"So, it's time to discuss our next plan."

Underground, inside the mansion's hall all members were sitting ready to listen Ren's words.

"Since, our main mission is to take over this country, for now we need make our organisation more big and powerful."

To make this organisation powerful, what Ren needs most is more manpower and money. They have established a perfect base, but that's not all to make him powerful.

There is a limit, to how can he do by himself. And he needs powerful and loyal subordinates under him.

And till now, maybe it's luck or coincidence, he got members having very powerful potential.

Akeno Himejima. Albedo. Zest. Ghislaine Dedoldia. Artoria Pendragon.

But with just six of them in an organisation won't do. Being his aim of usurping this kingdom, he needs more than just subordinates.

Money. It's the most important weapon for him to come in contact with nobles and it's a getaway to the 1st district of nobles.

But where can he gain money from?

Hate to admit, but the only way for Ren to earn money at the moment is plundering. The 3rd district is a barren land with no prospects of business for the moment.

In this slum area, where crimes are rampant, even if some merchant comes here, the gangs will loot them which makes it an abandoned area for everyone.

And the reason for the crimes is simple. Its poverty.

Because of poverty and difference races that take refuge here, is what leads to new gangs. Non-humans' refugees who were banished from their pack, or escape from slave traders come in this place and in revenge try to rule over in this 3rd district for their own benefit.

With natural born powerful body, which comes from their bloodline, they attack others and plunder.

And with numerous such gangs, the competition in this place is very high. It's not unnatural for a gang to get destroyed in a day, and a new gang popping up another day.

"So, Ren-sama, what are we going to do next?"

Albedo sitting on a chair near him, asked in a serious manner. Albedo, even though she is very slutty, in terms of work she is very serious.

"Our first step, is to unify the 3rd district."

Ren said with a very sure tone. And he isn't saying it with a whim. Taking all accounts of the future, for him unification of 3rddistrict is very important to him.

"Master."

"Hmm?"

Ren looked at the person who called him in a cold voice. He was very surprised to see Artoria calling him.

"I want to ask, why you want to unify this district?"

Seeing her questioning him, Albedo was very angry and looked her with very angry eyes. And was about to lash at her, but Ren stopped her.

"Albedo calm down."

"B-But. Ren-sama, she dares to question you?"

Ren is not a god. He knows that he is not capable of everything. And that is the reason for him, to look for more trusted subordinates who are smarter and more capable than him.

"Now, the answer for Artoria's question. Do you know what we need most?"

"Manpower and Money."

All of them answered except Zest who was too shy to talk, and Ghislaine who was sleeping because talking is not her strong suit.

"For manpower, we need to find perfect members. And it will take time. So, for now we need to find money. It's more important than manpower for now. So, that if future if we have influx of members, we will able to feed them and can keep them comfortable in our organisation."

An organisation doesn't just keep afloat with a clear goal. The members of the organisation also need to feel that it is their home, so that they will never betray it.

"I hate to admit, but the only source to make money for us, is to plunder other gangs. And in midst of it, we are going to destroy all the gangs. Let is small or big. We need to take control of this 3rddistrict completely."

"But do we need to destroy all the gangs? Can't we merge them?"

Zest who was quiet said slowly. Ren smiled at her question and then told everybody.

"If we merge them, they will not become loyal to us. Better to say, they will definitely betray us. Since they are greedy for money, and after knowing we have very less manpower, they will betray us and will team up with other gangs to make our work harder.

And the other most reason, to destroy them is to kickstart the economy of this abandoned area. And in that process, we will get one more excellent result. Do you know what it is?"

"The people will worship us. That's what you meant, Ren."

Akeno said in response. Ren nodded at her.

"Even though there are gangs, it's an undeniable fact, that many people wish to live a normal and happy life. After being ostracized, they all want to find a place of their own. A place they can call home. I am sure, since all of you also wanted a place, with no danger or no insecurities.

Since, I was also a slave, I understand it."

Ren touched his neck, where a fair thick line was visible. It was a mark because of the collar on his neck.

As soon, Ren talked about his past, the other two – Zest and Artoria were a bit shocked but the favourability of him increased in their hearts. After all, there leader is someone understands the pain because he has gone through them as well.

"My aim to rule over this kingdom. And making people worship is an essential feature needed in future. And I will do it. I am becoming a king, just to make a place of my own. This Kingdom of Cyrillic, will be home of mine and yours as well.

So, the first step of our conquest will start with conquering the 3rd district!"
