Chapter 7: Kapehan Meeting

At the meeting hall located at one of the undiscovered islands we occupied thanks to the benefactor, the gazes of my allies made me more confident than ever.

I showed one of the books, not just an ordinary book, but a book that'll be one of the official handbooks our officers and commanders gonna use.

I call this meeting, "Kapehan Meeting" because it takes place in morning and served with coffee and food.

"This is one of the must have books our military and the commanders gonna use and part of standards for every officer effective immediately." I declared with burning confidence. "If you guys know or heard of the Art of War by Sun Tzu, then one of the tricks from this book, we're gonna use it including against our partners for the better future and to make Project Maphilindo realized and achieved, and a better future without terrorist groups using religion as a bullshit excuse. Sigmund goes for that and will not think twice in smacking unqualified sons of bitches using religion as an excuse on their perverted agendas."

Sigmund Cabral-Rizal, that guy, the Prime Minister I respect and approve in Maphilindo Talks, fighting against the Chinese Communist Party and Liu Fenhua, and aspects, was one of the guys who'll be teaching the future Emperador himself and his elder brother about the constitutional monarchy and the unifying figurehead ceremonial monarchs under the constitutional monarchy. I was surprised when I learned he came here with others. He was pretty much secular like me and others. Bound to be one of the senior ministers once we kick the Spanish Colonial government out from the Philippine soil because of his experience and his expertise, he'll be one of those in charge in handling the government affairs, and take part of the "Project Maphilindo" and the "Malaya Dream Plan", a long-term continuous project connected to "Project Maphilindo" that was basically an American Dream but a real deal that'll make the so-called old timeline "American Dream" pale because of our involvement behind the scenes.

"The 36 Stratagems, Kyle?"

"Yes. If you know Zhuge Liang or any historical figures, ask our good Chinese-Maphilindo friends or our historians about it later after the meeting." I remarked, having fun at the remembrance of what Evan and other good Chinese said after the Deep Blue Fleet departed a week ago. "Sigmund himself will not think twice of putting as part of our curriculum. Why? In the previous timeline, our Philippine Armed Forces, Philippine Constabulary, and other military academies had it as one of the required books for every Filipino officer and commander. As always, be it as Chinese item or not, we'll use every single proven item and make it our own better upgraded version. If it's shit item that can't be reused, we may as well put it in our own version of Museum of Failures together with that shit of a 1986 Philippine 'constitution'."

The persons smiled and nodded in approval.

Using enemies' weapons and tactics against the enemy? No problem. It's all common sense as long one could defeat enemy efficiently.

"You're in your game again, Kyle." said Bruce. "No wonder Christopher invited you in joining the coup the first place."

Those who were here and aware of the role I played after Christopher invited me, were all smiles while the Filipinos including those who took part of the coup, sported proud looks due to the state of the Philippines and the Philippine Armed Forces standing up against China and Liu Fenhua with stronger assets.

While I did play a role in the coup and during the junta years, I also used my connections and what I learned from the wars I fought and experience as one of the commandos and knowing the works and innings of the Churchill's Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. We did have anomalies but Christopher Siwa, bless the man's soul for giving us a better Philippines from the time we left, led the coup assisted by anomalies who brought the goodies and helped us with the fate of the other failure world that led to arresting the reds, that asshole Sison's lieutenants, and Bong Bryan Friala and Maria Leila Onil, the two anomalies, the two time travellers who planned to introduce that joke of constitution of the worst ending that featured the garbage shit, having a hashtag #FilipinoFirst crap, and shitstorm popularity-based politics, right in the Philippine soil where the that joke had the president and vice president voted separately which again why was presidential system was a garbage just like when that Francisco Montogomerry, the handsome American president from the time we left, successfully planted an anti-gun ownership and firearms seed in the American soil because of his connections, bribes, and blackmail.

"He is, Bruce." Commented Fernando, one of those took part in coup. "You all might think we were crazy but when we met Christopher Siwa and told us those things and the worst fate if that garbage constitution was installed by that stupid bitch and those Monsods."

Monsods, those two old fossils were old relics who were stupid in manners and having a tone of ignorance. From what Christopher and others said, these two were likened to a witch from Snow White and use their influence in spouting protectionist ignorant shit that'll cost the country and every Filipino with their stupidity. From the time we left, unlike the other time, the fossils were put in an 'accident' during the junta years.

"Don't mention that fucking surname. They, their entire family, and Sison are to be killed this time. They are included in our hitlist for good reason and safety of the future Maphilindo, Maphilindo, and the youth."

"Yeah. If we let them be, our work will be doomed under the hands of the 'Saint', the Catholic Church, and the communists."

Those persons Seiji, a Filipino-Japanese friend of Sigmund, was the persons in our hitlist whom we'll be targeting including Sison. They were robber barons, criminals that include rapists, padre damaso persons, and corrupt businessmen. Whatever they become in this new time, we'll still kill them and their families discreetly to be safe than sorry.

"Still, I can't believe the Catholic Church in the Philippines got infiltrated by communists. Our benefactor showed that worst thing and ending."

'You guys had no idea how much that shithole would be. Hell, even the Archbishop of Manila and other priests from the origin time of Christopher were communists and supporters.' I thought, remembering the words, Christopher, the time travelers, and other regressors said about that and why I was convinced and joined the coup when they showed the events and very pitiful state of the Philippines being a country of exporting Filipino nurses abroad, poorly underequipped, lacking facilities, communists infiltrated the schools, outlets, entertainment, media and so on, cult of personality worshipping towards the 'icon', and a country of economic refugees.

Annoyed at first when I learned the ugly state with the government became a clown circus but proud our country was able to stand off proud and independent with strong coup after the coup from the time we left, I nodded my head in agreement, not before showing my huge dislike of communists. "Be they priest, men of religious occupation or not, a best communist is a dead communist. I won't care about that as long we get commies dead because communism is and was anti-family, anti-progress, and anti-growth. If they are a terrorist whose ideology was communism, we'll fight dirty in removing the red filth, no how much those shameless pigs deny, deny, deny, but a commietards in reality beneath their fiber of being. What's deny when they are a terrorist? A bullet to the head is the answer and solution."

All heads nodded.

"That's where the Silver Hounds and other classified units are here for and why we and the Council approved it. Did you guys know in Indonesia being a communist and introducing communism is a crime there?"

"I heard that law. Let's put it for the suggestion for the Council to make our version of that law. As always, the early we discredit Karl Marx, the Communist Manifesto, and communism with facts and commonsense, the better."

"Sigmund won't mind that." said Seiji. "We know how much any communist party and communist leaders a fucking ticking time bomb."

"Yeah, the Chicoms got themselves a private army in a form of Armed Forces and shit knows what. The almost real-life version of Homefront's Korea was next to us."

They nodded with some, frowning.

The Chinese Constitution used by the 'mainlanders' was one of the things that must not come to existence, no matter how much variant would that be. Why? The Armed Forces, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) pledged to the Chinese Communist Party, not to the people, which in other words, pledging allegiance to a single political party, just like the SS to the Nazis, an undemocratic thing I would say as a veteran and a citizen because it functioned like having an armed forces as your own private army. If I would compare the Homefront's Korea in real life, then China under the clutches of CCP and Liu Fenhua would be almost one.

We got so much job to do even if we have prominent politicians in our ranks. There's still criminals and racists out there in the Philippine soil… and Malaya soil fucking hell, maraming trabaho pa for the better kinakabukasan.' I thought, remembering the reports I read this morning, 8 weeks after the Deep Blue Fleet landed and set up one of our bases at one of the islands. Our communications with them were working and essential to our Post-Operation Independence future operations and ambushing the Spanish Navy and the Loyalists in the day of Operation Independence.

"That's right." agreed Alan with my statement. "Kyle, you did say it's better to have assurances and back up plans than not. The last we don't have caused shit with China, Liu Fenhua, and the Chicoms stirring up troubles while spreading Pro-CCP propaganda."

Yet here we fucking are, I'm worried about the weaponized virus because while we have countermeasures and measures against the diseases and bioweapons that was once used in previous world's wars and experienced it, the bioweapon that fucking Liu Fenhua and the Chicoms made for the Project Wang Yang…we're gonna aim for the best healthcare and medicine in the world to lessen the effect and to have more countermeasures than not."

We shivered.

Liu Fenhua and Chicom's Project Wang Yang's ace in the hole, a bioweapon, a virus, it was a last straw for the existence of the Chinese Communist Party, communists, and Liu Fenhua. The effects of it were unknown but thanks to the translation, the main characteristic of that weaponized virus was tasteless and odorless, a thing I would say, very alarming.

The countermeasure, the "Philippine/Malaya Dream Plan", we're very glad we proposed this continuous long-term project because we aim for the American Dream where everything, the best of the best, and products, can be found and proudly made in Malaya.

To prepare for the better world than our time and to achieve Malaya Dream and Maphilindo, we're gonna have to use every card we know including Operation Paper Clip.

To maintain peace, one must prepare for war.

If there's no tools to maintain peace, there'll be helpless moments of being defenseless and powerless to stop threats.

It was like surprisingly well-prepared for the scenario of "shit hits the fan".

"That's why we have Operation Robin Hood and operations that are similar to nature." said Domier, a Singaporean. "The things we get from those operations are the necessaries of our preparations and future."

"It is." With mental images in mind, I easily agreed to the former Singaporean's statement as I continued. "Now let's talk more of things in this Kapehan Meeting so that there won't be any missed things and opportunities."

Looking at every New Society member who had same thoughts and reaction as me, I nodded with small vengeance and justice in mind.

'Sigh, I miss my wife. This is one of the times I need her but alas.' Knowing my poor fate and my other half left the world earlier than me, I let the meeting go on as I intended with determination.

"With our version of OSB and FSB approved by the Council, are there any reports and news?"

"I have, Kyle. Sent teams of Silver Hounds and Deep Blue Fleet with the coordination of our Mindanaoan brethren, destroyed a nest of pirates and bandits in Visayas and Mindanao. There's still much work to do though."
