Chapter 23: Chapter 23: Discovery of Nawaki

It was close to one in the afternoon. Nawaki had just finished lunch.

A strange thing was happening. Before, the energy of the weak red light orbs only strengthened his body, nourishing it. However, he felt he was about to undergo an evolution or something.

Nawaki runs to his room and tells his Sis, Kushina and Granny Mito that he needs to use the bathroom.

Upon entering his room, he locked the door.

Nawaki could feel his blood starting to boil, something that should have been impossible, and his body was full of life force and was undergoing a new change!

Despite the situation being confusing, nothing he studied from the ninja world had a record of what he was going through, Nawaki focused on the current situation.

He had a slight feeling that he needed energy, even his chakra was being swallowed up, that's when he used his mind to pick up orbs of dim red light and orb of dim purple light.

As the energy spread, his skin, muscles, tendons, bones, marrow, organs, 12 meridians and Ren and Du meridians began to vibrate at a strange frequency.

It was getting faster and faster.

Nawaki found the moment strange afterward and reached into his body with his mental power and found that the barrier between every little state was disappearing.

Some corners that were previously unrefined were also being refined.

This time it was a full body refinement!

However, the vibration was stalling as the energy was being consumed.

Nawaki quickly ate five more orbs of faint red and purple light.

He felt that this was a great fortune for him!

Repressing his urge to scream to the skies. Nawaki got out of bed. When he came out, he noticed that it was filled with a layer of gray and black putty.

'Calm down, breathe...' Nawaki closed his eyes.

Even after opening with a calm mind, the black mist was still enveloping his body. Just to confirm, he touched every part of his body and sighed: 'At least my physical body is still normal, I think.'

He could still see perfectly, in fact, his vision seemed to be better.

Nawaki went to the bathroom and nearly broke the door handle.

When he entered, he first took a shower.

Rubbing the body, he could see what remnants of skin and what appeared to be impurity was being washed away.

There was no way he could see his body in its current state, so he rubbed it several times just to make sure it was clean.

Nawaki then got into the bathtub. He quickly used a purple orb in hopes of getting his brain to work better while his mind power surveyed his entire body, feeling the changes.

Soon, he found that, having just finished refining, his entire body was filled with this dark mist. The energy inside him was very dense and powerful.

Nawaki breathes a little easier. With the possibility of returning to normal, it left him calmer.

Nawaki calmed down and began to assess his sudden increase in power.

About two hours later, the fog began to slowly recede. His body reappeared.

Opening his eyes again, Nawaki saw his milk-white hands and finally felt relaxed.

Nawaki's eyes sparkled. He clasped his hands tightly and a dark mist appeared. His fists enveloped in dark mist, a mighty force emerged!

'So powerful!'

Although he didn't know how strong he was, he was very strong!

'But what exactly is it? It doesn't look exactly like Sis.' Nawaki reflected.

Another thing that happened. The feeling of foreboding he felt was practically gone. 'What does it mean that the danger I'm going to face is no longer so dangerous?'

Knowing he couldn't go out like that, as he had just gained this power, and soon he would have to train with Mikoto, Nawaki prioritized using purple orbs and learning more about his new power.

An hour later, Nawaki came out of his room in training clothes.

In the courtyard of the Senju complex, was his Sis sitting drinking tea? Well, it seemed to be, with Granny Mito.

"Finally out." Tsunade looks in his direction. "Was having a baby in the bathroom?" She joked.

Mito almost spat her tea.

Nawaki tripped and jumped three times on one foot, almost falling over. His lips twisted as he steadied himself and gave his Sis an odd look.

"What's it? I got it right?" She laughed.

"Tsunade, be more feminine." Mito said, "You should ask more discreetly, can't you see how embarrassed you made your little brother?"

"Oh, so how am I supposed to ask this question?" She looked at Granny Mito with interest.

"He's already through puberty." Mito said with a gentle smile, "He's going through a phase where he's discovering new sensations. See, even his hair is wet."

"Oh, so what would be the best choice when that happens?" Tsunade asked.

"At these times, the best thing we can do is feign ignorance so as not to embarrass the boy." Mito said with the same gentle smile as always, "Or asking a subtle question like: Wasted time drowning the goose in the bathtub?"

"Oh, Granny, you understand~!" Tsunade was enlightened, she gave Granny Mito a thumbs up: "Yeah, this way won't be embarrassing, will it?"

"Of course, he can just pretend he doesn't understand what we know and no one is embarrassed, right?" Mito said with a gentle smile, then she took a sip of her tea.

Tsunade turned to Nawaki, to her surprise, despite the initial strange expression, he was now smiling slightly. She asked, "What do you think, Nawaki? Is Granny Mito right?"

"Yes, but I prefer to say that I was taking justice into my own hands!" Nawaki was filled with a sense of justice.

Granny Mito couldn't stand it, as she didn't expect her grandson to be so shameless and started to laugh, but she forgot that she had just had a sip of tea and spat out the tea again.

Tsunade was also taken by surprise, she was embarrassed, and blushed a little, but soon she laughed at her adorable little brother's impudent face.

Changing the subject, Nawaki asked as if nothing had happened, "By the way, did Mikoto come?"

"Yes, she went to the training ground with little Kushina." Tsunade replied.

"Oh I see." Nawaki waved at the two: "I'm going to check on them, see you later~"
