Staring at the stranger and his son, who held a guarded stance the moment I appeared, I watched as they bowed, taking their leave. I still had many questions about Abyssal Fragments, but I allowed them to leave as I was sure Lily knew.
"Lily. What are dead laws and Abyssal Fragments?" I mentally inquired.
"You can destroy laws, right?" Lily carelessly asked, and I nodded.
"Sure, but they get repaired by the greater laws of the universe," I replied, drawing Ezra's attention as Lily began to speak for her to hear.
"Then you've only damaged the laws, not destroyed them. But with the Abyssal Flame, you should be able to… Nevermind that. When a Dead Law accurse, all Hell breaks out. The very Fabric of Reality as a hole begins to rebel: Up becomes down, left becomes forward, it gets all different." She said softly. " Because when you kill one Law, you kill dozens as they are usually attached to more than one."
"Dead Laws are a delicate thing, as the Greater laws can't repair them and must create new ones, which requires a price, and who do you think pays that price?" I shrugged. "The people pay. Famine, war, betrayal. Everything bad that can happen will happen. It just becomes Hell. The only upside is, of course, the Dead Laws. Shards that bleed Origin Energy. Dead Laws are a currency in Hell. And they're extremely hard to acquire. Funny story! So—"
"You're getting off track." I reminded the carefree system. "So dead Laws don't fade, but—"
"No, they fade. The Greater Laws will try to retrieve them or send some agents to pick them up. Origin Energy or Ether of Origin is the same as Chaos Drew. It's just one that comes from the Myriad Heavens, the other from the Abyss. But to use Chaos Drew, you need the Ether of Origin. So it's very beneficial to have both."
"And what about Abyssal Fragments?"
"Man, Vita will be pissed if she finds out about these Abyssal Fragments," Lily muttered faintly. " Ok, so Abyssal Fragments are… well, they are Cells of the Abyss. And it's usually where Chaos Drew comes from. Abyssal Fragments are so strong that it will take hundreds of Chaos Lords to be near one. And the stronger the Heaven, the stronger they become. Don't tell anyone, but the Shards have minds of their own. It's kind of a race of… well, fairies. I guess that's the best way to describe them."
What the Hell is going on in Iluthath? How the Hell does something like this exist? I see why Lily said she was upgrading my weapon. If such Abyssal Fragment or Chaos Weapons like the one Layla wields were used against me, my spear could be broken with a single swing.
"I guess Dead Laws are the Cells are God as well?"
"Kinda. I say cell, but that's the best I can do as your little minds can't begin to understand what they are… so I went with cells. But I feel like I should warn you. Well, maybe Ezra. But if she were to gaze upon an Abyssal Fragment or Dead Law, she'll either go mad, becoming a crazed beast for all eternity, or die. Arsene has the attunement to look, but you are just an average B."
My little knight rolled her eyes. " Whatever bitch."
"Hehe." The devious system laughed.
"So the Great Basin… Holds not just Dead Laws but an Abyssal Fragment. I wonder what Zariel did. He's the only Lord of Order I know… Unless there have been others after he left."
My eyes narrowed, and with a cold icy stare towards the north past the mist that obscured even the best of eyes, I stared at where I knew Aldrich sat… It had to be Zariel. And the Great Basin is probably where they last fought.

"The Great Basin was where everything ended."
I turned to Ezra," you ready? We'll have to walk. The mist is too dense, and I feel a...a little uncomfortable flying when Dead Laws and Abyssal Shards exist. Anything could happen.
Ezra stared. "Gerron had said that enemy Versi exists in these woods. We should keep—"
"You should keep an eye out." I teased. " I am the Lord your protecting," I just had to mention. Watching as her lips curled up in the most lovable way.
"Master~" She moanfully sang. "Are you bullying me?"
"Always. Just be grateful I'm not giving you a spanking."
"But I wouldn't mind, you know." She replied with large wet fluffy eyes. "I…I'm down for anything." she soon whispered, leaning in so close I could feel the intensity in which she spoke.
"Hmmm. But what kind of Lord sleeps with his knight? Surely I would not stoop so low as too—"
"Enter me? Squeeze my neck as though nothing else mattered. To press your lips against me and claim all that I am?" Ezra leaned even closer, her supple lips tracing over my chest. " Come on, Master. I can see you torment yourself to get back at me. Why not cave… just this once."
I smiled and lifted her chin with my finger looking down right into her red eyes that sparkled with lust. "But you've been such a bad girl. And bad girls don't get what they want."
'Then I'll just have to steal it." She said, pulling away with a challenging grin. "Just you wait, Master. I'll have the bestest surprise for you."
"Not sure 'bestest' is even a word, but I look forward to it," I said, turning away to hide Lil Arsene, ready for battle. Throbbing with his gun ready, I could only sigh in tears. "Let's go. Northward."
"Fucking Pussy!" Lily spat. "That's some weak cheese, Arsene; this had better be worth it. Getting me all hot and bothered is a crime, you know!"
'You're a goddamn system. How is it you…."
"Bitch I'm about to have a body in a few more years. Just you wait. I'm about to pop off on your son, daughter, and Crowe. All can get it! If females can t-bag, I'd be doing just that to them!"
And just like that… I'm flaccid. Fuck.
