"Any peculiar news happening in Russia as of late?", I asked Sitwell.
"None what so ever. You need me to keep my eye out on something?", Sitwell asked.
"No, it's not necessary. hmmm.... ", I said as I turned off the hologram. After killing the Kree's, their communication equipment had been studied, and right now we had duplicates of it. One of those duplicates was given to Sitwell, it provided a better way of communication due to the limitation of earth's technology.
It's been a few weeks since Natasha left, she left my house in a broken mess. It wasn't shown on the outside though, no, she was showing a compose look or she was trying to at least. You needed to look carefully and see the slight fidgeting of her body and a quick show of her emotions that her eyes had in a moment. No doubt her training kick in and stop her from being uneasy about what I said.
"Teacher why did you call for us here in the Lighthouse?", Ava asked. Trailing behind her were Grant Ward and Erik Stevens.
Right now I am in the command center of the Lighthouse. An hour ago I called my disciples to discuss an important topic.
"Since I took you three most of your time had been spent in training, either in the Lighthouse or in Kamar Taj. The time of training is over, the three of you are already powerful enough. Now, I want to ask you, what do you plan to do?", I asked them.
Throughout my time in training them, I had given them tidbits of information about my goals, and the war that is to come. They don't know anything concrete though, just enough to speculate about something catastrophic might happen. I did this because I wanted willing helpers, people that are forced to do something will never deliver the best results. A major conflict hanging in their heads was a good motivator, as well.
The three of them began to look at one another. There was no confusion on their faces. Perhaps they already know that a conversation similar to this might happen. Maybe they already talk about this among themselves after the fight that the 4 of us had. But before I told them to say their decisions, I needed to tell them something, I needed to tell them the truth.
"Before you make your decision, I have a secret that I need to tell you three. As much as I like to say that I trained you out of the goodness of my heart, but I can't cause that's not true. You can say that I have been given a glimpse, a vision, or simply knowledge of the future... This knowledge showed me the wiping out of half of all life, not just on earth but the entire universe. Every move I had made since the day I was born has been predicated by this knowledge, this includes training the three of you. I saw the potential that you three could become, all of you were diamonds in the rough, and now here you are. Broken from the shackles of normalcy and became individuals with power that none of you could ever imagine", I pause as I look at my three disciples, all of their emotions were clearly visible. Anger for being used, confusion, and disbelief about what they are hearing.
"Now I ask you not as your teacher, but as your fellow human, will you help me,? will protect this planet, nay this universe?", I asked.
The silence was thick in the room, all three of them thought within themselves what they wanted they do. The first to speak is Grant, "I wish to help you in your endeavors. I never thought that we were part in a grander scale, but it doesn't matter. You had helped me in my weakest, my most vulnerable. I will do what you ask of me".
I nodded and said to Grant," You are 18 years old now. You will join SHIELD via the academy. Your papers will be ready in a few days".
"HAHAHAHAHA. You're going to school", Ava laughs at Grant assignment. Grant responded with an eye roll.
The next to speak was Erik, and he said, "The three of us all speculated why you were training us. You always hinted about a war that is to come... I always thought that I could just walk away after I was trained.... but hearing the stakes now makes me question my answer...I will help you, but I need to find one man first... This does not mean that I will not help, but I just need to do something first", Erik said with a hint of vulnerability in his voice.
I nodded and said to him, "Of course, I understand that. I will give you a communication device so that we can keep in touch".

I look at my last disciple, she looks back at me and asks, " Do you plan to go to space?".
"Yes, but perhaps only a clone will be sent into space", I responded. The Kree spaceship that Howard and the Skrull modified was not a secret to anyone who has access to the Lighthouse, so the three of them on occasion had seen it.
With a jolly look on her face, she said, "I help, as long as I go to space". I smiled at her response.
LATER THAT NIGHT:
"The stars are beautiful aren't they?". After meeting with my disciples, I received a message, the message came from Enoch. He called to say that we should meet at his house. Right now the two of us were on top of his rooftop.
"Yes, they are", I said in response. The message that Enoch sent was that he wanted to talk to me. It had no clear indication if he and the Chronicoms wanted to help me.
"What has your kind decided?", I asked as I still look in the sky.
"What does it mean to be extinct? This was the topic that was heavily discussed before we made our decision. Some argue that wiping out half of all life is not a good enough reason why we should help you because there is still the other half left to repopulate your race and all the other races. In time you will go back to the number you were, this is a solid argument, I believe even you agree", Enoch said.
I reluctantly nodded in his statement.
"Yet, why does the Chronicoms prevent extinction-level events? Aren't they natural, aren't it the way nature tells a species that it has reached the end of its time? So, we look to our records and we found out that every time the Chronicoms intervenes in an extinction-level event, is that all of them weren't natural. All of them were cause beyond the scope of nature grasped", Enoch said.
When I heard this I was happy, this was what I wanted to hear.
"To make sure you weren't lying to us, we gathered information on all the Warlords, civilizations, empires that are currently actively doing conquest. When we gathered this information and placed it on the time stream, we came to a conclusion", Enoch took a paused and change where he was looking and he looks me straight in the eyes and said.
"We the Chronicoms will ally with you against the mad Titan, Thanos", Enoch said.
