Chapter 2: Where am I?

Eric's POV

'Huh'

where am I ?

If i remember correctly then i was beheaded by that filthy old fart but I dont think i am dead 

But i definitely died because i still remember the scene where that oldie(Boss) sent a

Slash towards my neck with Katana and my consciousness faded away.

so i am dead,right?

Then where am I ? thinking this I immediately looked around to confirm my surroundings.

But i failed since i can't see any thing in this dark place. where i keep drifting like i am in water but i can't change the direction where i am drifting i am so confused.

' no, let's think logically 'I thought to myself yes, i have to think clearly in rough situations like i always do.

 Then, 

'First things first, i was killed by that filthy old man. then my consciousness faded away so I am dead now. definitely'

'Second thing, the moment i died a missile which is connected to the device i planted inside my heart must have been activated that means that old man is dead and whole city is destroyed.'

 so my revenge is completed.

Yes,the revenge i was hoping and the revenge

 i desired is over i killed all of them.

Then why do feel empty 

well, that's not important.

Then now where am I?

Since i am dead this means that this is afterlife.

But why is this place so dark

ah now i get it.,

since i did so many sins in my previous life this must be my punishment.

There Is no heaven for people like me i think.

But i don't regret it even given another chance I'll do the same things again 

but the only thing I regret is that i was not able to live my youth like everyone else and the fact i died at the hands of that old fart

Well looks like that was my Fate for killing so many people.

'hah'

I sighed and just kept drifting with flow hopelessly

After a long time which seemed to

never end .

Something like light flickered at a distance 

' what's that?'

I tried to get closer to that light but my efforts were futile.

since i can't to move my body .

In first place i can't even see my own body because of the darkness.

Then i feel like that there is an anonymous force which is forcing me to go near the light and when i get close to i can see a light orb spining at tremendous speed and 

i have ominous feeling about that cuz the closer i get the ord of light is emitting some kind of very sinister negative aura .

 

*Shing*

Suddenly the orb of light stopped flickering and immediately it exploded and a portal like blackhole was formed where the light orb was and it started sucking me inside with great force

 i tried my best to retaliate against it but i failed miserably.

'hah'

i feel pathetic.

When was the last time i felt this pathetic

Yeah, it was then when everyone died .

When i wasn't able to save them 

Anyway, since i can't run from this portal i tried to look inside the portal

 then I hear something

' sen '

' rohka gen '

' gsbg jdjop '

I heard some faint voices but i can't make sense out of them but i can feel the anger in the tone of voice even from this side of portal

 

Zoop

 And then i was sucked inside the blackhole.

'huh'

Scene in front of me changed from a dark tunnel to a beautiful girl sitting on chair opposite to mine looked like sixteen or seventeen years old .

The girl in front of me was beautiful in every aspect she had gorgeous silver hair and small round face which looked too red for some reason and she was frowning still she so pretty no matter how you look at her but the most striking feature were her eyes which were same shade as her hair and she was glaring at me with them and for some reason she had an expression like she was seeing the most hateful creature that can exist.

And, yes the fact i was slapped so hard on my right cheek was also true since it was throbbing like crazy but i didn't do anything worthy of getting slapped.

butt i think she was saying something

"Why do you keep following me, i told you that i am not your fiance "

Then her expressions turned cold and she said

"I refuse to accept their decision and that-"

Before the girl can even complete her sentence

 my head started to throb like crazy.

The pain was too great when compared to the time when i got my head smashed by iron rod.

 I then collapsed on floor started to roll on floor because pain was too great for me to handle.

"hah hah"

Then few minutes after rolling on the floor pain subsided and i was able to breath

then i got up with the support of the chair i was sitting before.

Now everyone in tavern was looking towards me for the obvious reasons but they looked liked thye were used to and the girl infront of me looked surprised and then she suddenly got up from her chair and said.

" looks like you've finnally gone crazy well i don't care but do you understand what I told you"

" Huh"

" I said that stop bothering me and don't ever show me your face again ever"

"Fine"

 I involuntarily spoke those words since these were my my honest thoughts.

"I knew it you won't acce-huh what did you say"

" i said it's Fine "

"Are you kidding me?"

" No"

"So you are saying that you won't follow me around and stop irritating me, right?"

"Yeah "

Then the colour of her face went pale like she jus saw a ghost and she froze just like an statue.

"Y-you okay?"

shit, i almost stuttered there.

" promise me"

She said something but i failed to hear it and asked her

"What?"

"Promise me that you won't trouble me anymore"

"Oh that, i promise you that i won't trouble you any more that this" 

after i finished my answering her there was silence.after few seconds she suddenly She started to walk out of the tavern saying something like 

" I don't believe you and i know that you will won't keep your word and behave like an disgusting creature again."

" Truly despicable"

after saying this she walked out of my sight

and was gone.

"Fuu"

then I took a deep breath and settled on the chair.

Now again,

 WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED !!!!!
