‘A Grandmaster,’ I said as I looked at the Stone Lightning Apeman that was coming toward me, bearing a huge killer grin on its face.
It is a Grandmaster, a peak Grandmaster, who had not reached the absolute peak of its class. It is freely showing its aura, not daring to hide even a single beat, and when one has such power, why would one hide it.
It did not fly at high speed and, a couple of seconds later, stopped in front of me. “Micheal Zaar, I had heard you have killed the Lizardmen twins, and that is even slightly over a minute.”
“Even I won’t be able to accomplish such thing,” it praised with a smile, but hidden deep inside its eyes is endless killing intent that would make anyone shudder in fear.
“Well, you know my strings,” I replied with a shrug but did not see any fear in its eyes when I mentioned it, which is rare, but I was not surprised, seeing that white crystal badge on his chest, which contained the golden fire; which is releasing invisible waves of energy every moment.
“Yes, I know; they have created a terror in some of my colleagues,” he said with a carefree smile, “You should be careful too, you know; that golden fire won’t necessarily help you,” I said, motioning toward the crystalline white badge on its chest.
“Yes, I know you have a way to deal with it, but don’t worry; your sword will not be touching any part of my body,” It replied, and for the first time, it became serious in our conversation.
“You sound quite confident,” I said, and this time, there was a smile on my face, a smile that was too bright. I am happy as the bloodline harvest has finally begun.
My little too bright smile seemed to unnerve it, as its expressions faltered, and I felt it scanning itself with thick soul energy, seeing that smile on my face became even brighter.
“Don’t worry, my strings hadn’t begun to wrap around you yet,” I said, which abruptly made it stop before it again continued scanning itself and glaring at me a moment later when it did not find anything.
“It seemed like the little victory of yours has given you enough confidence that now you have started joking,” It said while deep anger and killing intent to burn its eyes. “I am always confident little Grimm; you should know that by reading my file,” I said; all the mirth on my face had disappeared, and what remained was dead seriousness.
“I will see that this confidence of yours utterly crushed beneath my feet before I kill you,” It said, and the powerful lightning aura shot out its body; the lightning streaks were so powerful that they began to create the ripples around this strengthened space.
“Earth Smiting Roaring Lightning,” It said, and instantly dense yellow lightning covered its whole body densely before it began to flow into the black Warhammer that appeared in its hand.
“Die, human!”
It shouted and brought down its happen at me, and I have to say, the bastard did not hold back in its attack. The power of the attack is on the same level as the last attack of the two Lizardman I had fought a minute ago; to defend against, I will have to burn my blood.
‘power of Core,’ I said and couldn’t help but sigh; the holders of the core are really amazing, and the power they could harness from their core is shocking.
This bastard is just a Grandmaster, which is not even at the absolute peak of Grandmaster class, but already possesses the power to deal with half of the High-Grandmasters there are, and seeing it attacking me, I couldn’t help but feel excited.
I had very few chances to fight Grimms with core; I had fought against only one, and that bastard was able to run away before I could do anything against it.

I will not let this one get away, I need data, and this one will provide me; the Inheritance core it had created seemed quite powerful, and I would have a fun time studying it.
Its attack was extremly powerful, but what was more shocking was its speed. It was really fast; it had appeared beside me in an instant.
BANNG!
Its writhing hammer crashed against my shield; it had made them visible in an instant before lighting them up like a bulb.
With the changes in my constitution, the strings have strengthened and gained new abilities. So, it is not easy to light them up, but the single attack of the Apeman was able to do it.
“Your shields are really good, but my attacks are stronger, and I will crush them before I crush you,” It said with a grin, and even more lightning came out of its body, covering it so densely that one could not see its figure inside the lightning.
“Moutain Smiting Roaring Lightning,” It shouted, and like before, all the lightning flowed down into its hammer, which brought it down on my shields at extremly fast speed.
BANNNG!
The dense yellow lightning-covered hammer struck against my shield. The lightning flew down from it before covering my shields, wanting to tear it apart by seeping inside it. Still, as it seeped inside, it only began to strengthen the shields as it absorbed its energies.
The more it absorbed, the more it lit up, which is a testament to how powerful the attack was, but despite its power, it was still not able to break my shield.
BANNNG BANNNG BANNNG
It had shocked the Apeman but did not stop it, even for a second, and another even more powerful attack came a second later, and another one after that, and then another.
One after another, powerful attacks kept striking my shields, and they continued defending. The defenses of my shields are extremly strong, especially after the changes in my constitution, which gave my strings the ability to absorb a huge amount of energy and strengthen themselves.
This ability is extremly powerful, but not without a limit, and as the Apeman’s attacks get stronger, my shields reach that limit quicker.
I am watching the progress of harvesting inside me with the bated breath; everything depends on it. Once the strengthening energy begins to release, I won’t have to be worried about my defense; I will get on offense once I absorb all the strengthening energy the two harvested bloodlines provided me.
The two Lizardmen were very powerful, and seeing the thickness and power of purified bloodline coming at me, I knew I was going to receive a pretty huge boost, big enough that I would have a chance to kill the Apeman, who was mercilessly attacking my shields.
“Human, stop hiding like a chicken and come out!” Apeman shouted as it launched another attack on my shields.
“I will come out naturally when you destroy my shields,” I replied and to it let out a smile filled with deep killing intent.
“Don’t worry, that will happen very soon,” It said with a toothy grin, and a huge amount of lightning burst out of its body within seconds; it had formed a hill of it before it flowed down into its Warhammer.
“Sea Smiting Roaring Lightning!” It shouted and brough down a hammer, which seemed like a weapon of Armageddon that was coming to destroy the world.
