“Power credits? You’re really going to use power credits to buy?” The woman asked, this time she opened her mouth to speak.
Looking at Qin Feng’s hair color, he was obviously different from her blue eyes and blonde hair. She was just about to use her consciousness to translate but realized that Qin Feng was already speaking fluently, in the Meherz Empire’s language no less.
“Yes, the more detailed the map the better, give me the best ones that you have!”
As a mercenary lord, Qin Feng had gone to many places in his previous life and had done countless missions. What was more, for people nowadays, the growth of one’s consciousness meant the increase of one’s intellect, better learning speed and would even be able to to have impeccable memorization, being able to recall anything that they had learned earlier.
“Okay, okay!”
The woman hurriedly opened up her communicator and her two companions did the same, rushing to send the map over to Qin Feng as if they would not receive the money if they were one step too late.
Qin Feng received the map. It was a very detailed map and even some of the outermost areas had some special marks, these were the paths that these people took.
He threw the black bag in his hand toward the woman.
“Thanks, bye!”
“Goodbye!” The woman quickly opened the bag and was very happy when she saw the power credits inside. The other two watched eagerly and the woman then gave some to them.
Soon she raised her head and looked around with suspicion.
“Where’s that person from?”
“Man’s popped off to Dead Silent City!”
“What? It’s gonna get dark out, is he looking to die?”
“Who cares? From the looks, man’s got more money than sense. With just one power credit in the Meherz Empire he can get the most detailed map, but he actually paid a hundred of ’em.”
The woman wanted to say something but she could not find Qin Feng’s figure, so she gave up, regretting not adding the other person’s communicator when she sent the map.
Needless to say, her worries were unnecessary.
Qin Feng just did not want to cause trouble, so he took off his aptitude user badge as he did not intend to expose his strength.
Although Dead Silent City was owned by an S-tier Dark Coalition tyrant, this was still the Meherz Empire’s territory and even the terrifying and powerful ultra beast that hid within the city was considered as one of their resources.
He drove the aircraft and entered Dead Silent City without any issue.
The Corpse Corps in the city looked as if they had not seen Qin Feng at all, minding their own business.
With his Dark aura, the zombies thought he was one of their own, something that was even stronger than them, so they naturally would not try to provoke it.
The deeper he went the stronger the surrounding zombies. Only F-tier zombies wandered around at the outermost part, but the ones within were constantly improving. After having piloted the aircraft for an hour, the zombies he encountered had reached B-tier.
Dead Silent City was a city that got destroyed two hundred years ago when the Great Rift Age began, a Hell Stone crashed here and completely decimated the city.
The population of the city in the beginning was not hundreds of thousands but instead millions. In the prosperous Meherz Empire, this lively city had a population of 30 million people.
Even after two hundred years of attempts to clean the city up, the zombies were still densely packed. Besides that, they no longer lived in high-rise buildings as they did before when they were alive. Instead they wandered the streets and alleys. There were also mutated creatures as well, the citizens back then liked to keep things like cats and dogs as pets.
Now, they had all become powerful creatures.
“Let’s get out and have a look, we should be able to find it soon!” Qin Feng said.
“I’m not going, it’s gross here!” Bai Li did not like the presence of undead-type creatures. After so many years, this place was simply a paradise of decay.

Besides, since there was not any threat to Qin Feng here at all, Bai Li did not plan to go out.
“Well, then you just wait here you vain little fox!”
Qin Feng pinched her cheek and walked out on his own.
He spread out his awareness and constantly probed the surrounding area but he could not find that strong being.
The Skeleton Sovereign that had control over the Hell Stone.
This sovereign was the one that used the Finger of Death to instantly destroy an S-tier ancient warrior.
Now, Qin Feng had an idea on how to fight him.
‘With my perception I can’t find it? Maybe its dark ability is really powerful!’ Qin Feng thought. Unless he also went out searching with his dark ability, he might not be able to find it.
Even though Qin Feng was a dark ability user, he was only A-tier in terms of power. He definitely would not be an opponent for a Skeleton Sovereign that had possessed a Hell Stone for two hundred years.
“Since I can’t find it, I’ll just force it to show up!”
Qin Feng raised the Verdant Emperor Saber and his body instantly disappeared before reappearing beside a powerful B-tier zombie.
Slash!
The sword swept over and the zombie’s head fell toward the ground.
He did not stop moving his feet, continuing to move forward as he swept and slashed with his blade. One by one, the zombies fell by his hand.
“Kreeaaah!”
As zombies died, the soul flames which had been imprisoned within their bodies for so many years rushed out and entered the Verdant Emperor Saber. Compared to the soul of an ordinary ultra beast, the soul of this long dead zombie was even more powerful.
“Hellfire!”
Flames enveloped the entire street, burning the zombies. The only part that did not burn was the concentrated crystal core in its body. After the flames burned it, it was refined and stored into Qin Feng’s spatial rune equipment.
Qin Feng forced his way through like a brutal warlord, burning and looting as he pressed forward.
This kind of behavior was meant to provoke the Skeletal Sovereign.
If the Skeletal Sovereign saw this, he would definitely attack Qin Feng to drive him away from his territory.
At this time, the Skeletal Sovereign did not appear but there was another group of people outside of the city who noticed this.
There was a large number of people in this group, at least hundreds of people. Among them, there were more than ten A-tier aptitude users and more than two hundred B-tier aptitude users. Most of them actually belonged to an organization.
The Giant Organization.
This was an organization of an S-tier aptitude user, among which the strongest was called the ‘Armored Giant’.
“Dad, what’s going on, did someone launch an assault ahead of time?”
One of them was wearing a black robe, and was even holding a black scepter made from indiscernible material in his hand. On top of the scepter was a huge energy crystal core.
The color of this crystal core was black.
This was a dark ability user.
“How could someone go at a time like this? The night is when the Skeletal Sovereign is at its strongest. Who would be that uncaring of death, actually going in there at this hour?”
Armored Giant came back from other realms to obtain this Hell Stone for his son who had just ranked up to an A-tier ability user. The Skeletal Sovereign could not absorb the Hell Stone. As long as he could snatch it, it would belong to his son!
Unexpectedly, someone acted faster than him.
