The herb garden that the elven village manages is one that the wolf beastman's village did not have. Because they were not engaged in the cultivation of medicinal herbs, when they were in the beastman's village, they used to go outside the village to gather medicinal herbs. If she saw this wonderful medicinal herb garden, the medicine man's sister --- Ms. Zesich --- would have a gleam in her eye. I have not seen Ms. Zeschich since we parted in the elf village. I wonder which elf house she is staying at now.
I was better at gathering medicinal herbs in the herb garden than Mr. Ran. I was to teach Mr. Lan how to collect medicinal herbs. I was happy to be able to teach him because he was always teaching me.
I am always being given things by Mr. Lan, but I was irresistibly happy to think that I was able to repay him for his help in this way.
Together with Ms. Lan, we finished collecting the medicinal herbs that the elf woman had told us to. She seemed surprised that we finished our work much earlier than planned, but the elf woman still did not take a friendly attitude toward us.
Afterwards, I asked her if I could go meet the other beastmen, and she said she would show me around if that was the case.
I would have been happy to go alone if she had told me where they were, but she refused, so I thought that maybe she was trying to avoid leaving me and Lan alone.
After that, I went to see everyone.
I went to see Gaius, Dong, Sinorn, Oshashio, Shinomi, Kayu, Nilsi, the boy beasts, all the other beasts, the griffons, Sifo, everyone. They all seemed to be in good health. But as far as I could tell, they still hadn't told me their names.
I was relieved to hear that they were all in good health and that the elves were taking good care of them. But why didn't they tell me their names?
Gaius also said that he had heard the elves say something like their names to each other. Considering that, I know that they don't have names.
They are welcoming us, but they don't want to get along with us. What is the reason for this? I asked the gryphons, and they told me that the elves do not want the gryphons and seafo to go out of the village, and that they are wary of the gryphons and seafo.
They also said that there was a mysterious magical power floating around the area.
Mysterious magical power.
All of the beastmen have little or no magic power, and they are all of a race that cannot use magic, even Ran-san cannot use magic. That is why I think I am the only one who can feel the mysterious magic that these griffons and seafo are talking about. I can use magic to a small extent.
If I could know the true nature of that mysterious magic power, I would be able to bring the elves closer to my heart.
---So, after I returned to the elven woman's house with Lan, I tried my best to find out more about this mysterious magical power. But I didn't know how to do such an act as exploring the magical power, so I was doing it through a process of thought and error while groaning, "Hmmm..." I was not sure how to do it.
I used my magical power to spread around and grasped some strange sensation. Is there something there? No, something is there? I grasped such a sensation. I wanted to know what that feeling was, and I wanted to know what it was. So I opened the door of the elf woman's house, stood outside, and looked at the place where I felt that strange sensation.
The elf woman suddenly ran after me out of the room, but I didn't have time to worry about that.
I looked at her, and there she was, that old man elf.
I had the strange sensation that I was standing next to the old man elf, or was it on his shoulder? I could tell that the area was somehow distorted or different from the rest of the magic. Even my eyes have gone crazy, it looks like there is something there to me.
As I was looking at Grandpa in this way, Grandpa Elf and I locked eyes.
When the Grandfather Elf recognized me, he looked strong, and then ----.
'Come on down there, girl,'
I was called.
I wondered if the Grandfather Elf had called me because he recognized my strange magical powers. But why did the grandfather elf look so difficult?
I did not understand. But if I could talk to this old man elf, would I be able to understand why he had a difficult face? And if I could talk to him, would he be able to tell me why the elves did not tell me their names? With such anticipation in my heart, I followed the Grandfather Elf's words and went downstairs. Behind me, Mr. Lan hurriedly followed.
The grandfather elf had said to me, "I didn't call the lady there," but I had said with a strong will, "I can't let the child go alone," and the grandfather elf had exhaled as if he had given up.
As I followed the grandfather elf, I found myself unconscious.
---- girl and the elf 5
(Maybe the girl, who is a god child, felt a strange magic power, and then the grandfather elf called her. What awaits her at the place where she was called?)
