The police station was silent as Cedric and Ian walked in. It wasn't silent because it was empty, it was silent because everyone was waiting for what was to come.

Lucius Ting was no friend to the police, as a matter of fact most of them wanted him sent to prison and deported as soon as possible. Unlike the public, they were aware of the evil and sinister things he had done.

Unfortunately for them, he left no proof, there was no way for them to prove he was guilty and today was finally their chance.

When they saw Alexi walking into the police station with several unfamiliar men an hour ago, they knew that the higher powers had decided to intervene. They knew that their wait had ended and justice would finally be served.

So when Cedric and Ian arrived after Lucius Ting, most of them couldn't help but smile.

To them it was finally over, but to Cedric the fun had just begun.

"Do we really want them around?" Cedric asked Ian as he glanced at the police men and women who suddenly pretended to be working.

Ian couldn't help but laugh, he and Cedric both knew they were watching them, so why pretend not to stare.

"It's fine, we have a deal, a truce of sorts." Ian said with a shrug. "They don't touch the underworld for now, while we get rid of Lucius Ting."

Cedric nodded at his friend's words as Ian led him to the back of the police station.

It was clear that whatever they had planned for Lucius Ting was far from what was legal and acceptable, but at this point, after the terror he had cuased, everyone was just glad to see him go.

"Through here." Ian said as he pointed at a dimly lit hall.

"This looks like something from a horror movie." Cedric chuckled as they walked towards a door at the end with their footsteps echoing.

It was eerily quiet, something Cedric couldn't help but find odd. There should have been more noise, seeing as Lucius Ting did not go quietly and his friends were in the interrogation room they were headed for.

"The sound insulation here is really good, that's why we chose this police station. It was actually Damien that suggested it." Ian told Cedric as he noticed the puzzled look on his friend's face.

"Oh, that's good then." Cedric said with a nod as Ian pushed open a heavy door.

As soon as a gap formed between the wall and the door, Cedric began to hear Lucius Ting's angry voice as he cursed at everyone in the room.

"You fucking, manipulative bastards, you will pay for this, I will get out of here and you will all suffer!" Lucius Ting shouted at the top of his lungs.

He was currently seated, tied up, and blindfolded at the other end of the room. Cedric also noticed that ear plugs were placed on him, meaning he had no idea if people were in the room with him or if he was screaming into the air.

"Sensory deprivation." Ray said with a chuckle as he stood next to Cedric and Ian. "We want everything to hurt ten fold. We want him to feel every pain and remember every pain."

Cedric nodded as he looked at the man that continued to struggle against his bindings.

"Will we begin soon?" Ian asked Ray as he looked around the room to check who wasn't present yet.

"We should, Katerina has already started to process the cases against him and by the look of things it will be done before we can finish punishing him." Ray said with a shrug.

"Guan Ming and Camilla will join us later, he is still chasing another loose end." Cedric said as he gave Ray the go signal.

"Wu Jun?" Ian asked, to which Cedric simply nodded.

Cedric had decided against letting others know about Guan Ming's plan against the other businessman.

What he had in store did not involve their government, as a matter of fact it involved the Chinese government more than that of Cedric's country. All Guan Ming needed was for Jose Sebastian, Alexi's and Katerina's father, to quickly sign the deportation request by his own government.

"Let's begin then." Ray said as he nodded as Andres Rocci, Francesca's older sister.

The Mafia leader then walked up to Lucius Ting and dragged the chair he was on to the center of the room.

"What the fuck?!" Lucius Ting cursed as soon as he felt himself being dragged to an unknown location. "Are you going to kill me now?" Lucius Ting laughed like a lunatic, worrying Cedric.

"No." Andres Rocci said as he walked up to a table that had multiple instruments. He knew that Lucius Ting wouldn't hear him, but he still chose to respond.

"Hello, is anyone there?" Lucius Ting called out.

"Wait." Cedric said, topping Andres from approaching Lucius Ting.

A look of worry suddenly crossed Ray's face, he knew that Cedric had the tendency to be soft hearted even to his enemies.

"Don't forget what he has done." Ian told Cedric, grabbing his friend by the arm.

"Relax." Cedric said as he laughed at how paranoid everyone in the room looked. "There is no forgiving what he has done, but I'd like to get my hands dirty this time. He touched and tortured someone I see as a sister and I will not let him get away with that."

Everyone in the room was shocked by what Cedric had said, they never expected Cedric to want to be involved in these things, and yet here he was taking a paddle from the table.

"You guys are wimps for taking orders from a loser like Cedric Reyes." Lucius Ting said with a laugh, not knowing that Cedric now stood in front of him. "He will let me go because he is weak." Lucius declared, before the paddle came crashing down against his side.
