Alexandro sat before the alerted Wizard and his assistant, Ava. The Wizard had never seen this man before. How did he successfully breach the walls, and intrude on the Wizard's government house? The Wizard furrowed his brows. It was rather unlikely that he would succeed single-handedly without drawing forth the guards' attention, unless ... he possessed some special ability. The Wizard already knew the answer.

"Good morning," the Wizard said, "what brings you here?"

Alexandro smirked. "Can I not just visit a new friend just for the sake of spelling our friendship and possible intimacy?"

The Wizard's shoulders were no longer squared. He seemed to grow at ease. He deflated as he peered into Alexandro's malicious eyes. He understood Alexandro's incentives. That is to say, he knew precisely what he wanted. He was certainly not here to assassinate anyone, at least not from what the Wizard and Ava could discern. That look on his face was a business face. That it was indeed.

The Wizard clasped his hands behind his back and sauntered toward Alexandro. He gestured these hidden hands as a very specific yet brief cue to Ava. Ava saw his hands. Those hands were meant to show his disapproval to her surreptitious calling of the Hunters and enforcers for help. She hesitated.

The Wizard stopped in front of the desk where Alexandro sat. He looked his nose down at him. "Where have you come from?" He reckoned he came from the subterranean base. He himself was once an ally of the ruler of that quiet place. Why was this man here?

"That is not of your concern," Alexandro said. "Just know that one of your ... unruly residents have dealt our little base detrimental damage. Even going to the extra mile to eliminate our head government official. However, I am not here for that. In fact, I simply couldn't care less. My interests," he leaned in, "lay elsewhere."

The Wizard looked him in the eyes. He recalled Jin leaving the colony to sate his endless bloodlust. Perhaps he was the one responsible for the damage done to that underground base. But what was this? This resident before him seemed far from vengeful. His interests did really lay elsewhere.

"What do you want?" The Wizard asked.

"That tournament looks like it will amount to quite a show if you insiders don't blow it," Alexandro smirked.

What could he possibly want with the tournament?

"A man must be direct," the Wizard said, "for me to understand him. Please, I implore you to tell me what it is you want and I'll do everything in my disposal power to help."

"Front seat in the tournament," Alexandro said.

The Wizard grimaced. "Come again?"

"I want," Alexandro said, "front seats to spectate this massive event tomorrow. Actually, you'll need to secure two seats. Our new leader seems to be interested in such an astounding event as well. Make sure she gets to see it up close," he smirked.

"I ... I suppose I can have that done," the Wizard said, "but is that all? One of my residents has done you no good, and I'm willing to do anything to maintain the peace."

"We needn't anything else from you," Alexandro answered. "We simply want to be entertained."

"Did Jin Pierce cause you the damage?"

"So you already have that figured out, huh?"

Alexandro chuckled. "Good for you. We'll handle the rest of it. Though, we're not even going to raise a finger to hurt him for he will already be eliminated by that time. Not by you ... certainly not by us either. We'll simply be viewing the match. In return for your good assistance to us, we are happy to keep the peace that lingers within these earthen walls."

"I must say," the Wizard smirked, "that's a good deal."

"It's a bargain," Alexandro said. "There are no downsides since we will not be the ones defeating your beloved Jin Pierce. His own enemies shall have him killed. With that said, there's probably another thing you could probably do for me personally."

"And what might that be?"

"Simply allow me to have a few looks around the place," Alexandro smiled, "and maybe follow you around today as well like I'm some kind of personal assistant. Allow me to temporarily take her role," he pointed at Ava who stood in the behind the Wizard.

Ava furrowed her brows. What was the purpose of such a trivial request? She knew this man wanted more from them. The Wizard looked back at her, to which she simply bowed. "I'm willing to allow that if it is for the continuity of the long-established peace of this nation."

The Wizard looked at Alexandro again. "Anything else?"

"That is all," Alexandro said. "Now you may pretend I do not exist." He teleported to his feet, dusting the chair upon which he was seated a second ago. He then stood tall and bowed to the Wizard. Finally, he teleported to a dark corner of the room.

The Wizard was a trifle baffled by his requests. Quite trivial and virtually meaningless, they were. But the people of that underground base were always confusing beings doing questionable confusing things. From what he could recall, the governor (, now deceased,) was merely a figurehead. The true autocratic ruler was a little girl under the age of nine.

He warranted that this girl would show up to spectate The Hunter's Tournament tomorrow.

The Wizard released a stressful sigh from his nostrils. Finally, he sauntered over to his desk, made his way behind it, and sat down. "The days seem to only get busier."

The Wizard had his tied with annoying paperwork. There were a lot of reports he had to go through and a lot of system tweaking and other things necessary for the smooth running of the tournament tomorrow that only seemed to grow in popularity and enthusiasts.

With a shocked look on her, Ava sauntered over to his desk and stood solemnly before him. "Sir," she looked down at her electronic tablet that mostly rested against her breasts like a notebook, "Midas has arrived. He is currently at the front gates of the walls."

The Wizard's eyes widened. "Then let him in!" He snapped. That man was no ordinary man. He was a powerful man who could have the entire colony destroyed if he wanted to.

Ava quailed, "Sir, I'm ordering the guards to let him in but they're not following orders. They're not allowing entry!"

"Then have them allow entry!"

"I'm trying, sir. I'm trying. But they're not listening."

Alexandro appeared next to Ava, standing before the Wizard's desk. "May I offer a hand in humble assistance?

Both Ava and the Wizard stared at him.

"Uhm, I guess you can."

"Allow me to teleport both of you to the front gates," Alexandro smirked.

The Wizard stood quickly. Alexandro then walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. Right then, they were instantly transported to the front gates. Ava was there already too. The

Wizard looked at Alexandro. He seemed to maintain that smirk on his face. "Thank you."

Alexandro nodded and edged away from the Wizard.

The Wizard then furrowed his brows and trudged over to the guards at the front gates of the colony.

"You! All of you!" He snapped.

All of the guards gave their undivided attention to the Wizard. Strangely, they all now possessed green, glowing eyes. There were ominous and filled with an indiscernible determination.

"What the hell is wrong with you, people! Open the gates!"

The guards hadn't done anything. They simply looked at him listlessly like robots unable to understand a word. They were over a hundred of them, these strange guards.

Ava furrowed her brows and stomped toward the gates. "I'll open it myself!" She shouted.

Alexandro smirked wider.

As Ava approached, all the hundred guards suddenly launched toward her.

Alexandro looked over at the Wizard.

The Wizard nodded, giving him permission to intervene.

Alexandro vanished and reappeared in front of Ava. He received a punch to his face. Then, Ava got one to her temple. Alexandro then quickly teleported back a few meters.

The guards immediately fell back and returned to their former positions.

Alexandro rebuilt the smirk on his face. "Mhm." He tested how strong these guards were. He usually did this. And this time around, they were quite mediocre. Not too powerful at all. Though, the energy around them reminded him of someone.

"Stay away from the gates!" Snapped the guard who had punched Alexandro. "I don't want to hurt you, people!"

Ava turned around to the Wizard. "They attack when we're near the gates," she said, a hand on her head. "What do we do!"

Through the gaps in the gates, the Wizard was able to see a golden Machine and over hundred people matching around it. This golden machine was a modified tank. The hatch was lifted, and a head poked out from the top. It was the head of a glaring man, staring into the Wizard's soul.

The Wizard clenched his teeth and balled his fists. "Kill the guards! Kill them all!"

Ava grimaced. "But sir—"

"I said kill them ALL!!!"
