There are a few people who have reached the possible peak of Magic Manipulation, they have the titles of Grand Sages, as granted by their efforts of reaching the peak. However, recent studies suggest that there is a new and higher theoretical peak of magic manipulation(Vistentas, 167) where the user is able to manipulate concepts themselves, this was created due to people attempting to stop the concept of time, though no one had actually been able to stop time.

There are 7 known levels of Magic Manipulation.

The 1st level is the Manipulation of Self, where magic can be manipulated internally.

The 2nd level is the Manipulation of Extension, where magic can be manipulated externally.

The 3rd level is the Minuscule Control, where the user is able to control extremely small amounts of energy.

The 4th level is the Addition of Complexity, where the user is able to weave and create complex magic, this is the first bottleneck for magic wielders.

The 5th level is the Synchronic Control, where the user is able to weave and create magic alongside other magic wielders.

The 6th level is the Domain Influence, where the user is able to create a domain filled with their own energy, granting the ability to cast long lasting spells.

The 7th possible level is the Manipulation of Existence, where the user is able to consciously tap into the energy of the universe, allowing for their energy supply be effectively infinite.

In here, the 8th theoretical level is called the Manipulation of Reality, where the user is able to change the laws of the world using its own energy. This extends to the control of concepts, such as the concept of space, time, etc.
