Chapter 146: Asking for Suggestions.

I have decided to merge the two planned arcs [The Rise of V's] and [Operation W.H.O.] so the order will be [Rise of V's] and then [Operation W.H.O.]. 

So there are two characters in [Operation W.H.O.], One is a businessman like Giran who deals with Information and all, so I named him 'Broker' (as his alias)... And there is the antagonist, a ruler kind-of character who controls the underworld of Japan. I needed an alias for him which is good and does not sound cringe at the same time.

I was thinking of using 'Overlord' but I think it sounds a bit edgy. So yeah... the suggestion box is now open for the alias of this character.

Another thing that I would like to ask is some suggestions for these two arcs. These arcs are still not complete and need a lot work, so your suggestion would be a great help in the formulation of these two arcs.
