Chapter 16: Chapter 16: Avengers Assemble

" Romanoff, you and Banner better not be hiding in a zucchini" Tony said through the communicator.

One by one, each of us assembled in the location where a device-looking thing is guarded by Thor and Vision. I'm not sure what this device is called but I know Ultron must turn this thing and this floating city will fall to the Earth like a meteor, potentially destroying half of a country.

Natasha replied while driving " relax, shell-head, not all of us can fly." 

Hulk is also coming to this place while smashing Ultron robots on his way. The twins met and worried about each other then Pietro side-eyed me and his sister. I mean I just complimented her a little, I just shrugged at his side-eye glance. 

The team keep fighting Ultron bots to prevent him from turning the device until we erase all of Ultron's trace on this world.

I look at the Avengers and think maybe this is a different universe and there must be different here and not totally the same as the movies I've watched years ago.

Well, I'll just go with the flow and not create something that will destroy the world. The team eventually destroyed the Ultron bots attacking.

Ultron stopped sending more robots in a small groups.

Thor can't keep his mouth shut and taunt Ultron " Is that the best you can do?" 

Ultron responded by raising his arms. Ultron bots lined up, hundreds if not thousands are all ready to battle with the Avengers " this is the best I can do. This is exactly like I wanted, all of you against all of me. "

Ultron's arrogant words continued " how can you possibly hope to stop me?" Like a true villain, he spoke his words arrogantly before the disaster strikes.

Iron man " like the old man said,Together."

With the Hulk's roar, the war began, Ultron robots attacked us while we defended the device while main Ultron watch as he slowly feel the threat of our teamwork. 

Fortunately, there is a dome shape groto on where we fought so Ultron robots had to reduce its quantity every time they attack.

The cinematic of this moment is one of the best of the best moment I will ever be part of. So I decided that I shall not waste these opportunity.

Ultron attacked when he saw that his plan is not working, he has plan A, plan B, all the way to other alphabets. Unfortunately for him, Vision foiled most of his plans and it is impossible for him to use his other plans and just scraped it. 

Vision use a digital code to block him out of the internet so he needed to destroy the Avengers in this war to commence his grand plan. His purpose for all of this was to extinguish life on this world.

The battle climaxed and the Ultron robots didn't stand a chance as the team cooperated with each other. Vision, Thor and Tony use their lasers, lightning and unibeam simultaneously to defeat Ultron.

Ultron's vibranium body cannot handle the heat and power that the three used on him. 

While Ultron is forming a sentence, Hulk smashed his body far away, he got punch by Hulk so hard that it almost ripped his torso but fortunately for him, vibranium is a strong metal but that still sent him flying.

I watched this happening and suddenly got an inspiration of my abilities. I should try that later after this. Then we started hunting Ultron robots across the floating city with the help of Vision and Tony, we search everything and everywhere to erase any of the trace Ultron might have on this world.

Wanda's ability became more flexible as she kept fighting and learning so she is assigned to defend this place from Ultron bots. Pietro wants to convince her to fight together with him but Wanda insisted she's all right to guard the place. 

Pietro smiled and then rush to help find more Ultron's trace and then he left to look for more robots. Wandering the city and helping people evacuate to the helicarrier. Clint, who is the most normal in the team is exhausted. He plans to take a rest now that the mission no longer need his help so he goes to the other people as an agent of Shield and to help them leave this floating city immediately.

One mother kept crying and wandering to look for her son inside one of a ruined building, Clint saw this and volunteered to take the boy to the carrier, he lifted the boy in his arms. 

Just as he prepares to jog all the way to the helicarrier, he suddenly notices the sound of a jet engine. Clint can't help but look up to the sky and saw the Quinjet that is flying towards their direction. The target seemed to be the evacuating civilians but it suddenly pointed its nozzle towards Clint and the boy. 

Clint closed his eyes and cover the boy with his body. He didn't expect to be targeted suddenly by his own Quinjet which had been piloted by him most of the time. Clint, who is prepared to die while protecting the boy felt a push as instead of sound of the bullets penetrating the ground or his body. He heard something similar to the sound of the Mind Scepter's main attack and then the building behind him crumbled.

I breath a sighed of relief, watching what I did was a success. At first, I was a bit anxious at the thought of nothing is going to change, I guess the timeline of this universe will change because of me. 

I saw Hulk wrecking Ultron inside the Quinjet and threw him outside mangled and broken. I walked to the mini helicarrier next to Clint and Pietro, I smirk at them and saw the corner of their eyes twitching. 

" What? Are you both planning to sacrifice your life like a hero. I mean you're now both hero, so be grateful I succeeded on using that skill of mine. Do you think you two's body are more durable than Captain's Shield? " I laughed at them as I'm happy because it may be different from Visions Laser beam but my skill is a bit similar to Cyclops' optic blast.

" Go and get your sister to come here unless you want to let her stay on that place?" I reminded Pietro that he still has a sister inside and alone.

Pietro Immediately run to get her sister to bringing here in case the danger of this floating city suddenly emerged. I watched him run while thinking saving him is worth it so that this world won't have one less protector.
