Ling Jiu found himself in a new world after going through the wormhole.
There was a thick layer of fallen leaves and dead branches under his feet. Dense weeds, shrubs, and towering trees hundreds of meters tall were everywhere. There was a smell of decay and high humidity in the air, which was apparently common in a forest.
Plus, it was an extremely lush virgin forest.
The new Merqueen, who had just gone through the wormhole ahead of him, was nowhere to be seen. But it did not bother him. She would not escape from him as long as she was on this planet.
Ling Jiu was elated when he saw the surrounding forest. It was another habitable planet, which was undoubtedly a boon for the people on Earth.
“Check out the basic parameters of this planet, Leoux.”
“Okay.” Leoux nodded and came back in no time. “You may not believe this, Ling Jiu.”
There was a hint of shock in Leoux’s voice. “The atmosphere of this planet differs from that of Earth. Oxygen is as high as thirty-three percent, nitrogen only twenty-five percent, Gene Arcana as high as forty percent, and other gases less than two percent.”
“What did you say? Gene Arcana is forty percent?”
Ling Jiu’s heart skipped a beat, disbelief filling his eyes. The concentration of Gene Arcana on Earth was only 0.008%, but on this planet, it was 40%. The difference was huge—it was over 5,000 times.
“Doesn’t it mean that this planet has an army of powerful beings on this planet given such a high concentration of Gene Arcana?” Ling Jiu said.
“Yup, and they are ridiculously powerful.” Leoux nodded. “Two percent of the living beings on his planet are stellar beings.”
“What?”
Ling Jiu was shocked again.
When they talked about stellar beings in the past, it was only about a few to a few hundred. But now it was 2%, which was ridiculously high.
“How many stellar beings are there on this planet, Leoux? I want to know the exact figure,” Ling Jiu said.
“It is beyond your imagination,” Leoux said. “According to the information I just got, there are ten billion living beings on this planet. Now you can calculate the number of stellar beings on this planet.”
“Ten billion?” Ling Jiu murmured. 2% of 10 billion is 200 million. In other words, there are 200 million stellar beings on this planet?
Are you kidding me?
While Ling Jiu was still in shock, an angry roar came from a distance. It sounded like a clap of thunder in the sky.
Immediately after, a terrifying force of coercion rose and swept through the place.
“What is going on?” Ling Jiu frowned.
“Take a look and you will know it,” Leoux said.
“Okay.”
Ling Jiu nodded, then locked on the direction from which the coercive force came and teleported there. When he arrived, he saw something astonishing.
A giant beast over 2,500 meters long, with red scales all over its body, was in the sky. It looked very much like the giant dragon in Western mythology.
Not only that, it was a fire dragon.
Hovering in the air opposite the fire dragon was an elderly blond in a black robe. He carried a giant sword on his back. A human and a dragon were facing off each other.
The fire dragon stared dead at the elderly blond and roaring. It seemed to be speaking some strange language that Ling Jiu had no idea of. “Can you understand what they are talking about? Can you interpret for me?”

“No problem.”
Leoux nodded and then started interpreting: The fire dragon was the king of this forest.
The elderly blond was a human, a powerful cultivator. He came to borrow some dragon blood from the fire dragon, but the fire dragon categorically refused.
The negotiations broke down, and a fight broke out between the two.
The elderly blond was much smaller than the fire dragon, but he was no less powerful than the fire dragon in the aura. In fact, he was slightly more powerful than the fire dragon.
As the fight unfolded, the elderly blond moved around the fire dragon like a flash of lightning, constantly punching the fire dragon with his fists.
As huge as the fire dragon was, it was much slower than the elderly blond. That was the reason it was helpless against the elderly blond.
The fire dragon roared in anger after getting punched hundreds of times in succession.
“You have pissed me off, human!”
As the fire dragon roared, a terrifying fire burst out of its body and spread out in all directions.
In the blink of an eye, the fire burned everything within a radius of tens of kilometers in the surroundings at extreme temperature
The result of this was, the forest below became the hardest hit. The forest within a radius of tens of kilometers ignited at once into a raging sea of fire and turned into ashes in just a moment.
The elderly blond’s face changed after seeing this. He kept retreating until he was outside the sea of fire.
“This lunatic!”
Did the fire dragon have to go mad like this just because of a few drops of dragon blood? The Dragons are a bunch of idiots. The elderly blond quietly cursed.
As frustrated as he was, he knew that there was no point to continue the fight, as he was not sure if he could kill this fire dragon.
So it was time to leave.
With this thought in mind, the elderly blond gave up the fight. His body faded into a stream of light as he left the forest.
The fire dragon watched the elder blond leaving, feeling indignant, knowing that it could not stop him.
“The living beings in this world are really powerful.”
Ling Jiu could not help marveling. “I already came across two stellar beings as soon as I stepped foot on this planet.”
“What is your plan, Ling Jiu?” Leoux asked.
“This world is more dangerous than I have imagined. I need to check out the situation here before deciding on anything.”
After the elderly blond left, the fire dragon was turning around, wanting to return to its lair and take a nap. Just then, Ling Jiu hurled toward it. The fire dragon spotted him at once, and a powerful aura burst out of it.
“This is the territory of the great fire dragon Esbiak. Leave immediately. You are not welcome here, human!”
“Esbiak? I will remember your name.”
Ling Jiu nodded, and then two rays of silverish light shot out from his eyes and hit the fire dragon in the head. This move was none other than Mental Attack.
The fire dragon Esbiak did not see it coming and got hit the hell out of it. It screamed from agonizing pain while its massive body plunged and hit the ground with a loud rumbling sound.
Ling Jiu came in front of the fire dragon. “I will leave this thing to you, Leoux. I want to know everything about this world in ten minutes.”
“You got it.”
