Chapter 18: Family Restaurant

"Welcome!"

A voice came from one of the waitresses.

At first, he didn't feel anything special about this place and it was just an ordinary family restaurant but that changed when he look at a specific waitress. 

She has fair skin with hip-length orange hair that is divided into two strands of marigold and orange eyes.

He is shocked and confused about why she is working here, however, nothing comes to his mind on what is the reason so he didn't dig deeper into it.

'Huh?'

Fujiwara saw his shocked reaction when he look at that girl so she immediately interrogate him.

"Do you know her?" 

She glares at him.

"No," 

He awkwardly answered. 

Doubts still hanging around in her mind but Yu push her and they sit near the window. She asked him again.

"Really?" 

Her doubt couldn't calm down.

"Yes." 

He makes a serious expression. 

Fujiwara who saw this got blushed and thought that he is handsome but shook immediately her head to calm down.

"So what is the reason for this senpai?" 

"Do you remember what I said don't ever hurt her, right?" 

"Yes, but—" 

"No, buts, you hug a girl in the public." 

She is angry but her voice is still low and calm.

"You scumbag, double-timing bastard! You even use that woman as a shield."

Her voice got loud a bit.

"Wait a minute, when did I have a girlfriend? Fujiwara-senpai you have been saying nonsense since earlier, what are you talking about double-timing? And who is that 'her' you been talking about? "

When Fujiwara heard this, she lift her fist as she wanted to punch Yu so that his denseness will decrease. Kaguya is her best friend but the guy she likes is a dense double-timing cheating bastard.

If Yu can read minds, he would say that those aren't the appropriate words for him.

However, at this moment, he thought that acting dense is very convenient for him because he can evade this kind of question.

A ring can be heard when the door opens as the waitress is welcoming another customer.

Yu got shocked when he unconsciously look at the people who entered. However, when he remember the girls who kissed him, he calmed down.

There are 2 people. A guy and a girl. Looking at them, you can tell that they are a couple.

The guy has lightly tanned skin with messy black hair and dark blue eyes. He also wears all-black casual clothes. From a t-shirt, jeans, and shoes.

While the girl has fair skin with a tied red ribbon on her blonde hair and aqua-blue eyes. She also wears a yellow flowery dress.

For others, they seemed to be a couple but for him, he knows what's their real relationship or so he thought since he didn't know about 'that'.

"Fujiwara-senpai, we've been here for so long can we order now? I'll treat you." 

He baited her by treating her since he wanted now to escape from her interrogation.

Since Fujiwara can't even defeat his denseness, she admits defeat to herself and enjoys this date.

'No! What are you thinking?! He is Kaguya-san... They are still nothing but No! you're her best friend, don't betray her!" 

While a major crisis is happening in her mind, Yu calls a waitress to order.

However, before a waitress arrived at their table, the door opened again.

"Ryuu, what are you doing here?" 

A male voice comes from the couple earlier.
