There are multiple types of magic that stem from CE.

Arcane Magic, which directly interferes with the laws of the universe.

Spirit Magic, which weaves the energy of the world to the existing soul.

Creation Magic, which allows energy to physically manifest into the world.

These three are the main disciplines of magic, and these have multiple branches that specialize in a property or result of magic.

Spatial Magic, for example is a branch of the Arcane Magic discipline, which is the control of space. For the past few years, researchers have been debating about the dangers of Arcane Magic, and have come to the conclusion that this discipline must be strictly supervised as it is easy to destroy the world.

Death Magic, is an example of Spirit Magic, although its effects look like it affect the body, it affects the Soul before everything else. This is frowned upon by religious groups, as their belief that the soul must be untainted, The Grand Pontifica brands those who are in the Spirit Magic discipline as heretics. Although it is very humorous to see that their own Holy Magic is a branch of Spirit Magic.

Any elemental magic can be an example of Creation Magic, the simple act of casting Ignition, which is a spell that manifests a spark to ignite targets. If you may remember, old folklore about Spirits; such as the famous Ifrit, Herald of Fire, is a spirit that granted the world the power of fire. This is not the case as it has been disproved multiple times before, in the first place, traces of fire magic cannot be seen everywhere, even in volcanoes, where people would usually think where it would be.
