Cedric decided to let Ian, Camilla, and his driver go home ahead. He knew that Ian would be exhausted after spending a whole day working for Emilio Reyes. As the CEO and President of the Reyes Group there was a lot of work that needed his attention. To be the assistant of someone like Emilio Reyes took a lot of training, experience and skill.

Cedric decided to use his Phantom Rolls Royce to pick his grandparents up. His dad, uncle, and aunt were in a separate car, while Ray drove Ayanna. Cedric decided to go on ahead to avoid drawing too much attention with their convoy of vehicles, one luxury car was enough to draw people's attention, having a convoy of three plus their security vehicles will surely make social media buzz again.

The security at the airport recognized Cedric's plate number, they knew that this was a VIP they shouldn't delay so they let him through to the private waiting area, very few people were ever allowed access here and even then only one group at a time was allowed inside.

Since Cedric's identity was a secret the whole place was cleared of people who did not work for the Reyes Family or the Laurence Family. Those that did stay when Cedric arrived already knew who he was and had all signed NDAs. When Cedric arrived at the driveway a member of Leon's team came up and took his car away.

Cedric went into the waiting lounge and took out his laptop to get some additional work done. Soon Ayanna came up to him, shaking her head.

"You're such a workaholic." Ayanna accused.

"Mor Co. needs more attention than other companies. Plus I have the tech hub which feels like a whole different company." Cedric said as he continued to review the files sent to him.

"Plus the investigation." Emilio Reyes said as he approached his son.

"So you're already looking into it, uncle?" Marie asked.

"Yes. We've looked into it and Cedric is currently working with Alexi Sebastian's team to analyze the trends." Emilio said with a nod.

"What can a politician's team do to help a business?" Aurora asked her brother.

"Alexi's team is unique. They can analyze any trend and any bit of data you throw at them. They are also masters at changing the public's opinion and swaying them." Emilio explained.

"Oh look! Grandma and grandpa's plane just landed." Ayanna said as she watched through the glass window.

The plane soon stopped in front of the waiting lounge and Cedric closed his laptop.

An elderly couple soon disembarked from the airplane followed by several maids, nurses, and doctors. When they entered the lounge the elderly woman looked around.

"Where is my handsome grandson?" She asked.

"Grandma." Cedric said as he went up and hugged his grandmother. Bonifacia Reyes was old but strong. Despite her old age she still stood tall and required no help in walking or getting off the airplane. Back in her day Bonifacia was a well renowned singer and concert pianist, it shocked everyone when she suddenly dropped out of the entertainment industry and re-emerged five years later as Mrs. Reyes with her young daughter.

"You're so handsome! I can't wait to meet my granddaughter-in-law. Your mom says she's amazing." Bonifacia Reyes said as she pinched Cedric's cheeks.

"Dear, you'll hurt Cedric." The old man said as he laughed at his wife.

"Grandpa." Cedric said as he smiled at the old man. Cedric's grandpa was Emilio Reyes II, he was the last of the Reyes heirs to go into poverty training with nothing. He changed the tradition when he realized that there were some experiences that he missed out on because of his poverty training. He had to learn a lot more compared to his peers and was almost removed from his position due to his lower level of education.

"Where is my great-grandson?" Emilio Reyes II asked.

"He's at home grandpa, he's barely a month old." Cedric said.

"Grandpa! Grandpa!" Ayanna happily came up. "I'd like to formally introduce you to my fiance." Ayanna said proudly as clutched onto Ray's arm.

"Grandpa." Ray greeted. He then went over and gave Bonifacia Reyes a hug. "Grandma you're as beautiful as ever." Ray was very comfortable with the Reyes elders since he had grown up with Cedric and Ayanna. Their grandparents treated them like their own grandchildren, so when the news that the two childhood friends were engaged the grandparents were all happy to see their grandchildren marrying people they knew well.

"I'm so happy that I can really call you my grandson now." Bonifacia told Ray.

"But, grandma, you've always called me your grandson." Ray said with a laugh.

"We should get going. I want to meet my great-grandson." Bonifacia told her son, Emilio Reyes III.

"Where's Marco?" Grandpa Emilio asked. "Won't he be joining us for dinner?"

"I can ask him to come over. I think Marie sent him home." Emilio told his father.

"He's practically family. Tell him to join us at the Reyes Mansion." Grandpa Emilio said.

"Grandpa, we haven't been living at the Reyes Mansion for a while." Ayanna explained. "We've been keeping Cedric and my sister-in-law company. We were supposed to move back home but Adrianna got pregnant and now we're helping her take care of the baby."

"Is this the mansion I heard little Anna designed?" Bonifacia Reyes asked.

Cedric laughed at what his grandma had just said. "Grandma, Anna goes by Veronica now, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't like being called little."

"She will always be the little girl that used toraid my jewelry closet." Grandma Bonifacia said.

Cedric simply smiled. They eventually made their way to the cars, grandpa and grandma Reyes rode with Cedric since he had the most space.

When they drove up to Mountain View his grandparents kept praising how beautifully the house had been made. They had always been partial to Cedric and his friends and in their eyes the children could do no wrong.

When they finally arrived Adrianna was waiting outside with little Emilio in her arms. Cedric helped his grandparents out of the car first before walking up to his wife and kissing her sweetly on the lips. He then kissed his son on the forehead.

Cedric held his wife's hand tightly and brought her over to meet his relatives. He knew that even if Adrianna didn't show it she was nervous to meet the rest of the Reyes family. He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze as they approached.

"You're so beautiful!" Grandma Bonifacia said as she touched Adrianna's face.

"Thank you madam." Adrianna said as she blushed at the compliment.

"Didn't my grandson teach you'?" Cedric's grandma asked. "You call me grandma, not madam, not Mrs. Reyes. We are both Mrs. Reyes and you are my gorgeous granddaughter."

Cedric laughed at how silly he thought his grandma sounded, but he was glad because it seemed his grandparents liked his wife very much.
