Chapter 15: Counterattack

Zhu Qian kept staring at Xia Ran. Her gaze was very sinister and a little crazy.

Then, Xia Ran let go and quickly dodged to the side of the road. A black car happened to be speeding over. When it saw Zhu Qian in the middle of the road, it braked.

“Tsk!” Zhu Qian was still knocked down and fainted on the ground.

Xia Ran was stunned. She didn’t expect a car accident.

Although she hated Zhu Qian, she didn’t want her to die. Looking at the blood on the ground, she hurriedly called the ambulance.

When Mu Hua rushed to the hospital, Zhu Qian was smashing things crazily.

This scene was very upsetting to Xia Ran. The man was really nervous about Zhu Qian.

Zhu Qian threw herself into Mu Hua’s arms and cried. “Xia Ran is so vicious. She pushed me into the middle of the road. I was hit by a car. I can’t see… Sob…”

Mu Hua’s expression changed when he heard this. He turned to look at Xia Ran, who was outside the door.

Xia Ran was about to explain when Zhu Qian revealed a terrified expression. “She’s outside, right? Don’t let her in. She’s too scary. She’ll kill me. She’s afraid that I’ll snatch you away and wants me dead!”

Who wanted who dead? Xia Ran was really speechless. If she really wanted Zhu Qian dead, why would she call the ambulance?

“Alright, don’t be afraid!” Mu Hua couldn’t care less about Xia Ran now. He closed the ward door and locked it.

When she heard the sound of the door being locked, Xia Ran’s heart turned cold. Through the small transparent glass, she looked at the man inside in disappointment.

Once again, he didn’t listen to her explanation and only listened to Zhu Qian’s words. Xia Ran felt like a fool.
