"No need to drive me." Cedric instructed the man in the driver's seat.

Cedric's driver stepped out of the car and bowed to Cedric.

"You can go home early today, I'll be driving my family to and from the restaurant." Cedric informed him.

"With all due respect sir, I would rather ride with your bodyguards in case you need me later tonight." His driver said in a respectful tone.

Cedric simply nodded and allowed his driver to climb into the tail car.

Before leaving Cedric quickly dialed his wife's number and gave her a call.

"Are you done with work?" Cedric asked as he settled himself into the car and started the engine.

"Yeah, almost." Adrianna said in a distracted tone.

"Okay, I'm coming to pick you up." Cedric told her as he started the car.

"I know, you told me." Adrianna said.

"No, I mean I'm driving." Cedric said with a laugh. He hadn't driven since the public learned of his identity so this was something he missed doing.

"Wait, what?" Adrianna said in a worried tone, clearly misunderstanding the situation. "Don't use your phone while driving! What kind of an example are you setting for Yoyo!"

"Relax Adrianna, I'm not driving yet." Cedric said with a laugh. "And Yoyo isn't with me."

"Oh. Where is Yoyo?" Adrianna asked.

"He's with Ayanna, she and Ray will be joining us for dinner." Cedric informed his wife.

"Well, okay." Adrianna said in a disappointed tone.

"What's wrong?" Cedric asked as he sat back in the driver's seat.

"I was kind of hoping that we could have the night to ourselves." Adrianna said shyly. Cedric laughed at her words.

"Stop being so demure, don't tell me you want to have sex." Cedric couldn't help but laugh. They had been married for years and Adrianna was still shy about the topic.

"Yeah. It's been a while." Adrianna said with a sigh.

Cedric stayed silent for a while as he thought of what he could do to make it up to his wife. He understood that she missed their time alone, and it excited him that she craved that too, but they were parents now and their son was a huge part of their life.

"I have a plan." Cedric said with a smile as he formulated the idea in his head.

"Okay, I'll see you in a bit then." His wife said in a happier tone as she dropped the call.

Cedric had decided to ask Ayanna and Ray if they could keep Emilio company for the night. Aside from it being good for him and his wife, he was sure that it would also be good for Emilio to be with other people.

His son wouldn't be sad about going with his aunt and uncle either. He loved Ray and would still feel safe with the couple.

Ayanna and Ray were quick to agree with letting Emilio stay the night at their place, Ray even went as far as teasing Cedric that they would be giving Emilio a little brother or sister tonight. Something that Emilio was quick to pick up on and began interrogating his uncle and aunt.

Cedric laughed as he heard his son's little voice asking his aunt and uncle how his parents were going to give him a sibling. He was glad that his son was more than happy to let his parents have their alone time and spend the time with Ray and Ayanna.

With everything settled Cedric could finally leave to pick up his wife.

He was in a happy mood as he sped through the city. Cedric rarely drove his Rolls Royce, since it was one of his flashier cars and it would be quite suspicious if he drove this one around.

People on the streets watched as the luxury car drove as if it were a sports car followed by several security vehicles. Luckily the traffic wasn't bad and Cedric arrived at Island's Inc. ten minutes before six.

Since his identity was no longer a secret, Cedric parked his car, got out and walked into the lobby of Island's Inc.

Most of the employees were already heading home when they were greeted by their CEO's husband followed by his bodyguards.

Several employees took out their phones and began to snap photos of the once elusive personality. Others were shocked to see him at Island's Inc., this was the first time that Cedric had returned since moving to the Reyes Group.

Cedric grinned as he saw several familiar figures huddled at the corner, he was shocked that Adrianna had not fired them yet.

He was often a mature man, he needed to be to run a multimillion business, but today he felt like some revenge was in order. These employees had looked down on him back when they thought he was a good for nothing son-in-law of the Hernadez Family.

With Cedric suddenly changing directions, the crowd parted to let him pass, many began to wonder why he was headed towards another direction instead of the elevators to meet his wife. But of course, they were all too scared of this powerful man to say anything, they wouldn't even dare throw a questioning look at his direction.

"What's going on?" Cedric heard a familiar voice as he made his way through the crowd.

"Honey." Cedric said with a mischievous smile as he turned around.

"Ced, you're early." Adrianna said as she walked over to her husband and smiled. "What are you doing in the lobby?" She asked as she gave him a questioning look.

"Oh, I just wanted to greet some old acquaintances." Cedric grinned as he took his wife's hand in his.

"I didn't know you had friends in Island's Inc." Adrianna said with a laugh, Cedric wasn't sure if she had caught on to what he wanted to do.

"I said acquaintances, not friends Adri." Cedric said with a laugh that echoed through the lobby.

Adrianna smiled at her husband as he walked over to the group of people that were struggling to remain invisible. It seemed that they had somehow sensed that Cedric was walking towards their direction as Cedric heard their conversation.

"Do you think he remembers us?" A female employee asked as Cedric and Adrianna neared.

"I doubt." Another one responded as he tried to deny the fact that Cedric could be out to get revenge on them.

"We're too little, he wouldn't bother with us." Another one said in a confident tone.

Cedric grinned at how mature they thought he would be, sometimes people also needed to be petty.

"It's true, you are nobodies." Cedric said as he stopped in front of them and the crowd parted.

The group was in shock as the famous couple stood in front of them. Cedric was sure that they wished they could either travel back in time or simply disappear, but he was going to make sure that they learned their lesson.
