Meanwhile the guy on exiting the room, outside in the not so long hallway leaned across the furnished wall as his mind replayed their brief exchange of words and an innominate smile crept up his face.
Pondering over her, his lips curve into an oblivious smile. He shakes his head mildly shaking his thoughts away of the delicate freshly acquainted with girl, of who he was only conversant of nothing more than her name. It had been a while since he last had someone to accompany him there. But this life of solidarity was a path he himself had chosen to walk along.
"She is sightly, I won't repudiate. Her appearance makes me deduce her to be in her 20's." His mind continues to formulate her image as he walks ahead to his room. The first time he placed her fragile form on the mattress, he had given rein to study her features.
Her hair was glossy and lush that elegantly swayed below her nearly bare shoulders yet didn't extend further below her elbows. The color of her round eyes was unlike his own, it was without exception downright raven.
The eyes as he reminisced, are upturned and foxy, cognac brown. His eyelids unhurriedly enclose his vison as he empowers his mind to visualize her.
Her customary subconscious biting of the bottom lip was always a delight to witness, it was arousing for him to watch. He didn't remember the last time he was this intrigued by another woman. He could sense that something was off about her, everything about her was in some way riveting for him.
Yue's still an enigma to him, on carrying her inside after rescuing her fragile self from the vast body of water outside, he did stumble upon splintered parts of a vehicle. And Wu had seen enough of those detesting vehicles to recognize it being a carriage, and bearing in mind the night, he knew she must have been off to the castle.
For the royal ball.
Yet another one amongst the crowd of those miserly girls off to the palace pinning their aspirations on meeting the Prince. He rolled his eyes in vexation at the repulsive thought of her being one among those that he despised. How would he know that Yue in fact had no intentions of going at the humongous Palace amongst the several other in the expansive northern empire at all. She hadn't even planned on being in this book itself. Neither she knew of the territory or where she could go off to apart from following the scripted path for her character.

He lets go of the agitating thoughts of the Palace and heads off to his room to grab a suitable fabric for her to wear, though he didn't mind her being in the state she presently was, 'It's alluring' his tongue slithers and moistens his bottom lip as he retires to cogitate of her delicate pale skin bound in dainty scarlet textured underlinens.
The only quandary was that she would catch a cold, and that would only aggravate the situation. As Wu's hands ran through the clothes hanging in the closet, he realised how he was at a scarcity of warm clothes. Since he didn't have the requisite of the warmer fabrics, cold and the lower temperatures were repulsive against his body.
The metal of the hanger clinks against the metal rod as he slides his limited fabric resources across it. 'I don't get it, where are her own clothes?' It was obviously a controversy as to why a human being, on its destined travel suddenly be found in the midst of the concealed river and that too, almost stripped.
"Guess this'll do." Wu finally takes out a sweatshirt, it was one of his favourites and the only one of its kind that he owned. It was a parting gift from his mother, he wore it once, but being too warm for him he hadn't put it on ever again.
Comparatively it won't be warm enough for her.
"She's so troublesome." Wu sighs heavily in the corridor, as he carries the half attire which would only cover her torso and her skin above her knee caps towards the room she resided in. He could've annihilated her, yet somewhere deep inside of him, his conscious told him otherwise.
Staying unchaperoned in the forest for such a stretch had made him obliterate the fact that if he says something out loud in the hall, it will still be audible in the outer room.
"She's so troublesome." Yue blinked my eyes in dubiety at the derision, sceptical at first if whether or not she heard it right.. A voice definitely echoed through the hall and the words reached her ear.
