Chapter 5: Introduction

It's a long short story. They do like any other opening ceremonies do. 

After singing their school anthem, they sit for the opening speech from the top scorer this year. 

Yu who was in his class section is very quiet right now. Since the rumor of him is being around the school surely no one would speak to him or so he thought right now. 

"Moving on, we will now have our new student address. This year's entrance exam top scorer, Iino Miko." 

A teacher announced.

tak tak tak tak tak* 

A rhythmic click from her shoes, echoed through the gymnasium as the students started to murmur in the background.

Silence begins to rise as a short, petite young girl with brown eyes and long brown hair that is styled in loose pigtails, with bangs covering her forehead near the microphone stand.

She reached her hand to grab the microphone. 

She breathes deeply from her nose to her mouth to calm down, open the mic, and starts her speech. 

After a few moments, she finished her speech. Yu who heard her speech traced some… shyness? embarrassment? fright? Yes, fright like she seemed to have stage fright. 

After her speech, the principal stood up and moved toward the microphone for her speech.

They are in their classroom now.

Yu was in the protagonist's seat, the cliche near to window seat on the last row thingy. 

As the teacher entered, she immediately announced that the first subject is the homeroom. 

As a standard to do on the first day of school, they introduce themselves.

One by one starting from A, they introduce themselves until his turn. Yu stood up.

"My name is Ishigami Yu. I'm 15 years old. I like to play video games and read all kinds of books. Nice to meet you all." 

He calmly said that despite the eerie stares from his classmate but he didn't bother by it.

Since most of these students are his classmates in middle school, they witness how he had beaten up the president of the drama club which is why they stared disgustingly at him. 

Although he can see people are disgusted with him, he can see too some girls shyly looking at him. 

So when he saw that, he smiled at them.

All girls who saw his smile, suddenly can't keep their eyes on him and turned around. Although only a split second, he can see their face turn red. 

Girls who saw his smile started to doubt if there is a misunderstanding about the incident but didn't dare to ask him about that because they seemed to feel embarrassed only by his looks.

His face is still the same as the real Ishigami Yu but only more handsome. 

Since his hair is in the way of his face, people can't see his handsomeness completely but right now, by only releasing his aura, it can make already the girls attracted and like him. 

After he said that, he immediately sat down as the next one introduce himself.
