Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Second Round

Steve caught up to the three seeing tony bombarding the young man with continuous explosion like a terrorist. Steve immediately ask him to stop " Stop! Tony are you planning to kill him?" 

"Steve, he is more dangerous than you think, he is constantly getting strong" Tony replied while scanning the area.

Thor came back to the fight with dirty cape and armor " this kid must be stop before he grows more stronger" 

"What are you seeing Tony?" Steve ask Tony for information.

Tony describe what he's seeing but also warn them get ready for a knockout. 

While Cain is kneeling on the ground his clothes only has what little pants left. The two side-eyed Tony and he reason " well the situation is first time too." Cain coldly observe the three while absorbing the solar energy. 

Cain initiated the offensive by attacking Thor again but it is just faster feint than normal eye could see, Thor counter attacked missed as Cain lowered his body and grab Iron man's foot, while Steve throw his shield at Cain interrupting his offence. 

Tony use repulser to attack Cain and fly away to create more distance. Cain kicked Steve in the chest but Steve defended with his arms

" yeah, that is stronger than earlier." Commented Steve being flung a few meters away.

Cain jump to Tony and punch the bottom foot thruster that caused his flight off-balanced, Cain dragged him down then kick him down. Thor threw his hammer at Cain as Cain have no other foothold so he can't defend against that.

While he is descending fast, Steve timed his charged to Cain like a mighty bull and Cain was bounced to the direction of Tony. 

Iron man used his most powerful unibeam to create a gap of 3 seconds for Captain America and Thor combined attack.

Captain America came behind of Cain and Thor directed his attack to Steve's shield. These combined attack created a powerful shockwave enough force to knock out Cain.

As they thought, Cain was unconscious lying on the ground. Tony called for support " Natasha, have you calmed down Banner? How about Clint?"

" Already done, hey shell-head I saw couple of young man and woman outside the castle." Natasha replied joking and told who she saw.

"Oh about that we just fought an enhance young man, maybe they're from the same batch, be careful around them" Tony told her what he knows and well he didn't need to worry about her.

Natasha paused for a while and told Tony " they leave too fast, I should investigate them more. They are to dangerous outside the society, maybe there are more enhance humans like them is this headquarters." 

Tony spoke to his A.I " send MIC 07 to my location" 

The A.I replied " sending Medical Ice Coffin " 

While having conversations with each other on the communicators. Cain woke up and leaped to the sky and high enough that allowed him stay afloat while descending very slow. He breath under the sunlight until the vein on the side of his forehead is showing that solar energy he absorb are directly coming to his brain. 

"Shit, so thats it. He's absorbing sunlight to make himself powerful" Tony cursed as he immediately want to stop Cain from absorbing more power. 

One of Iron man's thruster is useless now so he only use one foot and the back thruster for balance. Repulser cannon are targeted to Cain but Cain suddenly descended faster and missed the shot. Thor and Steve watch from the ground.
