However, this was still a game so regardless of how broken the ship looked, it was still functional as long as the system deemed it to be.
Of course, this was still a fantasy game so this ship’s mechanical system was propelled by magic, the same as an airship. Moreover, the extreme gear-shifting of this ship was much more idiot-proof than some high-end nuclear power aircraft carrier.
…
After the Quan Zhen Sect got on board, Wang Yu, who was the leader of the squad for this quest, received a system notification: Are all squad members present? Are you ready to set sail?
Everyone came on board for the sole purpose of setting sail so Wang Yu clicked ‘Set Sail’ without hesitation.
As Wang Yu clicked that, a loud ‘hu la’ sound was heard as the massive sail was hoisted. Following which, the magic crystals on the ship glowed and the ship gradually left the shore.
Other than Ming Du, everyone else from the Quan Zhen Sect was from the north. They were already extremely excited to be on the ship for the first time, let alone set sail onto the vast ocean.
Everyone stood on the deck to look at the boundless ocean with an indescribable excitement in their hearts.
It was no wonder so many people loved staring at the ocean. It brought an indescribable satisfaction to the hearts of people in such circumstances.
One had to admit that the scene in <<REBIRTH>> was lifelike enough to make someone feel carefree and relaxed. After all, the gaming equipment only cost a few thousand dollars and it would be impossible to replicate the feeling of travelling out to the ocean with just a few thousand dollars.
In the past, everyone did not understand why travellers in the game would actually be willing to spend so much money just to watch the scenery.
Today, everyone finally understood that they spent all that money just to experience this… After all, it didn’t matter how the game was played as long as it brought maximum satisfaction and joy to the player.
As compared to the bunch of old fellas like Wang Yu, Yang Nuo and Ling Longmeng had slightly more meticulous thoughts. They looked at the boundless ocean as they asked, “I wonder if the game has a swimsuit for us…”
“Hehe!”
Hearing what the ladies said, Ming Du smiled in a wretched manner, “Why do you need swimsuit in a game like this? The two of you should just remove all your equipment and jump right in! Nowadays, skinny dipping is a trend…”
Before Ming Du could finish his sentence, Yang Nuo lifted her bow and pressed it against Ming Du’s head, “Really?”
After Yang Nuo did that to him, Ming Du’s face turned pale with fright, “Yes… yes… That is true but I personally do not approve of that kind of behaviour…”
“Don’t worry!” Ling Longmeng smiled as she walked over, “We approve!”
“Re… Really?”
Hearing what Ling Longmeng said, Ming Du almost had a nosebleed. Everyone else suddenly looked incredibly interested in this commotion and even the most decent Wang Yu turned his head and said, “Stop messing around!”
“We’re not!”
Ling Longmeng smiled faintly as he raised his bow as she fired a shot at Ming Du’s feet.
While Ming Du was still wondering if he was dreaming, he was pinned to the ground by Ling Longmeng. Yang Nuo walked towards him, held him to the ground before scratching her chin and said to Frost Blade, “Come and strip him for me!”
“F*ck…”
Having heard what Yang Nuo said, Frost Blade was dumbfounded… and everyone else felt disappointed too.

They were really convinced they could benefit from this but who knew that these two ladies had such unique tastes…
Ming Du was literally a scrawny skeleton with nothing to show. They might as well strip Wang Yu because at least his body was covered with ripped muscles.
Ming Du should have seen this coming especially knowing just how difficult these two ladies were.
Frost Blade was one of the weakest in terms of combat ability in the Quan Zhen Sect. Therefore, he naturally did not dare to offend Yang Nuo or Ling Longmeng. Moreover, building their happiness on someone else’s suffering gave the other fellas from the Quan Zhen Sect the most joy. Frost Blade had no reason to reject this so he simply walked over delightfully.
With Ming Du trapped deadly by Ling Longmeng, there was no way he could escape so he could merely struggle and shout, “Old Frost, I dare you!”
It was fine if Ming Du did not struggle but the more Ming Du struggle, the more excited Frost Blade got. He chuckled and replied, “Hahaha! Brother Ming, I’m sorry… I have no other choice too and either way, you won’t lose anything.”
“Brother Frost, Uncle Frost, Grandpa Frost… Aiya, just you wait…”
While Ming Du cried out, Frost Blade performed a few consecutive stealing techniques on Ming Du. Within seconds, Ming Du was stripped entirely.
Fortunately, the system was not as vile as the fellas from Quan Zhen Sect as it left Ming Du with a cloth to cover. However, it still excites everyone to see a scrawny Ming Du left in a state like that.
“Toss him over!”
Under Ling Longmeng’s command, Boson walked over to carry and throw Ming Du into the ocean.
One had to admit that Ming Du really knew how to swim. To think that he could still swim and chase after the boat…
“Not good!”
Just when everyone on deck was watching and enjoying, Ming Du suddenly cried out as he flashed back onto the deck.
Yang Nuo pointed at Ming Du angrily when she saw that he actually dared to climb back on board, “Hurry back down! Or I will shoot you back down!”
Ming Du waved his hands and pushed Yang Nuo’s bow aside, “Stop fooling around! There is a situation with the ocean!”
“A situation?”
Everyone smiled as Vainglory replied, “You’re not lying to us just to stay on deck right?”
“Why would I lie to you guys!” Ming Du cried out anxiously, “There is really a problem! When I am in the ocean, I saw a boat chasing after us. Hurry up and return me my equipment!”
Following which, Ming Du quickly snatched his equipment back from Frost Blade as he put them on frantically.
“Boat? Chasing us?” Everyone looked around and the ocean was calm and peaceful. There wasn’t even an island on sight, let alone any boat. “Ming Du ah, are you seeing things? There is nothing on the ocean!”
Ming Du replied, “Did I say on the ocean? It is beneath the ocean!”
“Beneath the ocean? Haha!” Everyone laughed and turned to Ling Longmeng, “Old Meng, look at what you’ve done to him! You’ve driven him crazy! Alright, forgive him on our behalf alright?”
Everyone could still believe Ming Du if he said that there was a fish chasing after them beneath the surface of the ocean. Why would there be a boat chasing them under the ocean?
Unless there are submarines in this gaming world?
“Alright!” Ling Longmeng also chuckled, “Looking at how real your acting skills are, I will forgive you. Now let’s get back to reality.”
“But…”
After everyone said their piece, even Ming Du convinced himself that everything he saw was an illusion. Just as he was about to compromise, Wang Yu suddenly spoke, “Eh? I don’t know if you guys realise but the scene surrounding us hasn’t changed at all?”
