"What do you mean?"

Lee Hyun asked as he stared back at Lee Hyerin with a surprised expression on his face. He couldn't believe her words.

"I said that I would do it for free."

Lee Hyerin said it casually, but Lee Hyun had many questions. 

"Why will you do it for free?"

"Because I want to."

"What about your agency? I don't think they would agree."

Entertainment agencies are obviously companies and their main focus was to get more profit. Although he has good ties with Nike Entertainment, business was business in the end.

Lee Hyun was sure that her agency would oppose it, but Lee Hyerin just shook her head and opened her lips. 

"You don't have to worry about that. I will handle it. Just tell me the date of the recording."

Lee Hyun thought back to his first recording after his regression. Honestly, he had only done that because he wanted the recording to go smoothly.

Never give up was his first hit song after quite a number of flops, but he was still quite nervous during the recording and just wanted everything to go well. 

"I understand that, but I would really feel bad if you did it for free."

Even after that, Lee Hyun still said that and this time, Lee Hyerin glared at him and pouted. 

"Why are you being stubborn?"

"I just don't want to take favours."

Lee Hyun said as he scratched his head and a frown leaked out from Lee Hyerin's mouth. She glared at him and opened her mouth to speak. 

"If you think I'm doing you a favour, then just don't ignore my messages from now on. That would be enough."

"Ah..."

He was not able to retort to that. 

'Should I accept it?'

Lee Hyun thought about it for a while.

It was not like he was losing here. It was just his pride that was coming in the way, but Lee Hyerin was not going to listen to anything. 

In the end, he just nodded his head. 

"Okay, I would accept it and hope that you would give your best."

A smile emerged on Lee Hyerin's face hearing that and she opened her lips.

"Don't worry, just tell me what I have to do."

"Why... is it so tiring?"

Soyun laid down on the sofa with a tired look on her face.

She was still wearing her school uniform, indicating that she had just come back from her high school.

She was the youngest member here. The second youngest was Alice who was 19. Harin was 20 years old and Ara was the oldest with 22 years. 

Still, she was the only person who was attending school. She doesn't have anyone that can sympathise with her condition. 

"Now, now, dun't worry and listen to some music. Music heals ya!!"

Ara said when she saw Soyun's sad expression. Both Soyun and Harin had already realised that Ara was the mood maker in the group. 

Her bright and cheerful personality mixed with her funny accent was enough to make a tense atmosphere bright.

"I will play a song that ya'all would really like."

Ara cheerfully connected her phone to the speaker and played a song. It was a song by an old countryside band which was famous in her province. 

"I was once a kid, playing in a pit..."

"Saw a girl that was like a fairy..."

"I decided she's the one I will marry..."

Harin and Soyun looked back in surprise when they heard those unusual lyrics, but soon they burst out in laughter. 

Smile emerged on both of their faces as they enjoyed the song with Ara who was already dancing on the rhythm. 

The atmosphere quickly became cheerful, but at that moment, Alice came out from her room with an annoyed expression on her face. 

No one noticed her at first as they were enjoying the song, but Alice quickly moved towards the speakers and turned the power off.

"Huh?!"

The three girls let out confused voices when the song suddenly stopped. 

They all looked at Alice as they were asking 'Why the hell did you stop the song?', but she just shrugged her shoulders and replied.

"I don't like such cheap songs!"

"It isn't a cheap song!!"

Ara quickly retorted when she heard that. Both of them glared at each other and sparks could be seen.

"If it's not a cheap song, then what is it? Country girl."

Alice taunted Ara at the end of the sentence, but she didn't reply and turned on the speaker again to play the song.

Alice again turned it off. 

"You...!!"

This went on for a while. Harin and Soyun were just watching with their mouths open. They didn't dare to step in. 

"If you want to listen to cheap music, then just use headphones...!!"

Alice screamed that and got angry.

In a fit of anger, she threw the speaker on the floor. A 'bang!' sound came off as the speaker broke into pieces.
