"Is that seriously the only reason why you came over?" Cedric asked Alexi angrily.

"Yep. I even have a mini army waiting outside your gates. I thought Aiden had gotten to you." Alexi said with a nod. "Hey, I'm suffering from second hand embarrassment here too. I don't want to walk into my friend having sex with his wife on top of their car!"

"Can we just agree to never talk about this again?" Cedric said as he rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah." Alexi said in agreement. "I don't want the others teasing me about how much of a cockblock I am?"

"Well you are a massive one!" Cedric told his friend.

"I know I am." Alexi said with a grin.

"Disgusting." Adrianna said as she joined them once more, this time she was in much more sweats and one of Cedric's shirts.

"Wait, what do you mean the others?" Cedric asked as he gave Alexi a confused look.

"Oh, you didn't know?" Alexi said as he laughed. "I basically made Veronica think that Miguel was interested in other women."

"We know that part." Adrianna whined as she rolled her eyes at Alexi.

"I kept Katerina away from Eric for years." Alexi added with a shrug. "I didn't want him hurting my baby sister."

"Over protective." Cedric commented.

"Not all of us can be as cool as you." Alexi said with a shrug. "Plus it turned out for the best. Now Eric knows to value my sister."

"So who else?" Cedric asked.

"I've walked in on Adolfo and Natalia too many times." Alexi said with a laugh. "Those two are worse than we with any woman."

"Gross!" Adrianna reacted with a laugh.

"I don't think we need a mental image of you and any woman, or of Adolfo and Natalia." Cedric teased his friend.

"Oh, while I'm already here." Alexi said with a shrug as his reaction turned serious. "We've monitored some suspicious activity on Kenneth Cruz's end. We initially thought that Aiden had severed ties with him."

"They are still working together?" Cedric asked as he became serious as well.

Alexi nodded and grinned.

"It seems that Aiden still needs someone to funnel in funds for him." Alexi said with a laugh.

"Is that how dependent he is on Kenneth?" Cedric asked, confused as to how Aiden ended up relying on one person.

"We don't know to what extent yet, but it seems their involvement goes pretty deep." Alexi informed Cedric.

"It seems you boys have some investigation work that needs to be handled." Adrianna said with a sigh as she stood up.

Alexi quickly shook his head. "No Adrianna."

"Then why did you come over?" Adrianna asked with a surprised expression.

"As I said, Miguel and I were worried. We don't know the extent of Aiden's reach." Alexi explained to her. "He could have pulled out all of his men for that last stunt or that could have been a ruse to scare us."

"So you are going?" Adrianna said with a grin.

"Of course, I don't plan to be around when you and Cedric make baby number two," Alexi teased the couple,  making Adrianna blush.

"Thank you for being concerned." Cedric said as he stood up and began to walk with Alexi to the door.

"Of course we would be worried." Alexi said with a laugh. "After what happened to Yoyo, you can't be too cautious."

"What happened to Yoyo?" Adrianna asked upon overhearing their conversation.

"Fuck, you didn't tell her?" Alexi asked as he gave Cedric a concerned look.

"I didn't want her to worry." Cedric said with a sigh as he knew he was now in trouble.

"What didn't you tell me Cedric Reyes?" Adrianna asked her husband.

"I should go." Alexi said as he pointed towards the door.

"Oh no. You aren't going anywhere Alexi!" Adrianna said as she placed her hands on her hips. "Back on the couch, the both of you."

"Did I ever tell you how hot you look mad?" Cedric told his wife with a grin as he walked over and wrapped his hands around her waist, pulling her close to him.

"Ugh, you guys are gross." Alexi complained as he marched over to the couch.

"Don't pretend. It's not the worst thing you've seen today." Cedric teased as he pulled Adrianna onto the couch with him.

"Don't remind me." Alexi said, rolling his eyes. "I need to bleach my mind now."

"I'm sure you are worse, Alexi." Adrianna teased.

"Make up your mind woman, are you mad at us or not?" Alexi complained.

"Of course I'm mad." Adrianna said, shaking her head. "So speak!" She demanded.

"Sorry Cedric." Alexi said with a shrug as he told her everything. "Aiden Ortiz managed to get into the Reyes Compound and even spoke to Yoyo."

"What? When? My son, did he hurt my son?" Adrianna asked question after question.

"Emilio is fine." Cedric said as he rubbed her back in an attempt to comfort her.

Adrianna looked up at her husband, her eyes clearly painting her worry. Cedric frowned back, he knew he had to do something to comfort her.

"Alexi will you give us some privacy?" Cedric asked his friend.

"I'll pass by your office tomorrow." Alexi said with a nod as he stood up and walked towards the door.

Before leaving he turned back to face Cedric and Adrianna. "I hope you don't mind, but I'll ask your security team to switch on the cameras again. You can't be too safe at times like these."

Cedric nodded and gave Alexi his thanks.

Alexi simply gave the couple a smile and walked out, closing the door behind him.

"Adri, I know you are worried honey." Cedric said as he held his wife close to him. "But Aiden didn't hurt our son. He simply used Emilio to deliver a message."

"And what message is that?" Adrianna asked her husband.

"He wanted us to know that he knew about the Chan sibling's missing cousin." Cedric confessed to his wife.

"I'm sure it wasn't just that." Adrianna told Cedric in a stern tone. "Don't treat me like I'm stupid Cedric. It was a message to us, to you. He managed to get into the Reyes compound, undetected and talk to our son."

"I know Adri." Cedric said in a calming tone, he knew it would be futile to match his wife's anger, he had to be the more logical one. "That's why I've increased our security, both here and at the Reyes compound."

"My parents." Adrianna said with a gasp as she reached for her phone.

"They are fine Adri." Cedric told her as he hugged his wife. "I've increased their security detail as well."

"And you asked the security team to switch off the cameras?" Adrianna asked her husband in shock. "No wonder Alexi rushed over."

"Would you have had our entire staff see me do you on the hood of the car?" Cedric asked his wife with a laugh. "Plus I didn't ask them to do that, they just assumed we needed privacy."

"Really, Cedric?" Adrianna asked her husband as she gave him a doubtful look. "So you were willing to let the staff see me getting fucked over the cameras?"

"No, it's not that. I didn't think." Cedric said in surrender, he knew no matter what he said tonight he would be wrong.

"Cedric, why did you have to think with your dick?" Adrianna accused her husband.

"I was doing it for you, for us." Cedric said in an attempt once more to explain himself.

"Cedric, what if Aiden snuck into the mansion while we were busy?" Adriuanna asked her husband.

"No, no. The security team was looking out for us." Cedric said, shaking his head.

"Like they were at the Reyes Compound?" Adrianna asked her husband.

"I'll have them sweep the entire area." Cedric promised as he dialed Merrick's number.

"Sir?" Merrick asked as he answered his phone, he was clearly surprised that Cedric had called him.

"Have people comb through the mansion and the surrounding area. My wife is worried." Cedric told Merrick.

Merrick was not in a position to question his boss, but he found it odd that his boss wanted the area cleared less than thirty minutes ago and now he wanted it cleared. Was his boss that fast?

"Sir, I thought you wanted your privacy?" Merrick asked over the phone.

"Did I stutter Merrick?" Cedric asked angrily.

"No sir." Merrick responded.

"And turn all the cameras back on! I didn't order you to switch them off." Cedric told his temporary head of security.

"Sir, with all due respect I thought you wanted complete privacy." Merrick confessed to Cedric. He at least hoped his boss would appreciate his thoughtfulness.

"Just turn the damned cameras on." Cedric said as he dropped the call.

"Don't take out your anger out on the staff!" Adrianna reprimanded her husband.

Cedric sighed and looked up at his wife. "Let's go somewhere more private. The security team will run a check on the property."

Cedric said as he brought his wife up to their room.

When the security check was done, Merrick knocked on the door.

Cedric opened the door to their room and invited the head of security inside.

"Sir we found something." Merrick reported. "Someone attempted to enter the mansion." Merrick said, breaking the worrying news to the couple.
