Though he wanted to find out what some of the new skills he had obtained from the ascension did, he decided to suppress this urge for now, telling himself that he had more than enough time to do so once he was finished buying new clothes for himself. However, this did not stop him from checking out the description of his Rank 1 class, becoming enamored by it even though it was his second time looking through it.

Ding!

[True Prodigious Blacksmith] (Class)

Rarity: Mythic

There are blacksmiths who follow the paths of those who have gone ahead of them, allowing them to be great blacksmiths in their own right. However, restricting themselves to the paths already trekked by many, these blacksmiths lose the limitless imagination provided by their craft, becoming the barrier that hinders from making a mark in the annals of history.

Then, there are those who decide to forge their own paths in blacksmithing, going against the conventions of learning how to forge from those who had gone ahead of them. Instead, they allow themselves to learn the craft in its most natural state, one not shackled by stringent rules. With this, anything they touch transforms into their craft, each piece becoming the centerpiece of a legend. Only those who have trekked this path have the right to call themselves True Prodigies.

For each level gained in this class, the user gains +3 VIT, +3 STR, +2 AGI, +5 DEX, +5 INT, +2 WIS, +3 PER, +1 LUK, and 4 unassigned stat points.

Prerequisites:

> Have [Flow]

> Have [Basic Equipment Creation Lv. 6], [Basic Equipment Modification Lv. 6]…

Letting out a chuckle as he had finished reading through it once more, Valyr could not help but think that he had definitely lucked out in obtaining this class, thanking the heavens that he had obtained [Flow] before he had ascended to Rank 1. Though the Rank 1 class he first had in mind was no pushover, which was the Talented Blacksmith class, an Epic class he was able to choose during the ascension process, the amount of stats one would obtain from an Epic class was far less than what one would obtain from a Legendary class.

And this difference was even more pronounced when compared to a Mythic class.

Similar to how a higher-tiered subclass gave out more points, a higher-tiered class meant that one would obtain far more fixed attribute points and unassigned attribute points per level compared to a lower-tiered one. For comparison, an Uncommon class gave 20% more fixed stat points and unassigned stat points, with each succeeding rarity increasing that disparity by another 20%.

With that in mind, a Mythic class gave out double the fixed stat points and unassigned stat points per level compared to a normal class, which was a lot when one looked at it in the long term.

'Then again, there's still the Ancient and Divine classes, but the requirements for those are so stringent that I'd have to head a kingdom at the very least to obtain those…' Letting out a light sigh as he shook his head at the thought, Valyr's attention was soon caught by the owner returning from the back of the shop, carrying what seemed to be a few articles of clothing in his new size.

With the owner telling him that he should check if the clothes she had brought were of the right size, he was then directed to a fitting room, allowing him to check if the new clothes fit his current size well. Pleased with the fact that the clothes that had been brought to him were indeed of the right size, Valyr told the owner to give him a few more articles of clothing of the same size.

A few minutes later, the owner returned with a couple more sets of clothing, asking Valyr if he would be buying more clothes. Shaking his head, Valyr went ahead and gave the owner a gold coin as thanks for the effort she had put in and the trouble he had caused her.

Naturally, the shop owner was left at a loss for words, thinking that Valyr was giving her the gold coin so he could obtain the change for it. Though, as if he had realized the look on her face, Valyr told her to keep it, carrying the bag of clothes that had been given to him over his shoulder, only to stop in his tracks when the owner asked him the reason behind giving her the gold coin.

"I'm in a good mood today." Saying these words, Valyr soon left the vicinity of the shop, walking through the streets once more as he pondered as to where he should go next. Considering that he had already ascended to Rank 1, he was more or less done with what he needed to do before the beta version begun. With that in mind, he planned to take it easy for a while, giving himself a well-deserved break.

'Hmm… I should probably pay a visit to Tristan.' As he continued to leisurely walk through the streets, Valyr eventually came to a decision, prompting a light smile to creep up his face as he hastened his steps in the direction of the village smithy. While doing so, he looked through the remainder of his notifications, soon noticing one notification that seemed to be out of place in comparison to most of the notifications he had received.

Ding!

[You have obtained the passive skill '?4E$%6!F42.6C45-20#4#26!C4?F6?F!4$4'.]

'What kind of skill is this?' Curious as to whether the game system had given him a skill with a garbled name for no reason, Valyr went ahead and identified the skill through the system. Though, once he read through its description, rather than gaining answers to his questions, more questions instead appeared in his mind as the skill seemed to be veiled in obscurity.

Ding!

[?4E$%6!F42.6C45-20#4#26!C4?F6?F!4$4] (Lv. MAX)

Rarity: Uncommon

A skill only given to those worthy enough. Increases all of the user's stats by 3%.

Note: Though veiled in obscurity, that does not mean that all hope is lost. The key lies in your true identity. Find this and the truth shall be revealed.

"My true identity? What does it mean by that?" Befuddled, Valyr could not help but murmur to himself after reading through the obscure skill's description. Though he appreciated the fact that the skill increased all of his stats by 3%, he could not help but have a feeling that this buff came with a caveat he did not know yet.

Unfortunately, even after mulling over what the system meant by his true identity for a while, Valyr found no leads whatsoever, rummaging the entirety of his memory for even a small clue he could latch on. Of course, he knew that this true identity of his had something to do with his surname, with the reactions of some people in the past being his reason for this.

"But what does the surname Zeihardt even signify?" Deciding that there was no point mulling over it for now, Valyr let out an exasperated sigh before closing his eyes for a bit. Opening it sometime later, with his emotions returned to its initial tranquility, he then continued on his walk to the village smithy, arriving there around 10 minutes later.
