With participation in mind, the events after the first one were much easier.
Even Su Ran and Zhou Qin participated in a couple of them.
Such as team writing with strings.
And the outcome… well, they were alright.
With the exception of Liu YangYang, who had been cheering his team on actively the entire time.
“Alright then, we are about to start the last event of the day,” announced the dean on stage. “With the difficulty of the event in mind, this event will award a total of 20 points!”
Everybody was beginning to get tired when it came to the last event. Nevertheless, the dean’s announcement of 20 points excited everyone.

“Ah, so the best is saved for the last. 20 points. If we can come in first place, we can make it into the top 10!”
“We won’t even all 20 points. Even 18 points from being the runner up will be sufficient!”

Even though Su Ran’s team was pretty high up in ranking right now, finding out about the 20 points still made Su Ran’s eyes beamed!
Then, the dean mentioned the rules for this last event: This event has an interest name – War of the Points.
Each team will send out three of their members. Two of them starting at the beginning; one of them was responsible for keeping the marbles from falling off the tray and the other one to go through the obstacles and make sure the first person can get to the finish. During the course, the first person must stay on the push cart and made sure that their feet never touched the ground.
And last person would wait at the finish and convert the marbles that reached them into problems. The more problems that were answered correctly, the higher the score the team would win.
“Don’t look at me! I can’t answer problems to save my own life!” said Liu YangYang very sincerely as he waved his hand when the others look over at him.

“You be the one who carry the marbles then?”
“That will be the end of us!” said Du WenTao very definitively.
“Then…”
“I think it’s best to have Su Han’s mother in that role. Us women are much more attentive when it comes to something like that,” suggested Mother Du WenTao. “Besides, Mother Su Han is lighter and be easier to haul.”
“I think that will work. Let’s have Mother Su Han be that person.” Liu YangYang’s eyes lit up. He then said, “I’ll be the transporter.”
“Not you!” Su Han rejected that idea very decisively as soon as Liu YangYang finished talking. He even gave Liu YangYang a look of contempt.
This guy was not athletic at all. He didn’t want him to be anywhere near his mother.
“I’ll do it,” said Su Han after he had given it some thought.
“Not you either.” That was Lu Shao who had spoken up.
“You go take care of the problems. I’ll be the transporter,” added Lu Shao.
Du WenTao’s thought: Y’all can dual it out among yourselves. I am already too tired to run.
As for Su Han, his first reaction was to frown after Lu Shao’s words. He then gave Liu YangYang a look, then at Lu Shao. Finally, he nodded extremely reluctantly.
At the very minimum, this guy was more reliable than Liu YangYang.
The final decision: Su Ran would carry the marbles; Lu Shao would be responsible for transporting her; and Su Han would take care of the problems.
“You be careful!” Su Han stopped and said as he walked past Lu Shao and Su Ran, who were donning their equipment. He even gave Lu Shao a warning stare while he reminded them.
“I don’t need me to tell me that. Nor do you need to concern yourself with that.” Lu Shao sneered, then said, “You, on the other hand, should quickly recall everything that you have learned and not waste the opportunity later.”
Lu Shao gestured at the 20 marbles in the try that Su Ran was carrying with his eyes.
“I don’t need you to tell me that either!” Su Han retorted.
“Go, Son!”
“Mmm.” Su Han nodded and, finally, after taking two steps away from her, couldn't help but doubled back and said to Su Ran, “You be careful as well.”
“Mmm. Don’t worry. My role is very safe,” said Su Ran with a relaxed smile. She felt that her role was quite an easy one.
