[Christmas, 2003]
A one year old boy was chasing a cat in the corridor of his home as he gurgled a bunch of gibberish, trying to stop the cat. The boy was giggling while he was chasing, and the cat was just playing with it.
“Helios, what are you doing?” Thena suddenly appeared from the edge of the corridor, her hands on her hips.
Helios suddenly stopped chasing the cat, and turned around to Thena, he smiled at her, and walked up to her as he raised his hands, as if asking to be picked up.
Thena shook her head in amusement as she took Helios to her arms, making the boy giggle. “Come on, your grandma’s coming.”
“Granma~” Helios giggled, repeating Thena’s words.
“Yes, yes, your grandma’s coming.” Thena fixed Helios’s dark brown hair as it was messy.

Helios was sitting on the sofa of the home rather patiently. He was wearing a cute orange shirt and socks, with a drawing of a sun on his chest. He was watching the clock moving rather seriously, daydreaming like babies do.
Besides him was Thena, caressing his head ever so gently, watching him get interested at a clock is quite entertaining. Then, a knock came by the door, making Helios lose focus. He tried to get off the sofa, but Thena prevented it.
“Stay here Helios, I’m going to get the door.” she said as she stood up, walking towards the door. Helios then leaned against the sofa pillow, waiting patiently.
Thena then comes back with Ajak and Pluto, with Ajak bringing many things.
“Hello, Little one.” Ajak squealed as she knelt in front of Helios, grabbing his cheeks, and holding him in her arms. “I bought some chocolate, you want it?”
“Coco~” Helios giggled as he tried to grab the box of chocolates.
“He already has too much chocolate…” Thena stated. “His room’s a mess after he ate it…”
“Oh, well, then maybe later, perhaps.” said Ajak, putting the box on the table, making Helios whine.
Helios kept trying to grab the box of chocolate on the table, making grabbing motions, but he was restricted by Ajak’s arms, not being able to move.
“So how’s life Ajak?” Pluto questioned as he sat down, seated leisurely as he fired up the fireplace.
“So and so.” Ajak said as she caressed the whining Helios. “Phastos occasionally visits me, I heard he took a professor’s job in MIT.”
“Really? That’s great.” Thena said, drinking a cup of tea that she just made. “Heard from Druig? Or Kingo?”
“Druig’s still in the Amazon.” Ajak sighed. “As for Kingo, well, you know how he is, he made an acting Dynasty in Bollywood…”
“You’ve watched his movies?” Pluto asked curiously.
“Well, no, do you have it? I only have DVD players.”

“Sure, I have one around here somewhere.” Pluto said as he walked towards the TV, looking for Kingo’s film.
Ajak looked around the house, Helios still trying his best to take the chocolate. “Why are you still here Pluto, Thena?”
“What do you mean?” Thena asked.
“You have a big home upstate.” stated Ajak. “Why live here?”
“More entertainment, and nearer to the office if there’s any emergencies.” Pluto said as he looked. “But mostly because of Helios, we kind of don’t want him to grow up in the big house filled with butlers and maids that could take care of him, he’ll be spoiled if we did that, besides, we want to raise him ourselves.”
“Well that’s a good point.” Ajak hummed as she caressed the whining Helios even more. “I still couldn’t believe you did it… not only you have a child… you helped Sprite…”
Pluto smiled as he came back to Ajak, giving the DVD for Kingo’s movie. “When I promise something, I’ll work hard to fulfil that promise, Ajak.”
“I know.” Ajak sighed. “Listen… do you think…– Can you do it?”
“Do what?” Pluto asked, sitting back down.
“Break the cycle.”
Pluto hummeda s he leaned against the sofa. “Well, there is only one way to find out. Change your mind?”
“I kept thinking about this…” Ajak spoke calmly. “The cost of Arishem’s design is not worth it…”
“So you agree with me?”
“But how come we’ll be able to fight a celestial, Pluto, we can’t do that.”
“You need a celestial to beat a celestial.” Pluto said as he took a chocolate from the box, making Helios whine loudly. “There’s only one celestial near here.” he said, pointing to the ground.
Ajak’s eyes widened. “And how will we be able to do that?”
But then, before Pluto could say anything, something really surprising happened. A giant golden baby hand suddenly appeared out of nowhere in front of Ajak, and it grabbed the chocolate box, cracking the table glass while on it.
Pluto, Thena, and Ajak were surprised at the scene. The golden hand then floated to Helios, giving the chocolate box to Helios, and he ate it innocently.
Thena was baffled at the sight. “Did he just—”
“Well, at least we now know he has powers…” Pluto chuckled nervously. “Oh boy… Just thinking about raising him while he has powers gives me chills… no wonder Arishem didn’t make us be able to make babies… we’ll be a nightmare to control…”
As the Parents were dreading the thought, Helios was eating the chocolate rather happily, making a mess on his face.
