But recently, after finding the fate of various worlds, they wish to change it. To learn whether that, Is their purpose or not. But they can't influence anything by themselves; they're bound by the said worlds' laws.

Thus, their 'will' of the Akashic Records was born.

And you have been chosen to carry out that 'will'.

Your assimilation with the 'will' would make you their proxy, an agent who would carry out their will, fully. They will be able to bestow powers upon you; just like they are, but more powerful.

This, in the system's opinion, is the user's real 'Golden Finger'. Because, factually, a small system in nothing compared to some of the beings in the Marvel world.]

Peter was stumped for a while before he sighed; it is what it is. He already has so many cosmic beings on him, one more doesn't really matter.

Peter just sighed and put this at the back of his mind. He focused on the second thing.

He went over the buyable skills and his eyes couldn't help but twitch. Seriously… if this Akashic Records wanted Peter to be their agent, then why would they think that making a 'fucking' system was the way to go?

Lord_Kismet: Yes, I took inspiration from [HP: The Arcane Thief] by [Snollygoster] on the whole Akashic Records thing. But I added my own little take on it (It won't be similar to his novel; do not worry, and do not accuse. I had this idea in mind while I outlined). To be honest, the whole Akashic Records isn't really something new and has been out in the fandom—be it fanfics, or original novels—for a while now. But I still wanted to point out that I got the idea of Akashic Records from [HP: The Arcane Thief].

This chapter was pretty much an info dump, but, well, I wanted to cover this in a single chapter instead of spanning it over multiple chapters. So, I just shoved everything in a single chap, and still managed to make it somewhat interesting (I hope so).
