You have breached Sin City and stayed within it for an hour.
The siege is successful. Gained twenty Reputation Points and one thousand five hundred Honor Points.
Qin Ruo, Majestic Hero, Netherclaw, Scarlet Bauhinia, and Black God received the same notifications. Besides the five League Masters, more than twenty players of Vice League Master or Clan Leader ranks were also rewarded ten Reputation Points and one hundred Honor Points each.
However, these rewards were just the icing on the cake.
To them, the real reward lay in their sweet revenge over Demon Faction which dethroned their long-term dominance over the Angel Faction. Their victory disbanded the sixteen Leagues and up to ten thousand Clans in Demon Faction, forcing them to rebuild from scratch like what had happened to Angel Faction a while ago.
After the notification, five of them ordered their respective League members to retreat from Sin City, leaving behind ruins of a warzone to the Demon Faction players.

“That was fun!!” After they had returned to the Moonrise City, Netherclaw walked out from the Warp Portal and cheered in the alliance channel, “This might be the most enjoyable battle that I ever had since I started H&G. Haha! It’s not easy to have everyone gather here like today. Today, we will only think about celebration and nothing else. Let’s head to Great Winter Hall, my treat! No one is allowed to leave without getting drunk. Comrades from the five leagues and all the Clan Leaders, do oblige to my humble invitation.”
“Damn! How generous, Netherclaw.” Scarlet Bauhinia was thrilled by the offer. “You better not regret it. I am going to bring as many people as I can.” The Greater Winter Hall had only been opened five times prior to this. Three of those were to discuss countermeasures for Demon Faction’s constant threats. Its expenses were usually shared by the Leagues who were involved. Hearing that Netherclaw was going to give them a treat this time, Scarlet Bauhinia was of course, not going to let the free meal slip away.
Most of the others had also nodded to his invitation. They were going to stuff as many people as possible into the hall and embark on the greatest “Angel Reunion” of all time.
Netherclaw finally laughed and said, “Leader Qin, how about you? Why haven’t you said anything? Fallen Angels are the biggest reason we could win this war. It would be inappropriate to celebrate without you and your Leagues’ presence.”
The channel toned down a little after Netherclaw said that. Several Clan Leaders conformed and joked that the big guns from Fallen Angels should not miss the reunion.
Those incisive ones could easily tell that Netherclaw was using this opportunity to ameliorate the relationship between Fallen Angels and Netherspirit’s Claw to bring their long-standing resentment to a halt.
After all, Qin Ruo’s otherworldly strength was in full display in this war. Not only had he single handedly disrupted the entire Demon Faction’s rear lines using the bizarre Mimic skill, but he had also escaped the enemy’s traps time and time again.
His outrageous prowess did not only crumble the Demon Faction, but it also terrorized their internal competitor, Netherspirit’s Claw.
Netherclaw was especially fearful of the implausible Mimic skills, which was proven extremely effective in deceiving the sharp eyes of so many Tier 5 Bowmasters. If he still refused to make peace with Fallen Angels, Netherspirit’s Claw would then have a hard time moving forward in the face of such a powerful enemy. Besides, Hall of Heroes and Black Jail were openly biased toward the Fallen Angels, while Scarlet Bauhinia still maintained a close relationship with the new Bauhinia Clan.
“Little Qin?” Majestic Hero had also joined in the persuasion. “Come along.”
Majestic Hero yearned for Angel Faction’s unity. His non-competitive personality was prominent and he wished everyone could develop equally without conflict. He had loved to see the Fallen Angels and Netherspirit’s Claw resolve their grudges, which would certainly benefit the Angel Faction more.
Qin Ruo decided to go along with the flow and immediately agreed to attend. “Sure. Since Demon Faction should most probably stop hassling us in the meantime. There isn’t a better time to get drunk than this…”
Before he could finish his sentence, a loud system notification had interjected him:
Both Angel Faction and Demon Faction happened to be under the protection of NPCs.
The two lords from both factions came to a conscientious decision.
A Grand Tournament would be held three days from now.
From today onwards, all Warriors who were Tier 4 or above could sign up for the competition.
The frontrunners of each competition would be rewarded Legendary Grade Equipment, Divinity, Skill Books, Reputation Points and Honor Points.
The winner will be prized with a Tier 6 Demigod Equipment, a random Tier 6 Spell, Divinity of any attribute, one hundred Reputation Points, and 50,000 Honor Points!

The public announcement repeated three times and echoed through the vast Mythical Continent.
The ones who had just returned from Sin City looked at each other, confused.
‘Grand Tournament?’
‘Tier 6 Demigod Equipment? Tier 6 Spell!? For what? We don’t have a single Tier 6 player at this point…’
But the latter part of the announcement had Qin Ruo and others deeply alarmed…
‘The winner will be given fifty thousand Honor Points and one hundred Reputation Points! That’s absurd…’
This was apparently an event specially designed for the Demon Faction.
Frontrunners in this competition would be rewarded with a handsome sum of Honor Points. This was relatively easier than searching for and taking down a Lich.
If someone won the competition, he would be immediately granted fifty thousand Honor Points. In other words, with some effort, that player could easily topple Qin Ruo and become the number one player with the most Honor Points in H&G! (Qin Ruo was unquestionably the top player in the moment after the Honor Points of the Demon Faction had been reset)
The planned celebration would probably be more bland than the one before . The sudden announcement of the Grand Tournament would certainly linger in the minds of the five League Masters, leaving a bad taste in their mouths.

The Great Winter Hall.
The celebration banquet went on as planned.

Winged players or important personnel under the five great Leagues (twenty Clans), in addition to the standalone Clans that had also contributed in this war were all invited to the event.
There were about a thousand attendees.
Inside the grand, extravagant hall, each person spent at least two thousand gold coins. Netherclaw bled quite a lot this time, but he achieved his purpose.
During the banquet, Qin Ruo willingly accepted two Legendary Grade Equipment gifted by Netherclaw.
One belonged to Aquamancer, the other Bandit’s.
According to Netherclaw, the two Equipment was found on the battlefield. One was given as an apology for Black Dragon’s previous inappropriate behavior and the other was an introductory gift to Xin Yu. After all, the young Bandit had also played a great role in this siege war. Her bravery indirectly led to the death of more than a hundred winged Demon Faction players.
Qin Ruo did not reject the offers. One reason was the great attributes of the offered items, the other being his intention to not continue the pointless conflict with Netherspirit’s Claw.
He had embarrassed Netherspirit’s Claw twice at Savis Town and Death Valley. He had also come out on top in the battle for the First League.
So it was unnecessary to carry on the endless dispute. It would be better to make peace, at least on the surface. This would help in future battles against Demon Faction, as well as the Underworld.

After leaving the banquet, Qin Ruo immediately quit the game. He pressed his numbed forehead and dug himself into the warm bed.
He fell into a deep slumber until the next morning.
“Wake up, lazy bum!”
Early in the morning, Qin Ruo was woken by Xiaoxiao’s morning call and the commotion of a busy kitchen.
“This early again?” Qin Ruo flipped open his blanket and revealed his head. He did not plan to wake up so early during his sabbatical.
Nevertheless, he was forced to since these few days, Xiaoxiao had always been up early to his place and had made breakfast for him. She sugar-coated her actions claiming that she would not stand for Qin Ruo skipping breakfast or having a non-nutritious meal.
“Unlike you, I still need to go to work. I have made breakfast. Wake up now.”
“Ugh… My beloved Xiaoxiao. Please let me sleep just a while more.”
Qin Ruo rolled back inside to face the wall. He was reluctant to leave the warm bed so early at dawn.
“You can’t.” Xiaoxiao was firm. She tried to drag Qin Ruo’s blanket away.
Qin Ruo, though, was not going to concede easily.
He flipped up with great agility and pulled Xiaoxiao into the blanket instead.
“Hehe, well you are not the one who calls the shots…”
“Hey…” Just as Xiaoxiao tried to rebuke, she was pinned by Qin Ruo’s burning chest. Her mouth was quickly met by Qin Ruo’s, turning her objections into an inaudible mumbling.
Qin Ruo was completely awake after the flaming kiss.
His body’s temperature raised quickly. After a long kiss, Qin Ruo parted his lips away from Xiaoxiao’s. The latter had given up on resisting and panted tenderly in Qin Ruo’s chest.
“I will take this as compensation for waking me up so early…”
Qin Ruo said it with an evil smile. His filthy hand reached into her private parts from her dress opening.
“Stop.” Xiaoxiao tried to block his indecent act. But she was no match for Qin Ruo’s strength and was easily breached. Her defense was as fragile as a Tier 2 Barrier, which was easily shattered in front of the powerful Winter Demon.
“I will be late to work…”
Her begging was all but futile. It simply fueled Qin Ruo’s pleasure more. “Well, why arrive so late then? You deserved this…”
After the intimate sex, Xiaoxiao was too tired to move. She just lay there lazily and watched the rascal continue to tease her with his tongue.
“Bring your clothes over after work today. I am deeply hurt to see you coming over this early in the morning every day. Move in with me,” Qin Ruo persuaded.
He felt his sweetheart rubbing her face against his chest and purring like a cat. “Dream on,” she whispered softly. “You and your tantalizing fantasy…”
“You can see through that? Am I being too needy?” Qin Ruo purposely responded in a shocking way. “But since you have been this diligent coming over to make me breakfast, why not make my other meals too? Be my personal chef and prepare all my meals in the future.”
“You…”
Xiaoxiao lay stunned in his arms for a few seconds, then raised her beautiful face to give Qin Ruo a big fuming look. She then moved away and dressed up to leave the house under the lewd eyes of a certain man.
Before she left, Xiaoxiao said, “I was planning to inform you about the details of the Grand Tournament to save you some time. Well, go see it for yourself now, you jerk!”
“…”
Qin Ruo slowly sat up several seconds after she slammed the door shut. Stroking his nose gently, he felt downbeat.
‘I thought I was being indirect enough…’
