Chapter 20: A Weird Situation

Yu wanted to ignore this but their bloodlust is leaking that even Fujiwara can feel it. They both look to the door.

"Who are they? S-scary! " 

Fujiwara's body is starting to tremble.

The order is still not arrived but looking at the commotion, even the food arrived, they seemed can't eat. 

Yu suddenly sat next to her.

"Well, if anything happens I can act like a shield," 

Without eye batting, his tone of talk is serious.

Seeing his seriousness, she can't help but admire his character.

'Those people who disgust him because of the rumors are blind—'

Her thoughts immediately got interrupted when the tension between those 3 groups go higher once again.

'I will protect him as the older one' 

She's unsure about it but she will do her best.

However, when a riot was about to begin, the orange-haired waitress, immediately arrived at their position.

She breathes in and then shouts to them.

"What the hell do you all think you're doing?!!! Fighting here in a family restaurant! You're bothering the other customers!! If you're all gonna fight... Go fight somewhere else!"

The waitress said the last line while she throw, one by one, all the groups outside the restaurant.

'What the heck happened?' 

All of them thought. 

Fujiwara and Yu looked at each other and suddenly laugh. Their laugh hears in the restaurant and even the couple heard them and joins in their laugh.

They don't know why they are all laughing but one thing is for sure, that's one of a kind new experience. 

After they calmed down, Fujiwara and Yu start to check each other. They still waiting for their order when suddenly the couple from earlier go to their table.

"Can we sit here too?"

The blonde girl said as she pull the boy to their table.

Fujiwara and Yu looked at each other before Fujiwara answered them.

"It's okay, the more the merrier," 

With her usually energetic voice, the blonde girl was delighted by her answer.

"Then please excuse us," 

They sit in front of them. 

The couple calls a waitress to order. Except for the manager, the staff here are almost girls so that's why only waitresses are here.

Coincidentally again… or not, the Tachibana is the one who takes their order.

Seeing how she is close to the couple, Fujiwara concluded that they know each other.

As they waited for their order, Fujiwara started a conversation with them.

"My name is Fujiwara Chika and this kouhai of mine is Ishigami Yu, Nice to meet you!" 

"Nice to meet you," 

Yu bowed his head. 

'Since she introduced me to them then it's better to ride with her.'

"I'm Kirisaki Chitoge and this is my darling, Ichijou Raku, Nice to meet you too!" 

When the two boys looked into each other's eyes they awkwardly smiled at each other like they say sorry.

They chat a bit while they're waiting for their order. 

As the conversation going, Yu got curious if he can talk about their relationship since from what he know they were fake lovers. 

However, while he was thinking about that, Fujiwara already start to ask it.

"Hey, are the two of you lovers?"

Fujiwara curiously questions them.
