few days locked in the apartment only eating pizza and water.
His and Ivan’s current diet was very unhealthy, but they no longer cared after the announcement of the nutrient pills was made.
The nutrient pills would basically allow them to get all the nutrients they need without all the terrible stuff that comes with junk food, so it was actually very healthy.
Enzo walked for a few minutes down the street until he made it to the convenience store. He decided to go to the same one he usually works for to also let his boss know that he would not be returning even after his two week vacation was over.
Ring!
The glass door made a jingling sound as he entered to let the on duty cashier know they had another customer.
“Enzo? What are you doing here?”
Behind the counter stood his boss.
“Hi, Jane. I came by to talk about some things and to buy a drink.”
Jane was a relatively tall woman, standing at 5’11 (180 cm), but she was still shorter than the 6’1 Enzo. She had long black hair that went to her lower back and shined as if it were a mirror. Her sky blue eyes stood out because of her hair color and were mesmerizing to look at. She had a small nose that made you want to steal it as if she were a child you were playing a trick on, but her full lips had the opposite effect. It was easy to tell her lips were soft without even touching them. Her skin wasn’t tan and wasn’t pale, but something in between.
Jane was a very beautiful woman, and she was also only two years older than Enzo so it was hard for him to concentrate sometimes at work.
“Okay, let me finish up this customer's order first.” She said.
Enzo then noticed the customer standing in front of the counter.
‘Wow.’
He was instantly mesmerized.
If Jane were a 10 out of 10, then this lady was a 100 out of 10.
As if the theme of this college town was freakishly tall people, this woman was tall as well. She was 6’0 (183 cm) tall with long, but well built legs. Her legs were very attractive and it almost looked as if they were about to burst out of her jeans. She wore black shoes, blue jeans, and a white shirt that didn’t hide her assets in the chest area or her slim waist. She had the perfect hourglass figure. The woman had a very seductive body, and the perfect face to go along with it. She had a thin and cute nose with red lips fuller than even Jane’s. Her eyes were a mix of honey and a deep forest green. She had slightly pale skin just like Enzo’s, but hers looked extremely healthy and smooth in contrast to his sickly look. Her long silver hair, with dark brown roots, that went down to her shoulder blades just made her even more beautiful than she already was.

In most situations, when Enzo would be stunned like this, he would usually go up to the girl and ask her out. He may not have any friends other than Ivan, but Enzo was no stranger to dating.
He’s had multiple girlfriends in the past, and not once was he afraid to ask any of them out on a date. In fact, there were even multiple times when Jane was the recipient of his advances, but she denied him each time.
However, Enzo could do nothing but stand and watch as the woman grabbed her bag of items from Jane and walked out of the store.
“You okay?” Jane asked with a smirk.
“Of course not. I have never seen someone that beautiful before, not to mention her cold look.”
Part of the reason why Enzo just couldn’t muster up the courage to approach her was because of her look of extreme indifference. She radiated an aura that said, “I do not want to be approached”, and his body did not allow him to betray his instincts.
“Hahaha!” Jane couldn’t help but laugh.
“Sigh.”
Enzo went to the refrigerator section and grabbed a bottle of soda and brought it back to the counter.
By the time he was back, luckily Jane had stopped laughing.
“I just realized what you said, does that mean she is more beautiful than me??” Jane teased.
“Of course.” Enzo said with no remorse.
“I-” Jane didn’t expect him to be so blunt.
“Ah, my bad. I didn’t mean it like that. Of course you are very pretty as well Jane. I would not have asked you out a few times if I did not find you attractive.” Enzo remedied the situation after realizing his blunder.
However, that didn’t mean his words would satisfy her.
“Hmph!”
“Can you just ring up my soda before I dig myself into a deeper hole.”
Enzo scratched the back of his neck in embarrassment.
Jane took the cash Enzo handed her before giving him the soda back.
“So what did you want to talk about?” She asked.
“Ah, I just wanted to let you know I will be quitting. I don’t know if you’ve heard, but you can make money from LRO now so I have no need for this job anymore.”
“Okay, thanks for letting me know.” Surprisingly Jane was very understanding.
“I play LRO myself and was thinking of informing the school that I’m quitting as well.” Jane explained.
“Ohhhh okay. What’s your IGN? I’ll add you when I get the chance.”
“It’s Best Store Clerk.” She replied with a bright smile.
“Haha.” Enzo chuckled, but put a reminder into his phone to add her when he can.
