in the house there is a Brazilian woman called Isabela, 1.76 m with brownish blonde hair, screaming while giving birth, her husband John, 1.83 m and black hair, is in the next room,
Hearing his wife's screams as she is medicated and her nurse encourages her, after a few moments a cry soon comes, while his wife is still struggling,
as she was having twins, the nurse quickly cleans the boy up and soon he looks like a cute little bundle straight from heaven with eyes like bright emeralds,
a few moments after effort, happiness, pain and suffering the second scream comes, it's a girl with blue eyes like the crystalline summer tide looking like another little bundle from heaven,
